hotel calme parfaitement situé

hôtel à 5 minutes de la gare, parfaitement situé dans le centre ville côté chinatown et quartier rouge. Au calme, pas de bruit la nuit. Proche de plusieurs restaurants. Équipements parfaits, petit déjeuner complet. Personnel adorable. Un vrai havre de paix.

Fantastic staff, really lovely hotel in a great location.

I loved the decor, and the great welcome. Rooms were very comfortable, and the location perfect for us. I loved the honesty bar, it was very well equipped with drinks, tea, coffee and snacks and gave the hotel a real 'home from home' feel.

Breakfast is a little expensive I think , so we didn't order it. but that is the same for a lot of hotels in Amsterdam. Lots of cafes nearby though so not a problem.

Comfortable, clean and awesome view but no refrigerator which was a let down. .

Loved the style of the room, the view and it was very comfortable and clean.

There was a refrigerator and this is what has let the room down as I couldn’t keep milk cool for my toddler overnight so had to discard it as well as I couldn’t keep my water and other drinks and food cool so again I had to waste food!

The hotel does not have extra bed and end up I had been kicked out from hotel to rent another room. Sound proof is bad. I don’t stay this kind of hotel at all cost.

Fantastic stay for a city trip!

Great location, close to all big sightseeing spots, the train station and directly in front of a beautiful gracht! Very comfortable bed and good water pressure! The room was really clean, the bathroom very spacious and the self service bar/coffee spot were a cool extra! The staff was very helpful and detail oriented.

Nothing expect the high price. But compared to other hotels it was in the normal range.

Super great value for money!

Convenient location 5 min walk to centraal station, Room was cozy, clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The shower pressure could've been better, it wasn't dripping but it wasn't gushing either. The ceiling seemed to be thin as we could hear people upstairs walking.

A "2 -3 star" hotel with a "4-5 star" price, in a decent location

The location was "OK", but not terribly impressive. The staff was friendly and polite. The general ambiance of the building seemed a little "tired", but not offending. Our room was an upgrade apparently, and it had 2 levels, with a bathroom only on the lower level and a bed on an upper loft area, accessed by a flight of stairs. If you had the need to access the washroom at night, you had to go downstairs to do so. Not a great idea for my liking. This may be quaint choice for a younger couple, but not so much for older people like ourselves.

The environment outside was cold, and our room was also cold. There were only portable plug-in electric heaters available to provide warmth if you needed them. They ran constantly during our stay. Having the stairs and having only one washroom for two levels was inconvenient. The breakfast that they provided, was a minimalistic breakfast, both in choices and presentation and subsequently also in the enjoyment of the food.

Reservé este apartamento con ciertas expectativas debido a su tamaño, y aunque es bastante pequeño, me sorprendió gratamente la calidad que ofrece considerando su precio. Al entrar, me encontré con una nevera bien surtida con detalles de bienvenida, lo cual fue un buen toque. Además, el baño resultó ser cómodo y funcional. Aunque el espacio es limitado, la relación calidad-precio es excelente.

el espacio era un poco incómodo y pequeño p. Aunque la ubicación y otras comodidades eran adecuadas, el tamaño limitado del espacio afectó mi comodidad durante la estancia. Lo hacia mejor la gran ventana que tiene la habitación.

Localização excelente, perto da red light (a pés) e da estação. Ao ir para Amsterdam, não leve muita bagagem a logistica fica quase impossivel...

Bonito diseño, cercano a estación central y frente a canal

Ubicación cercana a estación central y frente a canal. Baño amplio y muy bonito. Camara cómoda con buen tamaño de habitación. Decoración del hotel y habitación sobria. Aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente (hay que agradecerlo porque no es así en muchos hoteles en Europa).

Pequeños detalles de desgaste del papel mural. Lo demás excelente.

Хороший вариант, чтобы посмотреть Амстердам.

Удобное месторасположение. До центра- 5 минут. До вокзала ж/д - 5 минут. Для того чтобы посмотреть город- очень даже неплохо! Достаточно тихая улочка, при том что отель в центре города. На ресепшен- отличный персонал.

Добавить тапочки в номер. Обновить полотенца. Запах дыма от сигарет через систему вентиляции в сан узле.

if you want to sleep with your partner. be sure is that the bed is double or not. becouse in our room, we have 2 singles beds and it's really hard to sleep. bathroom hasn't any slippers and more towel for wet floor. we used our head towels for it. and there is no frigde in room.

Buono, ma molte cose da migliorare

Albergo in una posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi tutti i centri di interesse. Vicino alla stazione dei treni. Camera grande per gli standard di Amsterdam. Personale in reception e in sala colazioni eccezionale.

La pulizia della stanza viene effettuata dalle 15 alle 17, orario scomodo se di vuole tornare in camera dopo pranzo. Oltretutto hanno semplicemente cambiato gli asciugamani e rifatto il letto, nessuna pulizia del bagno. Comodino solo ad un lato del letto, nessun armadio, non c'è frigobar, nessun supporto per la valigia. Colazione dolce e salata essenziale. Non all'altezza del prezzo e soprattutto di un 4 stelle.

Confortável l, ótima localização e quarto espaçoso.

Reservei um quarto com vista pro canal que confirma a foto seria uma porta de vidro até em baixo. O quarto entregue foi com janela de vidro a 1,5 do chão, que para conseguir ver o canal precisava ficar na ponta do pé. Anunciam com uma foto, mas no final entregaram outra proposta.

Acogedor y céntrico

La cama era grande y cómoda, el baño limpio y especialmente bonito. Muy cómodo si llegas en tren, dejas las maletas y puedes llegar donde quieras andando. Muchos restaurantes asiáticos alrededor (entre otras variedades)

No lo recomendaría con niños por la ubicación en el barrio rojo.

Great location, very comfortable hotel.

Great location, walking distance from the Amsterdam Centraal. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was really good. I loved the decor in the lobby. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

If you're staying anything above the 2nd floor, you have to take the elevator to one floor, walk across the hall and then take a second elevator. This was kinda annoying.

Lovely hotel!

The location was ideal, on a quiet street but close enough to the station and loads of places to eat. The breakfast was lovely with a good range of food. The rooms were comfortable, we had a lovely view out to the canal and the bed was soooo comfortable! Staff were also super friendly and helpful, great all round!

Great hotel in prime location

Great location, few minutes walk from central station and close to centre of Amsterdam. Rooms were really spacious, well decorated and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful - highly recommend and we will definitely stay in hotel Mai on next visit to Amsterdam

Perfect location

Perfect location, good breakfast. It was my partner's birthday and the hotel offered us a late check out which was much appreciated. Bed super comfy and nice power shower.

Nice place but needs some attention to details

The room was bigger than I expected and the decor was nice to be in. The staff were friendly. The hotel was very quiet despite being on a canal. Noise was never a problem in the 3 nights that I stayed there.

Unfortunately, the room was very dark; even with all of the lights turned on, I still had to use my phone flashlight to see the buttons on the nespresso machine to operate it. Also, while the shower was amazing, on my last day the hot water seemed to run out and I had a lukewarm shower. Very disappointing. When I mentioned this to the staff, they said they would look into it, but no one took any notes and, shouldn't I have received some kind of compensation? After all, I paid for a functioning shower and I didn't get that. While there is shampoo in the shower, there's no conditioner. Not sure why? One other suggestion would be to include some decaf coffee capsules.

Amazing little hotel in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Surprisingly big rooms with a big bed and a very nice bathroom.

There was some noise from the floor above and the room did not have a fridge.

Overall I would come back here again in a heartbeat despite the two minor flaws of the room we stayed in. Excellent hote

Loved the hotel, was very modern and room was beautiful.

Hotel had lots of dim lighting, was a bit of a pain getting ready in the evening as there was only one bright mirror in bathroom (had to take turns). Shower was very impractical as it flooded the bathroom when used.
