TODO BIEN Y CERCA DEL CENTRO

La ubicación, muy cerca del centro en transporte público. Muchos servicios por el entorno Exterior con mucha luz. Menaje de cocina muy limpio. Y en general todo limpio. Colchones cómodos.

Suelos y alfombras con muchas manchas. Menaje escaso, no había sartenes ni cacerolas. Desayuno muy caro

Génial ou parfait

Citizen bolo est très bien placé, à côté du métro et des bus nous avons pu visiter amplement et à notre gré la ville d'Amsterdam, l'hôtel en lui-même avec une équipe très sympathique nous a ravi confortable calme nous avons beaucoup apprécié, et surtout la simplicité, je le conseille vivement et je remercie l'équipe du citizen bolo pour son professionnalisme

C est tellement diversifié que on peut que tout apprécier aussi bien les bars restaurants que les musées, la sympathie des gens

Pensavo meglio, non ci ritornerei.

Mini palestra al piano -1 non specificata su Booking.com. Mini lavanderia al piano -1 non specifica su Booking.com e non confermata in chat privata su mia richiesta (ma esiste e il costo del gettone è 4 euro). Camera da letto dotata di notevoli comfort extra (cucina attrezzata di forno, macchina del caffè Nespresso, kit di cortesia Nespresso e per pulizia piatti). Bello poter vedere Netflix. Appartamento silenzioso e ben arredato. Il quartiere offre ottime pasticcerie con fornai/pasticceri italiani, bar con italiani, supermercati e ristoranti esotici.

Camera vista autostrada (per fortuna camera silenziosa). Sistema di condizionamento orribile (ci siamo congelati e conveniva sempre spegnerlo perché il caldo non arrivava), lavabo otturato (poi sistemato dal personale), asciugacapelli pieno di capelli (di altri, poi pulito dal sottoscritto), doccia scomoda, bagno stretto, porte pesanti da aprire, ascensore sempre in manutenzione, zona tranquilla ma lontana dal centro (metti in conto dai 20 ai 40 min a seconda del collegamento, e per fortuna Amsterdam è collegata benissimo h24). Letto scomodo, con doppio materasso (perché?), meglio il divano letto. Orribile la politica di trattenere 150 euro dal conto dopo che gliene lasci 450 per 2 notti che neppure in un 4 stelle in Alto Adige. Edificio: palazzone di vetro stile uffici Milano, ingresso invisibile, sembrava un ristorante, poi ho capito che era la hall dell'hotel con annessa mensa/bar.

Mediocre - it's not close to the city centre, felt like student accommodation and cleanliness issues

Not a lot tbh, for the price I felt it was more like hostel accommodation - it reminded me of student living.

The fitness room was poorly equipped and very dirty, luckily there was a gym nearby. Generally I found the environment substandard. The room wasn't overly clean or inviting.

I would start here again. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment worked well for our family. Supplies were great, staff tremendous, and the comfort level was wonderful as well

Had a great time.

The room was amazing, it was like a really nice sized studio flat with all the features you would need, cooker, washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. The staff were more than helpful and always friendly. The hotel is located on a lovely green square and is close to transport. The local area is up and coming with lots of nice looking restaurants and shops nearby. Overall I had a wonderful stay and will be returning.

Not much, the view from my room overlooked a busy road but there was no sound problem, next time I would ask for a room on the square side.

Good, reasonably priced hotel with good facilities. Avoid the bikes.

Good sized room for 6 of us. We had everything we needed to cook some meals and the dish washer was very handy! The staff were very friendly and helped us with all our issues. Only a 20 minute leisurely cycle from the centre which was very straightforward. Would recommend.

The bed sheets weren’t fitted and didn’t stay on the bed. We regularly woke up and had to adjust the bedding pull it back underneath us. If we didn’t, we were lying directly on the mattress which was very scratchy. Everyone had the same problem. The bikes provided by the hotel were very badly maintained (some without working brakes, gears, very squeaky/noisy clicking sounds whilst riding). Despite requesting them in advance, they were surprised when we came to collect our bikes as they had already offered many to others on a first come first serve basis, which wasn’t explained. They barely had enough bikes for everyone and it was quite a stressful experience.

موقع الفندق جميل جداً قريب من محطه النقل العام لاي مكان في امستردام " مشي 5 دقايق". مطل على القنوات المائيه، قريب من سوبرماركت. الغرفه وسيعه جداً وجميله.

ما عندهم خدمه تنظيف يوميه.

Siamo state molto bene e sarebbe bello poter ritornare a soggiornare al Cityden.

Il nostro alloggio, il monolocale XL, era carino e confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello Staff. Un grazie particolare va a Edoardo e Andrea che essendo italiani come noi ci hanno supportato in ogni nostra richiesta. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici.

Insgesamt tolle Unterkunft für den Preis, wir hatten eine gute Zeit und würden dort nochmal buchen.

Lage war super und sehr freundliches Personal, Design der Räume war auch sehr ansprechend. Zusätzliches Plus ist der schöne Außenbereich und das kleine Fitnessstudio. Auch die Gegend um die Unterkunft herum ist sehr ansehnlich und man kann dort gut spazieren, einkaufen und essen gehen.

Auf der einen Bettdecke war leider ein nicht identifizierbarer Fleck und es waren etwas wenige Küchenutensilien vorhanden.

Amsterdam for five

Clean with ample space for our family of five. Full kitchen. Two full baths. Great location. Two bus/tram stops nearby. Grocery store, coffee shops, and great dining within minutes walking. Value is better than many other places. Amsterdam is expensive with regard to accommodations.

c'è posto per tutti se sei in gruppo

Struttura comoda e pulitissima; molto ben collegata con il centro città e con l'aeroporto con i mezzi pubblici. Sorprendentemente comodo, il divano-letto Personale disponibile e gentile

I letti sono scomodi probabilmente a causa dei topper sbilenchi, messi per coprire i materassi macchiati (probabili macchie di caffè). Impossibile aprire le finestre per ricambio aria o per abbassare la temperatura interna in assenza di sistema vasistas. Luce o buio in tutto l'appartamento x 6 pax senza vie di mezzo a causa di un unico interruttore che governa tutti i punti luce in contemporanea.

Great place if you're ok to take the tram to town.

The room was huge and well appointed. The train stops about 3 mins walk from the front door.

Why don't people put shower doors on showers anymore? The floor is always wet.

Great choice to visit Amsterdam for a family or group of friends. We enjoyed our stay a lot

Well located. Out of the Centre hassle yet very well connected with public transportation. Also the airport is easily connected with buses that are covered by the daily passes. Enough space and well separated even though it was a full open space which was clearly specified.

The only negative aspect was that the pavement was not very well cleaned and there was nothing available for self cleaning

Nonostante il personale durante il soggiorno si sia dimostrato disponibile, oggi mi tocca dire che non tutti si sono rivelati così onesti. Abbiamo approfittato della disponibilità nel tenere i nostri bagagli dopo check out e fino alla partenza e non abbiamo più trovato la borsa dei souvenir . Perdita di ricordi, perdita economica e soprattutto di fiducia nella struttura. Avevano garantito in rimborso ,ma dopo la nostra partenza nessuno più si è fatto sentire. Un vero dispiacere!!!

Awesome stay and close to public transport to get everywhere!

Awesome location, close 10min walk or less to bus and light transit to get everywhere. Comfortable accommodations and everything was perfect for our family stay of four. They were very responsive on email replies to any questions we had before arriving. No issues at all to be concerned about.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

İki aile gittik. İki çocukla. Mutfağın olması çok iyi. Bütün malzemeler mevcuttu. Bulaşık makinesi olması felan. Marketlere çok yakın. Biraz şehir dışında gibi duruyor ama hemen yanında park yeri var. Günlük 16 Euro’ya park edebiliyorsunuz ve yakınında tramvay durağı var. Amsterdam merkeze ordan rahatlıkla ulaşım sağlanabilir. Amsterdam merkezde park ücreti çok pahalı.

Yatağın üstündeki pedler biraz kayıyor ama çok sorun olmadı.
