Good value for 1 or two nights or a quick stop in town but not much longer.

location was good and beds were comfy. Good views and able to fish and swim at the pier.

Hotel was noisy. If you get a room with jaccuzi, know that if another room uses it , it is loud and you will hear it in your room and know that at least one day in the week you will be woken up early by grass cutters and blowers by your front door and the back slide doors for about 1 hr

I would stay here again,but Needs some updating to make this a top-notch hotel

This place is super clean, location is great as it's nice and quiet in the evening.

The Wi-Fi is absolutely horrendous , slow and weak .The mattress really needs to be replaced, for the prices hotels are charging now there's no excuse.. the TVs need to be replaced with smart TVs

Sara at the front desk is the most helpful attendant I have ever experienced at any hotel that I have stayed at over the past 30 years. She is exceptional and the place is a little gem.

Convenient location, very clean, very well run, hostess Sara was gracious and ready to help with anything to make her guests comfortable. She makes it feel like we’re staying at home.

Not as expected

It was a nice place. More riverview. I was expecting a beach.

Horrible bathroom, rust on shower rod and you stick to the tub. Awful. Bed too lumpy. I had booked another nite which I tried to cancel with 48 hr notice. I don't know if they will refund but no way I'm doing this again.

The location was great. Pool was good. No other amenities other then coffee.

Rooms need to be updated. When we needed to leave early due to bad weather, they refused to refund our last day. Maid service was lacking. Fan in the room was noisy and there are lights right outside the window to the room that tend to keep you up. A lower wattage blub would fix that problem.

Misleading information

The place in general was really nice, it was clean and the front desk were very helpful

This should not be listed as a room that can sleep 5 people, that is a total misrepresentation of this property and one that cost me dearly. We were a family of 5, (2 parents, 2 adult children and a 14 yr old child). It would have been impossible for us to spend any time at this property due to the small size. It was barely big enough for 2 people and should never be listed for 5. The noise from the air conditioning kept us up all night (you could turn it off but then you would sweat buckets), there was also a flushing noise coming from the bathroom every 30 mins or so that pretty much kept us awake all night anyway. This cost me in excess of £500 to be essentially tricked into staying here for just 1 night as we had to move hotels due to my daughter being claustrophobic and having panic attacks because of the lack of space in the room. I am not happy that I was essentially mislead. front desk refused to refund the other 2 nights stay, which is to be expected I suppose but Booking.Com need to be aware that this property should not be listed for any more than 2 people
