property definitely needs some maintenance and cleaning

the appartment is in a good location close to beach and food facilities. It is not difficult to get there and the neighborhood is relatively safe. I said relative as i saw in a couple of ocassions homeless, drunk people and even an ugly family fight.

The appartment is in an old status and many furniture items are very used, rusty and damaged. The bathroom is rusty, smells bad, some old exhausted aromatisers and I had to purchase cleaning supplyies, the kitchen had only superficial cleaning and missing basic cleaning stuff, furniture in bedrooms is old and some years ago had some paint. A strange thing there is the fact that the elevator had no inner door and personally I find this worring especially when travelling with kids. I never encountered such solution anywhere.

O preço foi justo tendo em conta o número de pessoas (4) tempo e ótima localização; super fácil check-in e check-out.

Na descrição dizem ter gel de banho mas afinal eram apenas dois mini sabonetes; o secador de cabelo era muito fraco; fogão a gás e tivemos de fazer a ligação da botija e auxiliar de isqueiro para o acender e era de muito pouca potência levando a demorar mais a cozinhar; tinha apenas um rolo de papel higiénico para uma estadia de 4 dias em que eram 4 pessoas, alguma loiça mal lavada; não tinha nada de boas vindas aos hóspedes; no quarto twin apenas um candeeiro de mesa funcionava sendo que era a única tomada perto das camas; e a Internet era fraca.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, es hat genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Der Zutritt mit dem Code hat gut funktioniert.

Die Einrichtung ist alt und schmuddelig. In der Küche hat es Unmengen an Geschirr und Geräten, alles ist zusammengewürfelt. Wir haben die Küche nie benutzt, es hat uns angeekelt. Und auch das Badezimmer war unappetitlich und wir haben aufs Duschen verzichtet.

Great stay, but the shower needs to be fixed

The best thing about this apartments is that is has windows on both the north and the south sides, so it was possible to make some air draft and it wasn't too warm during the night (enough to be able to get asleep). The apartment was nice and clean, and the host had given clear instructions on how to get in there.

The shower rack in the bathroom was broken - it was impossible to fix the showerhead on it. The shower hose was in a bad condition. Would have given 10/10, but due to this it's only 9/10. A minor thing - the WiFi didn't work well in the bedroom, as the router was in the kitchen.

Superb

Fantastic location, about a one minute walk to the beautiful beach. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops nearby. The apartment has all the facilities you could need and is comfortable. Communication was great and there was quick response to queries. Would recommend.

Despite the few negatives, the apartment was ideal for a short stay in an excellent location.

Self catering, good location, communication with host excellent. Plenty of crockery although very mismatched. Kitchen , dining area and lounge quite cramped for 4 people, although the 2 bedrooms were very large.

A few essentials like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc. for visitors coming by plane would be useful. These items cannot not be brought due to weight restrictions and for a weeks stay, buying a small quantity is almost impossible. The hoover was full and smelly. Better cleaning materials would be an asset.

Fantastic location. Low quality apartment.

Location is excellent, one block from the beach and in the heart of Quarteira. Easy check-in and out by social media app, PIN code entry and key-safe.

Peak season, on street car parking is over crowded. This means waiting ages for a space or parking well away from the apartment. Living space is small and tired. There’s too much furniture. It feels cramped and old. The apartment would benefit from modernisation and some love. The smell of sewage in the hall area is unpleasant. This means all external doors must stay open to get rid of the smell. Wi-Fi is weak. It works in the kitchen and living area only. Don’t expect sea views. Front and rear balconies overlook car parking.

Pleasant

You cannot really describe the property as disabled friendly as there are 10 steps just inside the entrance lobby before you reach the lift. For someone like my wife who has mobility problems this was very awkward

Great location

Great location, close to the beach, supermarket, bus station and bars and restaurants. Paulo was very helpful. Apartment is spacious and very well equipped with everything you need. Easy to find and collect keys.

Patio doors very heavy and a bit of a smell from the drains which cleared after a couple of days of using the apartment. Nothing bad about apartment would certainly use again

Home from Home!

The owner is extremely helpful with every step from booking, arriving, staying and leaving. The location is great and just behind the beach. Certainly a home from home!!

Good location and spacious apartment with 2 balconies.

The shower head was broken and there was a smell from the drains in the bathroom.

Two weeks in February in Quarteira

It is very well located, 2 min walk at most to the beach front. It is very well furnished with high quality beds, chairs, tables etc. It has all amenities in terms of dishwasher, washing machine et al. It is cool at the back of the apartment and has a sun balcony at the front. It is very close to all amenities. Paulo, the administrator is a lovely chap and very easy to talk to.

My only small quibble is the lack of English language channels on the TVs, but there are 3 TVs in the apartment.
