The location , cleanliness and quality of furnishings was excellent.

Love the short walk to the beach and the cool decor! We see that it is booked for most of the year, but will definitely keep checking back!

So close to the beach, quiet, roomy home. Decor was perfect.

Lovely spot down quiet Eugenia Avenue. Comfortable beds (except the twin beds need an upgrade for adult use), nice showers, close to the beach, well-appointed kitchen. Brought back lots of memories growing up in the neighborhood.

This house made our first stay on Kiawah very enjoyable. It was the perfect place for my family to have some downtime and explore the island. We enjoyed quick walks back and forth to the beach, a 15-minute walk to nearby Night Heron Park, and quiet evenings at the house cooking and relaxing. The entire property is well-appointed, bright, modern, and clean. I only wished that the yard and deck were tidier so we could enjoy that space more, though we stayed at just the tail end of winter/start of spring. We'll be back!

The property was as advertised - a pretty, comfortable little house with amazingly convenient beach access. Earlier criticisms about the beds/pillows and washing machine have been addressed. No complaints . It was great!

We enjoyed our short visit. We didn't cook, but I was impressed with the very well stocked kitchen.

The house was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Great place for a girls weekend which is why I was there. Would definitely stay again.

Very nicely updated, decorated and convenient location to the beach. Wish it had an outdoor shower and a screened in porch but those are nice to have items.

Great location close to beach

Great layout and kitchen was awesome to cook and store all items. We did replace the refrigerator light, the outdoor pathways may stand a clearing, we and had some minor ants near the back deck doorway. Those were minor though, so overall would stay here again. 5 minutes to the beach and right near the bike path to night heron park and the rest of the island.

We so enjoyed our stay here - the house is in a great location and we would happily stay again. My only complaint would be that there are no beach towels and the supplies provided were very limited. We have been renting on Kiawah for years and have always been provided beach towels and there are usually chairs, beach toys, a wagon, etc. to borrow. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that none of these items were at the house so we could pick some up on our way to the island so we didn't have to waste precious vacation time tracking them down! Other than that, everything was great!

Was perfect, really. Mostly all the good stuff other reviews say. Actually our only negative (and it's not a big one) was the sort of small laundry washer/dryer (ventless). We eventually figured out to do fairly small loads. I kind of hate to tell other people about this place because I want it to be available. But that's just me being selfish.

5 minute walk to the beach
Well furnished & decorated
Roach & ant problem even with keeping all food away
Broken coffee maker
Only one dish towel and no hot pads
(Mgmt response was to leave a can of raid on the front porch a full day later & no coffee maker replacement)
Front load washer needs a good tub clean with bleach and instructions for all guests to keep door open to air when not in use - our laundry came out smelling like mildew.
It lacks staples such as facial tissue, napkins, s&p, that sort of thing so you’ll need to bring quite a bit. For the price I would add guest beach towels and an outdoor shower area as well. All in all I would recommend as a nice place to stay for families in kiawah. The house is well laid out, beautiful, quiet, and stays cool. Super convenient to the beach. Nice major appliances and plenty of pots and pans and dishes and kitchen tools. We thought the beds and linens were great. The beach was private, clean, and beautiful.
Side note: It would seem like there isn’t enough time to clean between guests - mats were left on coffee tables and things thrown around and out of place and a pile of hair in the corner of the bathroom. Mgmt wanted to know our arrival time (which was several hours after check in) so they could make sure the place was ready.
