Le surclassement de notre chambre. Le spa. L'emplacement et le restaurant gastronomique.
Le prix élevé du plat du jour au vu de la quantité dans l'assiette.

An exception hotel- the best we’ve stayed at for quite some time (and we’ve stayed at a lot!). The quality of the hotel, the service, the staff, the location, the views and the food. Just perfect

What an exceptional getaway in this amazing hotel. We were upgraded as a special treat in celebration of both of our special birthdays and oh my word, the Spa Suite is out of this world gorgeous with the most exquisite views. Super quiet room, with all the comforts we needed. The staff were amazing. Checkin was an absolute pleasure and nothing was too much to ask. By day 3 we met Lizenn and she went above and beyond with her amazing service and lovely kind nature. The hotel organised a charging point for our hired electric car. Super close walk to the Ski Lift. A few lovely restaurants nearby and shops for the odd retail therapy. Wonderful, peaceful spa with two fabulous massages. The food was exceptional with so much attention to detail - highly recommend the Poke bowl and the desserts !! Cannot wait to book again, to go back
We were not told of the charge for the charging of the electric vehicle so those amounts came as a surprise on our bill

location and design
We arrived on the 31st of December to celebrate NYE. as hotel guest we were not able to get a table in the restaurant or the bistro, after asking many times and even suggesting if they could set a random table they had near the elevator, the declined.
we had to spend our NYE in a random bar that I honestly wouldn’t wish anyone to have spend it this way.
after this the hotel receptionist (Louise), was not polite when she would see us, just making our stay feel very uncomfortable and awkward.
we then had dinner twice in the bistro either the orders where forgotten or arrived very late. also you can’t order room service after 9pm, which doesn’t give an experience of a 4 star hotel.
the design is very nice. over all the staff need training as the hotel has potential but I just wish they could have made our stay more special.

The hotel is new and cousy, the rooms are nice and big enough. Also the restaurant, the bar, the spa and the relaxing services are really good. To end I must say that staff it’s been very nice with us.
The village is very small and after sky there is nothing to do out of the hotel. I also think they need to have another type of food for the day by day. I miss out soups and other type of food.

The staff were excellent and incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. especially our waitress in the evening, she was amazing. The hotel is very luxurious with amazing views from the spa, restaurant and your room. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and very clean, although I couldn't find any aircon which was a shame especially in summer.
The breakfast was not good at all, I would not recommend at all. I was very disappointed, especially as you have to pay extra for it. The buffet selection is limited and the 'hot food' on it was cold. The cooked to order eggs I found inedible, they were more like porridge than scrambled eggs.

The hotel, staff and facilities were excellent. The decor and furnishings are modern and vibrant and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Loved the room's design, and the view.
The staff is super helpful.
The chef's traditional Sunday barbecue was a delicious surprise.
The swimming pool is quite small, and its opening hours are way too limited.
Breakfast is too expensive.

Location for cycling and the Tour de France
The dinner offering was very nice and cordon bleu style but not suited to perhaps what cyclists require. The breakfast had a limited offering compared to most hotels we have stayed in

Location was superb. Views across the valley was awe-inspiring . Welcoming staff did just that .
Finish of rooms was a let-down :e.g nowhere in the shower to put soap/shampoo except for the floor.
Dinner was v pleasant, but two items on the menu were not available and had been substituted--no problem there , becasue the substitutes were good. But if the menu was printed that day [which i assume it was] it would have been easy to refer to the new items.

very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Enjoyed the lounge, spa, kids area and balconies

Breakfast would have benefitted from a choice of cereals and more fresh fruit.
Rather pricey to eat and drink in the hotel but I guess it’s the location. The hotel was lovely and the staff all super helpful.

Everything!
Would have been happy if the restaurant opened at 6:30 or 7 pm instead of 7:30 pm.

All was perfect !

Very warm reception on arrival. Fabulous facilities in spa. Magnified shaving mirror. Gorgeous bathroom. Tea coff in bedroom. Stunning view. I could go on. Food delicious. Go!
Tiny things but a light over the magnifying mirror to put make up on/shave and perhaps a shelf in the bathroom.

The staff is excellent!
Also, good value for money for dinner and wine 👍🏻
