We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “The Nest.” It is conveniently located near University of Alabama and many great places to eat. This house is so cute and comfortable. I give it 5 stars for cleanliness too.

We chose this accommodation to visit our daughter, a junior at Alabama, and to introduce our high school junior to a large university as she plans for college. The location was convenient and close to all the amenities we needed. The house easily accommodated several family dinners and game nights with my daughter, her roommate, and the four of us visiting. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and also come together. It was generally quiet, except for some loud cheers during Alabama's Elite 8 victory!
We highly recommend staying here, except on the weeks that we plan to come back and stay there!

Convenient Location. Approaching Tuscaloosa (campus) from NorthWest, from Memphis area, property is convenient and easy to get to. It was very clean and welcoming. Property manager great is and readily available. Less than 10 minutes from campus.

We were in town for the Alabama versus Arkansas game. The home is a short drive away from the stadium in Northport.

We were in town for a baseball game and the house was a perfect fit for our family. The home was clean and had everything we needed and communication with the owner was super easy. Highly recommend if you are in T Town.

Had a great time visiting the campus. Did a bball game, stadium tour, baseball game, and campus tour. The house was in a great location for campus outings and we enjoyed the screen porch each day.

The property was SPOTLESSLY clean. It was even more beautiful in person. The backyard was huge and the lights and fire pit were fantastic. It couldn’t have been a more perfect place to spend the weekend. The owners were quick to respond to questions and even brought a grill over for us to use. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home very spacious and gorgeous. Bathrooms are amazing and spacious. Porch area was amazing and great for entertaining. Kitchen had everything that you would possibly need and more. Highly recommend for family gatherings and weekend football games.

Exceptional Property
This property is one mile from charming downtown Northport and super convenient to all things Tuscaloosa. It was a perfect place for our family to gather with our U of A student. Well appointed with thoughtful details and very clean. Loved the screened in porch with daybed swing for coffee in the mornings. So many positives to this property. Cannot think of one accommodation we did not have. Hope to rent again!

We came to town for a funeral and just wanted a place where we could relax and feel at home while away from home. John and Sara Beth made our weekend just that! The home was the perfect location and size and had everything we needed and more. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special and we will forever appreciate them for making our weekend the most stress free during such a difficult time. great house with huge backyard 2 miles from campus
We loved this quaint house 2 miles from campus. The kitchen was great, comfortable beds and many extras provided by this awesome host. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. They provided everything from Bama cups, coffee, creamer, detergent and even bandaids. The backyard was set up with cornhole and wood in the fire pit ready to go! We can’t wait to rent again in the future!

University of Alabama graduation
Stayed UA graduation weekend with our family and my son’s girlfriend’s parents, plenty of room for all of us. Spent most of our time on the back porch or playing corner hole in the backyard and sitting around the fire pit. Charming home, close to everything, great hosts!!!

Really enjoyed our 2 nights at the Nest. Less than 10 minute drive to campus. Super cute remodeled home. Great beds and pillows (always so critical when you’re traveling). We enjoyed everything about the house. Would highly recommend!
