My family stayed here for 4 nights to attend our Sins wedding ~ it was a perfect house for us all. It has everything we needed and we were so comfortable there. Close to shopping and to the cute downtown of Senoia.
Kathy responded quickly when we had an inquiry and was very pleasant to work with.

We rented this property for a race weekend. The property was very clean, had everything we needed to cook meals, and most importantly for us it was nice and quiet. It was a very peaceful, pleasant long weekend. We will definitely keep this spot in mind for future visits.

This home and hostess were one of the best we’ve ever experienced! The well stocked kitchen was a delight to cook in and left us wanting for nothing. Both Kathy and her daughter were so kind to us and very responsive. Highly recommend!! Definitely a 5⭐️stay.

Myself, wife, kids and parents (4 adults, 1 17 year old and 1 12 year old) all stayed very comfortably in this nice retreat! Owner checked on us daily, as well as her daughter. Wish we could have stayed longer, but absolutely perfect for our needs.

The house was great, neat location tucked away in the woods and very close to downtown Senoia. We had no complaints about this location & definitely would rent it again if we are back in this area.

We stayed at Rockaway Hideaway for two weeks, mostly just spending the evening hours at the cozy home in the woods. It was very peaceful and some mornings we delayed our leaving to allow the deer to wander through the property. Very clean and spacious with lots of kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking meals.

Clean, nice flow to rooms, kitchen was perfect, comfy beds, nice amenities — soap, detergent, salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc — gorgeous wooded setting. Lovely gravel path from the road. Owner responsive & easy to work with.

Kathy's home was everything we'd hoped it would be - a nice, quiet space to relax between wedding events. We were visiting from out of town for my brothers wedding and this was such a treat from the hotels we stayed at along the way. The house is full of amenities, extras (closet full of games, Keurig AND coffee maker, cozy blankets and a pack and play for my toddler) to help make your stay truly feel like a vacation and we loved being so close to everything (groceries stores, restaurants, wedding venue) but feeling like we were far away as soon as we pulled into the wood surrounded home. We enjoyed hearing the birds and seeing deer as we sat on the patio. The house is adorable, so clean and comfortable. We hope this won't be our only time to visit this lovely cottage in the woods! Thanks for everything, Kathy!

An excellent home to rent for family/friends. The home was beautiful and extremely clean. We had everything we needed. Perfectly tucked away in the woods, yet close to downtown Senoia. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and even helped to suggest restaurants and things to do in the area. Great communication and takes pride in her home and guests. Would def book this rental again!!

Beautiful Home
We rented this home while we (friends from FL) were in town to attend a Baby Shower for a very close friend of ours. Everything was perfect and VERY clean. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. We wished we could have spent more time enjoying the house but the party prep kept us busy. We did enjoy our early morning coffee watching the wildlife surrounding the house; chipmunks, squirrels, birds and even a few deer wandered by for our enjoyment. We would highly recommend staying here.

The hideaway
I never stayed anything like this, the house is in the beautiful woods, it is private and quiet, but still close to a grocery shops and cafes, restaurants.
I and my husband had a great time with big beautiful kitchen and spacious living room,
beds are very comfortable, whole house is tastefully decorated and updated, we fell in love with this house! Highly recommended :)

Hidden Gem!
We enjoyed our stay in Senoia. I will say the pictures on VRBO do not accurately represent the property, because the property is WAY BETTER than the pictures. Everything is updated and sparkling clean. The property owner was wonderful and so easy to contact and quickly respond. The house is on a beautiful piece of land and located so close to Main Street Senoia. This home truly felt like a home away from home. 10/10 recommend!

We were here for a conference and extremely busy but it was a beautiful location and set up for a very relaxing family time. They included several nice touches and all of us enjoyed the comfortable home.

Great Place To Stay
We rented this place for two weeks while we were visiting our son and his family. There was 4 of us that stayed here. Excellent place to be....close to Senoia if you want to do the tourist thing, yet out of town enough to feel secluded. (We saw deer and had an owl sit on a tree trunk for over 2 hours close to the house.) This rental had all that we needed for our stay. The owner was just a text away and very helpful with any questions we had! Great communication! I would rent from her again without question! (One suggestion: if you stay here, order Buck's Pizza which is about 3 miles down the road and they deliver! Fantastic pizza! We ordered from them twice, it was that good!)

We love this place! We stayed off and on for almost 3 months as we waited for our house to be built. Totally private, relaxing, great scenery and even though everything is so close, it feels like you are miles away from everything.

The Walking Dead Experience
We wanted to stay close to the activity of Senoia and experience what we could with The Walking Dead. The house was fantastic! Clean. Close to Senoia. The owner was fantastic and responsive. Her daughter was on property to help if we needed anything. Great place. Great time. Definitely recommend!

Loved out stay, but need better Wi-Fi
Loved our getaway near Senoia, GA. The only thing that was frustrating was the Wi-Fi didn't seem to work at all. We couldn't even watch a movie on Netflix. There was a Wi-Fi booster, but it wasn't hooked up and we did want to mess anything up by trying to hook it up. Is there anyway the Wi-Fi could be improved or is that the best it can be given the heavily wooded location?

This place was more than I expected.
Very clean, spacious, cozy, and quiet. Beautiful wooded trail. (beware of chipmunks) Have your morning coffee with the beautiful wildlife at a short distance. Simply Amazing!

Senoia retreat
We absolutely loved our stay in this house. It was the perfect location for us. It was immaculately clean upon arrival & had everything we needed. Everything was new & updated & so beautifully decorated. We can’t wait for our stay in December!
