The house is in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood and very near Central Avenue with the shops and bath houses. The owner Eric was in contact with us before, during and after our stay. Never did we feel isolated.

Location is fantastic. Mins from every attraction in Hot Springs. Quiet, historical, safe neighborhood. Very comfortable.
Eric, the host was amazing! Very responsive, accommodating and welcoming. He shared so many recommendations and information. If you need any special arrangements in the home (flowers, champagne, decorations, etc.) he offers this and can help. He was truly a great host.
The bedding was so comfortable. Sheets, pillows, comforter. I slept in Master and the bed was amazing.
There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

We had a girls weekend and went to the races Saturday and then to dinner at The Vault which I highly recommend! Eric’s home was so beautiful and clean! We will definitely be back!😊😊😊 Thank you so much for having us!!

Adorable cozy little house, felt just like home. Has all the essentials, including comfortable beds, fancy glassware sets, and plenty of clean towels. It also has some really cool accessories too, including three huge televisions, speakers for music all over the place, and a few sets of card and chess games. The house is old (history dates all the way back to the 1920s), but really well updated, decorated, and maintained. Location is perfect too. It is quiet and peaceful, but also close enough to the flourishes of the city that there’s a quite a few tourist attractions which you could literally just walk to. 10/10, would visit again in the future if possible.
Everything is great, but it’ll be even better if we could have more decorations around the outdoor garden.

If you like this era craftsman architecture you will be happy. I was. Mgr is hands off but there if you need which we didn't everything is markered and works ... that I tried. Neighbors were respectful and quiet. Just perfect
Cameras around the house = I get ... but seemed a bit much for Hot Springs imho. But what do i know?
Really that's not a complaint but you asked. Everything was great
