Nettes Hotel in mäßiger Lage

Service und Personal sehr gut Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen Abendbuffet sehr gut Shuttle am Abend nach Batu Ferringhi

Die Lage ist bescheiden, in der näheren Umgebung ist einfach nichts mehr. Schade eigentlich Für Europäer ist das schlechte Benehmen der zahlreichen Chinesen sehr befremdlich. Die Tischmanieren sind unglaublich unterirdisch, aber da kann ja das Hotel nichts dafür.

This is my brother's vacation place as the kids enjoy their stay here all the time. Angsana never fails us every time we visit. Once a year must visit vacation to take a break away from work and busy life to chill here.

Was still recommended to be one of the choice when you visit Batu Ferringhi, as it quite relaxing and thumbs up for the

Service are excellent, room condition are good as well, better than expectation , sea view for all rooms and you may enjoy beach activities in front of hotel

Location are kind of sub urban, have to drive or either call for a car to the town area for convenience store or snacks other than the restaurant in hotel, sound insulation wasn’t good enough at night

besides the sea view. nothing is impressive. definitely not worth the money we pay.

The only nice thing is the seaview

1. While there was a variety of options for breakfast, the taste did not meet our expectations. It was not representative of Penang's culinary standards. 2. We noticed that some of the staff, particularly those serving breakfast, seemed reluctant to assist and appeared unhappy. Additionally, one of the receptionists on the morning shift spoke in a manner that came across as rude and prideful. 3. We observed that the room cleaning process could be improved. For instance, we saw a cleaner using the same brush for the toilet bowl and the seat, which raises concerns about hygiene practices. Proper training for the cleaning staff might be beneficial. 4. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, we experienced the smell of smoke when neighboring guests smoked on their balconies. Even with the sliding door closed, the smoke still entered our room. It would be helpful if the room design could address this issue.

The experience was great, we wished we stayed longer

By far one of the most pleasant stay ive ever had in Penang. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, we had a balcony with seaview. The air conditioner was also functioning so well. Not a lot of kids were there hence it’s very suitable for honeymoon. The facilities and amenities are great as well. The breakfast was various & delicious as well. The staff there were great, polite, friendly and helpful as well, especially Anis, which she checked me into the room. Her personality was very pleasant, very helpful in terms of helping us finding good places to eat. They were also very considerate by catering to my last minute request to put up a honeymoon decoration, even though it was last minute, but they managed to attend to my request. Thank you so much that.

The resort has a zen like vibe and the CNY dinner buffet was amazing!

The location was perfect especially the beach which is away from the more busy and crowded beach full with resorts, e.g. ParkRoyal and Rasa Sayang. I liked the "zen" vibe of the resort and the surrounding.

If it wasn't of my bad experience with the dinning staff during breakfast, I would have rated Angsana 10/10. When I was approaching the noodle soup section, they ran out of chicken soup and was told it will take 5 minutes for the wait but 20 minutes later still no sign of the soup. I asked again and was told I had to wait for another 10 minutes. At that moment, I have lost my patience and walked away. I ended up complaining to the dinning room manager and he was very pleasant and tried to make it right to us.

We had a lovely stay at Angsana Teluk Bahang, service was exceptional and the resort is beautiful. Maybe more activities

The resort was amazing, spacious and clean rooms, beautiful views with balconies, facilities all great and very attentive staff! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

There was a loud buzzing noise from the bathroom which kept us up at night. Also breakfast choices and setup could have been more spacious and easier to manage as it becomes very crowded and the empty stations were not re-filled

Highly recommend it - very beautiful

I loved everything about the hotel. Their breakfast was so delicious. The view from our room was impeccable. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. The beach is so easily accessible, and there are so many nice and affordable beach activities to do. They also have a shuttle that goes to Georgetown every day. I loved everything about this hotel

Nice short break for family. Room comes with great amenities. The beach is clean and quiet and the kids’ club is wonder

The large rooms, the facilities and the view. Plus friendly and helpful staff especially for a first timer at the hotel. The food choice for the buffet breakfast is also adequate.

The wall paint inside the room and along the corridors are too dark. The shower door does not close well causing the water to pool at the bathroom floor which is dangerous. The hot tub is worn out (the digital text is eligible and the headrest are loose). No clear direction from one block to another I.e. are you allowed to walk through Jamboree to reach the dining area? And the QR code for “what to do at the hotel” does not work. And the parking can be better lit.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles sauberes Zimmer, direkte Strandlage, an dem sehr ruhigen Strand, tolles Frühstück. Die Lage ist Abseits vom Trubel in Batu Ferringhi und George Town.

Die Aircondition im Zimmer ist etwas laut.

Overall is good just to make sure the glass window and the bed sheet are clean.

The variety of breakfasts is quite a lot and good. Just the fruit juice put so in until my friend and I find it for like 5-10 rounds.

The bed sheet is not clean and is dirty. But my friend doesn't care too much about this so she used that bed.

The food options, not catering for westerners enough. The menu is limited and should have different options for dinner this would keep patrons in the hotel and not go somewhere else The grounds were small in comparison to other hotels No entertainment at all

Great holiday at Angsana.

Great location overlooking a good beach. Great food throughout. Fantastic staff - courteous and friendly. Good facilities. Tremendous room with mega balcony on 13 th floor.

Main doors to rooms need dampers to avoid idiots slamming.

Awesome seaview.

The seaview and the closeness to the beach. The fast check in and check out. Provided 6 cans of drinks in the mini bar. Nice swimming pool.

No coffee or tea provided in the room. Doesn't replenish amenities during housekeeping as they only do turn down express service. Got to request for extra towels and toilet papers.

The reception/lobby and room are in separate building and you need to walk over to other end to take the lift to get to your room. Slight concern on the security overall.
