Great Place

Bedroom was comfortable and a good size. Good location near bus routes and tube stations. Host was helpful and responsive. Very good value! Overall a great place to stay in Boston.

Tutto bene a parte la zona.

Casa molto carina, dotata di un angolo cottura e un cucinino, da poter sfruttare. Presente anche una minima dotazione di cialde, per potersi preparare qualcosa per la colazione. Stanza in fondo all'appartamento molto ampia e silenziosa, con letto decisamente comodo. La signora delle pulizie molto cortese, e il proprietario super puntuale nello rispondere.

Onestamente la zona lascia un po' a desiderare sotto ogni punto di vista. E' ben collegata, avendo un paio di autobus letteralmente a 100 mt, che portano alla metropolitana, ma comunque ci vogliono 30/40 minuti buoni per arrivare downtown. Inoltre non offre veramente nulla in fatto di negozi, supermercati o ristoranti, e sinceramente non da nemmeno l'idea di essere super sicura.

Habitación y baño recién renovado. En la cocina hay para café y té. La cama es comodisima.

La ubicación. La parada de metro más cercana está a unos 15min y para ir por la noche recomiendo Lyft

Nothing...the worst dump I've seen in years. The pics were a total lie.

The description does not tell you everything

The equipment of the appartement is all by all OK, but…

The exterior of the building is run down and the neighborhood is not very nice. There is only one bathroom (and one toilet in that bathroom) for all the rooms. The sleeping room is not sufficiently isolated (you hear what is happening in the appartement as well as see the light above and under the door of your room when the light is open in the appartement. You have to climb the equivalent of 3 floors to arrive in your room. Some of the prestations announced at the time of the reservation (eg fruit, snack bar) were not (anymore?) present. The owner did not answer my message expressing my dissatisfaction (in answer to Jos request). As a result, this is definitively not worth the price I paid (220 USD per night) (even for Boston).

Stairs from street and internally will not suit everyone but was not an issue for us. 10 min walk to nearest T Savin Hill Nowhere to hang clothes in room

Overall excellent. Would return again.

Cleanliness and comfort top the list. Location is fairly decent. Might involve a few transfers to downtown or other parts of the city. My only issue was the shared washroom, but that is manageable. The host was very kind and allowed me to use the common space for a couple of hours after checkout.

A major problem was the construction work going in/around the building, probably on the top floor. The noise was deafening and not congenial for work.

Amazing Host & awesome Manson

Over all concept, host was very welcoming, premium appliances. Including and not limited to premium mattress and blanquette, free coffee and cappuccino, brand new fridge counter top with a latest contemporary butcher block counter top, doors are or keypad.....65 inch smart tv , air purifier in each room. Simple decor yet expensive taste , it is simply the power of simplicity..

Place is barley new I'm sure they will have all these misc work it on . Room had no light dimer or a small lamp . With you have the room dark or light up very bright Missing a language rack.. House maid almost over 3 hours inside the apt. For just a living room and kitchen cleaning. Wet floor no signage. Morning noisy workers you can hear them yelling or maybe. Is the language style I believe was Portuguese.

Host went above and beyond. Would gladly book again!

Antonio was an absolutely amazing host! Before I arrived in Boston, he was happy to answer any and all questions I had about the area and which public transport options were available (there's a bus stop 2 minutes away!). He met me outside of the house and even helped me carry my bags up to my room. In addition, he texted to check in about how my stay was going and whether I was enjoying the city a couple of times. Like another reviewer said, you can really tell this is a family business and that they strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

This house is in the mid-Dorchester area, and it took about 30-40 minutes to get to and from the city via bus and train. It didn't bother me, but if you made reservations for a specific time you'll want to plan ahead so you arrive on time. Additionally, you could sometimes hear other people arriving or departing from their rooms, but everyone I encountered during my stay was friendly and excited to explore what the city of Boston has to offer. Lastly, I received a $40 parking ticket for not moving my car on the street cleaning day so make sure you ask about those because I forgot to lol.

Super clean room and apartment with everything you could ever need! Very friendly and helpful host! Overall love my time there!

Don't bring too many heavy luggages like mine because there's no elevators so you practically will have to drag it up more than 2 set of stairs

brilliant.

The host was amazing and very responsive and made me feel safe and taken care off, particularly as i was a single lady traveling, that was very nice. I also asked if I can borrow a hairdryer, which was waiting for me upon arrival. I was also a bit cold on the first night so I asked if I can have a second duvet and they kindly provided one and I wasn’t cold after that.
