Location of this condo is excellent for walking to downtown and bay front. Condo has excellent mattresses that make sleeping easy. Great tv’s in every room! Communication with property manager was also good.

The second floor apartment was modern, spacious and comfortable in a tree-lined, quiet neighborhood of wonderful homes all different from each other. It exceeded our expectations for a home base. Walking distance to historic Main Street downtown and it’s shops and restaurants as well as others close by in the Laurel Park neighborhood. Top places visited were the Ringling Art Museum (especially the newer acquisitions), classic car museum across the street, less-crowded Turtle Beach that has shaded areas and Shelby Gardens Spanish Point with a five-star butterfly enclosure.

I used to visit Sarasota every year before COVID and stayed at same house every time. But owner closed out the business so I had to find a new place to stay. It’s located 15-20 mins walk from downtown. Apartment was bit old but it was clean. Good set of kitchen appliances which was good for my family. Beach towels and beach chairs are available. Only thing you need to be careful is not to lock the glass door inside. We had difficult time opening it once locked. Washers and dryers are coin operated. My family enjoyed staying and we would defensively visit again

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Despite somewhat outdated furniture, we spent a nice time here. All essential items were provided, even beach chairs which we appreciated. Bedding comfort was exceptional, with very good mattresses. The apartment is located in downtown Sarasota and restaurants, the bayfront park and the main street with small shops are all within walkable distance. Would we book again? Sure.

The apartment was very comfortable in every way. Charming neighborhood, close to Lido Key. Actually one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, and really great beach chairs. I only contacted the host once and they answered immediately.

We wanted to stay in the area for the weekend and visit friends. The location was perfect. Walking distance to downtown. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. We found a nearby restaurant (The Fountain) where we grabbed a late night drink after dinner in the city. There was also a neighborhood coffee shop that we stumbled on. Great communication from landlord. The condo ended up being ready early. They called and notified us. They also gave us a heads up that the AC wasn’t working but they had someone on the way. It was fixed before we even arrived!!! Would definitely stay again when we want a staycation.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and the amenities supplied. This location makes it so easy to walk into Main St and dine. Also very close to the Marina which we rode our bikes to almost every day.
