This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 8 comfortably. With its convenient location 2 minutes to the Cottonwood Ski Resorts Park-n-Ride and walkable to grocery stores and other shopping, it is the perfect place to gather for your summer or winter vacation! Hiking, rafting, golfing, skiing, snowboarding, and more are all minutes away.

Walk into a comfortable main living room area with new furnishings, a 58" Smart TV and a large stone gas fireplace. This room opens to a fully equipped kitchen with all you'll need for delicious meals in between your fun outings. There is dishware, glassware, crockpot, coffee pot, toaster, baking pans, serving bowls and so much more! Just off of the kitchen, the glass doors open up to a private patio with a BBQ for steaks, burgers and hot dogs grilled to perfection. There is also a large, clean, private hot tub to soak away your day and plenty of room in the private fenced yard for games and other family and group outdoor fun.

The main level of the home hosts two bedrooms, one with a King bed and another with a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom for each to share.r

The lower level of the home has a spacious and comfortable gathering area with a new sectional sofa, a stone hearth, real wood-burning fireplace, a 46" TV, board games and a bar area. This level has a private bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Renting or bringing a car? The home offers private parking in the 4-car driveway. No street parking is permitted in the wintertime.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
Pet Fees Nightly: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) | Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $100.

We asked for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. When we arrived at 8 pm there was a big machine in the front yard and a wet moldy basement. The bedroom, bathroom and laundry room were unusable. The thing is they KNEW the house was not habitable when they rented it to us. They sent me an email which I never saw as it went to my promotions screen. It asked me to respond to the fact that the house was not as advertised. When I didn’t respond they never bothered to follow up to see if I knew the house was not suitable for our group. It was too late to leave that night but they told me they would “only” charge me $150 for the night. They then tacked on $500 IN EXTRA FEES. In addition the house was filthy- the floors were caked in black dust, the dishes were not washed and the backyard was full of dog poop. The smell of the mold was overwhelming. Moose management is the worst and unscrupulous also. Very disappointed

It’s a perfectly located and very well managed property that has everything you may need to enjoy a group stay if you come to SLC for skiing. Highly recommended!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend to ski, and couldn’t have been happier with the property! The hot tub was an amazing bonus, plenty of hangout rooms and the location to the cottonwoods mountains can’t be beat!

This was the dirtiest VRBO or airbnb we have ever stayed at. Upon arriving the day before Christmas Eve, we knew we would have to do a bit of shopping for our Christmas holiday. We did not anticipate how filthy and just overall unkept the house would be. No paper towels- at all No dish cloths to wipe anything down A dirty sponge to wash with Left over soap container with no lid and soap slopped all over Pots and pans left filthy but put in cabinets Dirty dishes and silverware Dirty walls in kitchen with food splatter Dining table dirty Dining chairs gross Pull out cutting boards had old bread crumbs all over Coffee pot had old coffee grinds left in it Had only one extra roll of toilet paper for a party of eight

The location is amazing. The property is nice. But the high cost, I expected it to be a little nicer. Full kitchen, but not enough supplies to cook for 4 people at once. Only found two small frying pans. The bed was uncomfortable and supplies were limited. Had to go to the store to buy my own paper towels, tp, and laundry detergent. The location and hot tub made up for it, but with the high cost, you expect a little more. Some places you book and you can’t wait to come back, this wouldn’t be a place I’d rebook. It was a nice house though

The location can't be beat in regards to access to Alta and Snowbird and the house had a hot tub which we required. I was disappointed though because the house felt tired and out of shape. In addition, the kitchen lacked many basic items like serving bowls and serving utensils. Only one dish towel was provided. In houses I've stayed in in the past, the kitchen included cooking basics like olive oil and condiments. This house had nothing! I even had to go out an buy dish soap. Like I said, location was great.

Great get away!

Great house for a family! Awesome location to drive to both canyons for skiing and the super market is right around the corner. We loved the fenced backyard for the dogs and the hot tub was super fun after a day of skiing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy with our stay. The owners had to delay our arrival time due to a cleaning emergency, but they reimbursed us $50. The owner fees though were very expensive and I didn’t realize it when I booked. So the price per nice wasn’t $187 or whatever it was posted—it was more like $300 a night! Read the fine print! But again, that’s on me, everything was clean and I can’t complain about that!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking to get out of the heat of Las Vegas so we rented this house for a week. This house was in a great location and had a beautiful view of the mountains from the back yard.

Great location!

Very good location for access to the mountains. Nice home and good hot tub. Overall very good stay. We did have trouble with the door keypad on one door and the downstairs shower was cold. We could also smell there has previously been animals in the place but it was okay. These were minor issues so all together we enjoyed our stay.
