It was worth the renting value with an awesome view.

It is exactly like the pictures and it was really clean. I liked the fact of providing extra towels and linens.Also, the kitchen is well equipped. The balcony & view is wonderful.

The bed couch is a little old and not very comfy for sleeping.

beautiful stay , highly recommend it and definitely will be back.

loved everything about this property. plenty of towels including beach towels. waking up to the view of the ocean was lovely. we used the kitchen to cook meals , had all the basic things we would need but maybe it needs more oven dishes. but over all , it was perfect. dishwasher tablets provided - no washing machine powder. probably need it if going to the beach. parking on site close / driving distance to shops and restaurants bed was comfortable lots of space / room in the apartment. very easy to find and access there is a lift in the building.

not all the lamps work information to bring washing powder would be helpful for future guests - some places provide , some don’t.

found a bed bug that was biting me until I killed it. the sofa wasn’t that clean, the rain got into the room soaking the carpet even though the slide door was closed.

Worth the view

The view was exceptional and the balcony extended from the family to the bedroom. It also help that it was a corner property. The host was flexible with our check out time.

The actual building is not labeled. So, i drove past it a couple of times. It would have been nice to have wine glasses. A small table on the balcony would have been nice to put your coffee on while sitting in the chairs .

I really appreciate as owner allowed me for late checkout. That was really a big help. I had to attend important meetings till 12 pm and owner understood that gave permission for late checkout.

I would probably come back as it truly is about location, location, location.

Location is ideal. The condo is very clean and convenient. The balcony, with two chairs, is great for ocean viewing and people watching. Keurig coffee maker with coffee supplies, cream, sugar sweetener, coffee pods and t-bags in generous amounts. Hair drier and washer and drier were located in the bathroom.

The second bedroom is really a child's room. AN AVERAGE SIZED ADULT'S FEET HANG OVER THE END. The mattress on that particular bed is very uncomfortable (a child would probably not notice.) The road noise is loud and continuous - better quality glass doors would make a deal of difference,

The location was nice the view was great.

Room smelled like dog, the required mask was not being monitored. People getting on elevator with no mask. Big sign SAYS required the desk / manage did not pay any attention. Only 1 elevator working.

Bright Beach Condo

We particularly liked the location and view of the beach. The condo is attractive and well appointed.

The television did not work the entire time. However, our contacts tried tirelessly to fix the problem. They ended up giving us a reasonable discount.

Amazing

My family loved everything about this condo. We loved the amenities, we loved the cleanliness, we loved the location! We had the corner at 910 and it was perfect. Fell asleep while hearing the beach crashing the shore; ate breakfast while watching the sun rise at the condo as well. The room was spacious, had utensils, Cofee pot, plates, cup and other important things. Everything was explained before we arrived! Communication was amazing and quick response throughout. We will rent again!
