About this house rental

Spacious Suite attached to the main house with separate entrance and private bath. Enjoy your in room kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. Make your morning coffee or tea and relax on the connected patio area by the pool. Your room boasts a view of the garden, large yard and pool. You may catch a glimpse of the owner's pet Silkie Chickens. You will love this quiet spot to unwind.

This suburban oasis sits on an acre of land on a quiet street. Sitting on the large patio you feel like you have a resort all to yourself. Feel free to help yourself to lemons from the tree (if in season) or herbs from the garden.

Use the full outdoor kitchen to barbecue or in the winter warm yourself next to the outdoor fireplace. Large outdoor living and dining spaces available for use.

Hot tub, swing and lounging area on the patio.

Close to restaurants, coffee, bars, theater, Wekiva River State park, Golf courses, breweries. We are about 30 minutes from Disney attractions.

Dog friendly. Dog treats available. We accommodate small dogs under 30 lbs. We do have a minimal pet fee of $20. We love to provide you the opportunity to travel with your furry companion.
All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside in the yard or patio. We do have chickens (which I can keep in their coop as needed.) Most dogs like to chase chickens. :)
We cannot accommodate dogs sleeping on the bed. Please be prepared to make other sleeping arrangements for you pet during your stay.

We have rigorous cleaning standards, you health and safety are very important to us. Every linen is cleaned every time. On top of regular cleaning we sanitize everything that can be touched - Pull chains, switches, door knobs, handles, keypad, coffee handle, cabinet door door handles, microwave oven handle and refrigerator door handle, etc.

Late check out and early check in can be requested but will depend on availability.

Everything was great- the attention to detail is amazing- the place was clean- I loved the coffee pods- so I didn't have to rush and get out to go get coffee. I loved the grounds and the chickens- very cool- the pool area is gorgeous and the pool itself was gorgeous~

Property was clean, quiet, and private. Host provided almost any item a traveler might have forgotten (toiletries, coffee pods, pool towels, etc.) The room has a mini fridge, but guests are provided access to the full sized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker located in the outdoor kitchen area. It was nice to be able to keep our restaurant "leftovers" in the outdoor fridge, and not have the food odors in our room!

Enjoyed our very quick stay passing through town. Everything was wonderful. The bed was cozy and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. My son loved the swing and the chickens! Would stay again.

We loved our stay at Jocelyn’s place! Check in was seamless, the backyard was very relaxing and the pool was the perfect temperature! We stayed here to be close to Wekiva, and it really is just about 5-10 minutes away. The only (tiny) complaint we had was that Netflix wouldn’t work on the tv and there wasn’t any live tv options. It really wasn’t an issue for us, but worth mentioning. We highly recommend this cozy spot!

WR is everything promised. It’s a little suburban getaway near all the activity of Orlando. It provides the option for a nice relaxing day or evening “at home” with the outdoor cooking area, pool, and hot tub. The host is fantastic providing restaurant options, confirming satisfaction, but maintaining a high degree of privacy.

A very peaceful haven conveniently located to Orlando, Lakes, Parks, Springs, and Route 4. Half the time I'm doing excursions and the other half just staying "home" to enjoy the pool and outdoor living area. I'm an explorer, I don't often vacation at the same place twice. This was my second stay back-to-back years and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time.

Best experience!!! Wish we could move in permanently! The pictures don’t do it justice and you have more room than the pictures portray. Wonderful neighborhood and the vibe of the whole place is so peaceful and quiet. Great AC. Very updated and clean. Bed was so comfy. Everything was perfect!

My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 nights coming from Michigan. Jocelyn was very communicative and understanding about our last minute travels. Place was very clean. Cooking and eating dinner outside was incredible. We only met Jocelyn once and then she gave us our space for our stay, it was very lovely. I’d highly recommend staying with her

Awesome property. Amazing communication. They had everything we needed and then some. The kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, swings and chickens! Jocelyn even provided an air mattress for my daughter, for when she arrived on the last night! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outdoor kitchen and fireplace, but hopefully we will be back soon, so we can!

I have stayed at this apartment many times over the past year. I couldn’t ask for a nicer place. It is always clean and comfortable. I feel very safe here and enjoy sitting out on the patio by the pool in the mornings. The host is always gracious and helpful in all my needs. I am so thankful for this haven when I visit Orlando.

Everywhere I looked it was beautiful and peaceful, just what I was hoping for. Safe, upscale neighborhood within easy driving distance to anything you need or want. So I visited last year for a conference. It was my first experience with a VRBO. Jocelyn, her home are amazing. I was so impressed that I booked it again this year. This place is absolutely beautiful. It's so peaceful n relaxing I definitely enjoyed my stay.The pool, hot tub, outside kitchen n patio are nice n neat. The property was wasy to find, and directions we're clear. Its nice and quiet, and so peaceful. We got to enjoy the hot tub. Well be back in a days to enjoy the pool. Such a nice patio to enjoy while your there. And animal's are welcome, thats always a plus. Shes got some adorable little chickens running around too. :)

This property was clean, well thought out, and just easy all around. Communication was excellent. I like the lock box with physical key instead of keypad, because you never know how often the codes are actually changed. I am terrible at providing detail on perfect stays, because only the negatives really get stuck in ones head. I only wish I could have planned a longer stay.

This is the perfect stay for two close friends or a couple in town for an event. We only had a few hours to ourselves between outings, so we swam in our skivvies, napped in the shade, yoga'd in the grass. The hot tub was being repaired, but the weather was better for the pool, anyway. Hosts were very friendly and communicative, and we only saw them very briefly. We availed ourselves of a few of the generous amenities—I love when hosts have supplied the thing I forgot (makeup wiiipes)! Thanks y'all, if I'm in the area again, I'll be back 😊

I was looking for a private little getaway for some downtime and this place had it all. The outdoor kitchen and seating area was wonderful as well has to have a pool and hot tub available just steps from your room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious. I particularly loved the proximity to both the springs and downtown Orlando while staying in a residential neighborhood - It provided all the convenience without the crazy traffic. Particularly if you're looking to spend time at the springs, this is the perfect spot.

Don’t hesitate to book this stay! 5 stars all around. Great communication from start to finish, they had everything we needed and it was very clean! We extended a work trip for a couple relaxing days and this fit our needs perfectly! Their little chicken friends were so cute! We would definitely stay again.
