Property was excellent. Located on a quiet cul de sac that was a 5 min walk via a private path and boardwalk. (Not accessible by golf cart). Kitchen was well equipped, nice Weber gas grill with two tanks which was a nice touch. Spacious rooms and updated bathrooms with glass showers. Less than 10 min walk to the main hotel. Garden hose under the house to rinse off beach chairs and cooler was a plus. Would love to rent this house again but the VRBO fees above and beyond the nightly rate are likely cost prohibitive to us in the future.

The house was precisely as we thought it would be...Fantastic!
The location was surprisingly close to the beach. 2 min walk. Fantastic!!
The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and secluded. Fantastic!
The beach was generally pretty empty and felt like you had your own tropical oasis! Fantastic!!
Loved every minute of it and so did our friends who stayed with us.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. It was open, spacious, and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach, yet shaded with big trees, making the screen porch delightful. We are a family of cooks and found the kitchen well-equipped. Our cnly complaint was that you need a new grill. The one outside needs to be replaced. We would certainly choose this house again!

Everything was fantastic. Location and comfort was wonderful. Just two small things to note: we could not find an iron, and I believe it was listed as being supplied. We had family photographs being taken so we were disappointed to not be able to iron some clothes. The other is the refrigerator. Doors will not stay closed so had to continually remind everyone to ensure both doors were tightly closed. We could’ve lost a good portion of our food if we hadn’t noticed. We would absolutely stay again if we came back to the area!

We had a wonderful stay , the house is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied. The only issue we had was we couldn't get the ceiling fan to work and the tv in one of the bedrooms during the stay. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes , a wagon comes in handy. I would highly recommend this property

The house was beautiful and clean, kitchen well stocked, great location. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

This home was filthy dirty. The kitchen and floor was disgusting. There was food still on many of the appliances, the countertops were sticky and dirty, and the housekeeper agreed to come back and clean after we already got unpacked and set up. The housekeeper didn't do their job and wanted to come back and make up for it but we said no as it would have inconvenienced our family even more than we already were. The showers had slow drains and water backed up during showers. Also, the description of the laundry never mentioned that it was under the house in a dark, moldy and wet closet laden with spiders and mosquitos. On nights that it rained, you actually had to stand in the water while using the washer/dryer, along with even more mosquitoes flying around. Also, the property management/home owner only agreed to refund the cleaning fee. Would NOT recommend staying this home

Location was great based upon previous stays at Wild Dunes. House was clean and comfortable. Property management was quickly responsive to needs and questions.
Thank you,

Easy walk to beach. Comfortable, clean and great amenities.

Great location, easy beach access, squeaky clean interior, well maintained exterior, beautiful private culdesac, bedrooms are large with a layout conducive for privacy, large well furnished screen porch!

House was perfect for our stay! Super clean upon arrival! Well stocked kitchen!
Highly recommend, close to beach, close to neighbors but felt secluded with large trees.

Amazing home for a beach get-away. It's 5-10 minute walk to the beach and is in a nice secluded community. The host allowed an early check-in and was very responsive and accommodating. The home had everything we could possibly need allowing us to order groceries and cook in. Only drawback was it was quite a distance from downtown Charleston and Ubers were difficult to order to/from downtown. Would recommend for a beach weekend but not if you're looking to explore downtown Charleston frequently.

We are from Charleston and rented the house for my daughter’s wedding at The Citadel Beach Club. It was a perfect spot! We had a head in every bed. There was a lot of space and plenty of items to make it feel like home. Easy to communicate with rental company.

A perfect place for out of town family to gather at during my daughters wedding weekend.

Great house and great location

We loved the 'no stairs" in the house and great open space. Lovely location and easy walk to tennis courts and sweetgrass area. Just a slight problem with getting the key out of the lock box due to the combination being changed. We would definitely rent here again.

The property was wonderful and perfect for our girl’s getaway! The lighted screened in porch was a favorite for late night drinks and games!
Close to beach and easy drive to some great restaurants! Natalie was easy to work with and helpful throughout our booking process!
Would definitely go again!

Enjoyable Beach Trip
The home has a nice open floor plan with nicely updated Bathrooms. This one level home was perfect for our family as my Mom was with us & has trouble climbing stairs. There were plenty of extra towels & bed linens. The mattresses were very comfortable. We got a great nights sleep. A negative was the washer & dryer location, being underneath the home it wasn't very accessible. The rental company did disclose this up front. We had some ants in the Kitchen & the rental company promptly took care of the issue. The home was a short walk to the Beach & the beach was very private. We loved that. Overall a lovely home in a great location.

Dingy home with laundry room and outdoor showers not fit for use.
The house overall was dirty. The laundry room is located below the house and was full of water and mud. There were so many mosquitoes attracted to the standing water that it was impossible to go downstairs to do any laundry at all. There are 2 outdoor showers but both were filthy. We hosed off near the driveway after beach but had to run under the house to turn on the spigot to try to avoid mosquito bites.

Just good enough.
The house is in a good location and is decently furnished and clean. However--for the price--have to point out that the house is very dated compared to other nearby properties. The bathrooms have been updated, which is a plus. Renters should be aware that they do not have access to the Wild Dunes pool with this rental--a real disappointment.

A delightful respite. So close to the beach - very beautiful neighborhood. Great screened in porch with a double hammock. Very comfy beds and rooms. Nice that the lights, fans and light jazz all on to welcome us.

This property was perfect for our two young kids. My baby is just learning to walk and it was so nice to not have to worry about him falling down stairs. The bedrooms are separated from the main living space by a door so that was a plus as well for sleeping kids. The short walk to the beach was wonderful!

This was the perfect place and set up for my husband, myself, our college age son and two of his friends to stay for a weekend in SC. It was spacious, open, well equipped, good location and very inviting. We were supposed to run the Charleston half marathon, but it got canceled due to Covid but we still wanted to getaway to the beach. Our hotel was canceled through the marathon site and we found this property fairly last minute that was perfect for us. Parts of the house are dated, but other parts appear new and remodeled. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Even though it was just a weekend, we would have been very comfortable staying here for a whole week at the beach. We thought winter storm Izzy was going to prevent us from returning to NC and the property manager was very flexible to extend our stay by a night in case we couldn't get home. Probably the only negative is that the washer/dryer are located under the house and not easily accessible - for a weekend, this didn't really matter, but a longer stay we would have needed to use it.

We were blessed with great weather and were able to take advantage of both outdoor areas including the grill. The beach very close and the sports card includes both pools. Bring your own dish towels as there were only two. Other than that it was a perfect stay

The house is tucked in the live oaks of Wild Dunes, much closer to the beach than I first thought. We had our Thanksgiving a week late to accommodate our children that don’t live near us any more. We are a family that loves to cook and this kitchen had everything thing we needed. Very well stocked with cooking gear and plenty of room. We were blessed with nice weather for the week and the spacious screened porch and deck were nice to have. This house has 4 bedrooms with 2 being king suites. Another plus is you get a Wild Dunes sports card which allows you to use the many amenities there, we utilized the gym at the Sea Grass Inn. It is the perfect spot if you want to get away from it all and just relax or it’s close to everything Charleston has to offer . We were notified by the manager that the dishwasher was broken and would be replaced sometime during the week. They worked around our plans so as not to upset our schedule and even gave me a credit for it not working. I highly recommend this property.

This house fit our needs just fine. It's tucked away near amazing huge houses. Loved the "sports card" allowing me to use the pool at the resort free of charge. The only downsides to the property are: 1). it looks to have some water damage in some of the walls of the family room, and 2) the driveway is a bit hard to maneuver. But overall, we loved staying in the house as it really worked well for us.

It was wonderful! We had a great time for a bunch of senior citizens. Our only complaint was that VRBO or owners added so many costly things that it costs almost double was it was listed.
