This Condo had everything you need. They probably had 25 wash cloths and towels. The kitchen was well stocked. Perfect location for the pool and the beach. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Hands down one of the best places we’ve stayed. Family friendly is an understatement. Lots to do and so close to the beach. The condo had great views, and all the essential you would need. The twin bunk beds even had their own TVs. They had a beach cart also in the room to help bring stuff down to the beach. Highly recommend.

Loved the wonderful view and perfect space for our family's stay. Kids and grandparents alike loved the lazy river and heated pool while the double red flags kept us out of the ocean. Ample kitchen supplies and well stocked with towels and toiletries.

The condo was clean & spacious. Beautifully furnished & high end appliances & finishes and an incredible view of the gulf.
Needed a few minor repairs but nothing that adversely affected our stay.
The only surprise was that the 2nd master bedroom with the king sized bed, didn’t have an adjoining bathroom. But the bath down the hall was very nice.
The resort is Vern large & family oriented. Would not recommend for couples looking for a quiet , romantic escape. But we had a lovely time with our little grand baby & adult children.

The view of the beach and lazy river are great at this location. We love the bed accommodations. We had 2 couples and 2 older kids with 4 small children and it worked out well. The living area is smaller then expected but spent most of our time outside either at the beach or the pool. We BBQ most nights. A great vacation!!

Great time
The condo is the perfect location for the Wednesday fireworks and has super easy access to the pool and beach. The washing machine didn’t work for 2 days, but that was the only issue during the entire trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacationing
Overall good stay, the facility needs some repair work The shower doors don’t close. There is water damage on the seals and woodwork. We liked the condo. Had plenty of room. Might add something to use for grilling meat. Glass is not allowed at grill area. We used the skillets to transport food back and forth.

3rd year staying at B302
Over the years we have stayed we have seen updates to this unit each year. New kitchen chairs, new drapes, new patio lounge chairs and most recently a 70 in. TV along with 2 TV's installed in the bunk beds. You also have a spectacular view of the Gulf.

B302 review
The unit was clean and equipped in kitchen. HOWEVER, the beds were most uncomfortable snd the sofa had an unclean odor. The outside furniture was also uncomfortable this requiring a bed pillow to be able to sit to read.

Condo was nice but had maintenance issues
The condo was very nice. However, as we were going to bed we pulled the covers down to find bed full of food crumbs. The dryer didn't work and it took them 3 days to come and repair. For the price of the condo, these issues were very disappointing.

Nice condo
The condo was a great location. Easy access to beach and pool. The sofa was uncomfortable and the dining room chairs was really uncomfortable but the rest was nice.

It was good but definitely not great
We liked the location of the condo in the complex bc it is close to the beach and close to an elevator to the pool but the condo definitely needs some updating. It also just needed a good deep cleaning. If you are planning on cooking, the kitchen is not fully stocked. Simple things like pot holders, cookie sheets, etc are missing. Also, the condo is definitely not as nice as the photos. They have definitely have adjusted the pics to make the photos look much nicer. The furniture and finishes are not that nice. Don’t let the photos fool you. It is a big bummer that the other king bedroom (It does have an entrance to the balcony) but it does not have a bathroom. If you use a bathroom for that bedroom, you have to go down the hall to the front door of the condo. And if you have people in the bunk beds, they use that bathroom too. The queen bedroom is tiny and the bathroom is tiny. Great for kids though!
Concerning the pool....my kids loved the pool. I thought it was great for littles all the way to middle schoolers. But it is soooooo crowded. We went mid October and it was packed. And the whole reserving a chair thing is just one big stressful joke! I felt like I was always worried about having a place to sit or put my stuff.
Concerning the beach, since the condo complex is huge! The beach is packed! And people get out on the beach at 6:30am to get chairs!! And they don’t start setting up the actual chairs till 7:30. So be ready to stand on the beach for a while in the morning to claim a chair/space. We brought our own chairs and used a couple of theirs. But we still had to get out there early to get one. The whole process is insane! So many people! And if you don’t get out at 6:30 or if you are not an owner, you will not get front row.
Overall my kids loved the place. I just felt like for the money, it should of been cleaner, nicer, and more up to date. It isn’t cheap but definitely felt like it a lot.
But we loved the view from the condo. And building B gets the morning sun. So if I had my pick, I would pick the other side that still faces the beach so I could enjoy the mornings. It got very hot and sunny out there early so you couldn’t really sit out on the balcony in the morning.
If you are looking for a fun pool for kids, this is definitely your condo complex!!

Great view!
Our condo was clean and roomy! We had a great view! The master bathroom toilet paper holder was broken but they sent someone to fix it immediately and were very friendly. Would book this condo in the future.

Do not chose this condo! B302
This was our 3rd visit to waterscape, first time since vacasa took over. This condos layout was odd. Barely any utensils, dishes, or pans to cook. Furniture was old, bedding wasn’t soft. Condo wasn’t in tip top shape. For the amount of money you have to spend to stay we expected better like in the past stays! Also each condo’s different so make sure whatever condo you choose includes beach chairs otherwise you’ll be spending $45 a day for 2 chairs/umbrella! It’s also first come first serve so you have to go down as soon as they set them up to get a decent spot. They do walk around daily to check your room number and how many chairs your using. The beach isn’t maintained like before. No daily activities for kids either. It’s gotten too touristy and we won’t be returning.

loved loved the property and the condo
THERE HAD BEEN A FLOOD FROM A SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFFERED ANOTHER AREA TO STAY. THERE WAS SUCH A MUSTY SCENT THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO HOLD OUR BREATH TO WALK DOWN HALL. FANS WERE GOING THAT WERE VERY LOUD. ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY NICE LOVED THE LOCATION. ELEVATORS DID NOT WORK BY US DUE TO BEING FLOODED SO WE HAD TO WALK THRU THE SMELL TO GET TO AN ELEVATOR.

Needs updates
This condo was way too pricey for the end of October and the poor condition it was in. It is located in Fort Walton so we drove over to Destin everyday. The condo had cramped guest rooms and a very odd layout with much wasted space. The light fixtures were full of bugs, there was a hole in the wall near the toilet paper roll hanger, there was missing outdoor furniture and what was available was torn apart and needed to be replaced. The entire condo needs a lot of touch ups to be up to par with the price. I would not stay here again.

Great location!
The unit had a great location close to the beach and pools. Not so close to pools that noise was an issue. Updates are needed in bedrooms, mattresses were very used and not comfortable. Dinning room chairs were also hard to sit on and uncomfortable. The outside table was also warped and needs replacing. Overall, the unit was nice but could use a little TLC.
