Our stay was great the only thing that was hard was trying to keep the kids quiet after 10pm and we didnt like that the pool closed at 10pm we could have stayed in the water all night.

Overall, a nice property. Would stay again. A little "tired." Had some minor plumbing issues that should be resolved. E.g. kitchen sink faucet set is reversed. Hot is cold and Cold is hot, lol. Owner, (my guess) simply taped "hot & cold" labels above the faucet set. Rather than simply reversing supply lines. Upon arriving we saw some "crud" on the floor directly in front of the sofa. It obviously should have been cleaned better than it was. Don't wish to be too critical. Overall, we had a nice stay. Excepting, a few items that should be corrected. I would recommend it. Dan allowed early check-in, which was tremendously accommodating. We thank him for that.

Host provides everything you need in this condo, even paper towels, toilet paper and beach towels which many owners don't. The view was beautiful from living room and master, love to be able to see the ocean. Location was perfect, shopping area right across street. A few restaurants within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and hope to be back.

The building is nice! View is nice! The condo is large and has everything you need, but the smell is terrible and everything is old! Many people mentioned it was clean and even upgraded...it was clean, but needs a deep clean. Everything seemed like it was straight out of 1983. Anyway we slept with the doors open to.try to air out the smell. At the end of the day most people seem to have written positive reviews, for me i would not stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The view, pool and ocean beach walks were fabulous! The property is just as shown in the photos and is conveniently located right across the street from Publix grocery and multiple restaurants. The condo was very well furnished with many extras. We highly recommend it...the owner was very accommodating when our flights were canceled and rebooked too!

We have been coming to this property since the early 1990's. We have actually stayed in the condo we recently rented. Last time we were at this property was 2016. We were very impressed with the upgrades and the condition of the property in general. The condo we rented this year was perfect. The view was spectacular and we spent many mornings sitting out on the deck. The condo came with everything we could have possibly needed. The kitchen had a awesome supply of plates, utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes etc. Had I wanted to cook I would have not wanted for anything. Plus all the appliances you could want! Bedrooms and bathrooms came with the linens and towels. It even had beach towels!!! Had I known that my luggage would have been lighter. Living room and dining space was roomy and nicely furnished. Yes we were very pleased with the condo! Having the pool and beach within steps of where you are staying is priceless! Supermarket right across the street and restaurants everywhere.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect. We were steps from the pool and beach. It was so nice to stay in a quiet condo without all the tourists and crowds. The beach was pretty empty in front of the condo as well. The owner was quick with responses and very accommodating. We will be back!

Everything was as advertised! Condo had everything we needed. The beach was clean and beautiful. The location was close to anything you might need. The owners provided all the information we needed for our stay. The only issue we had was parking, because of ongoing construction on the balconies, but that is nothing that can be helped. We were assigned a parking space but the construction crew was working in that area, so it couldn’t be accessed. We just parked in one of the unassigned spaces and walked across the parking lot. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our visit to Ormond-By-the Sea. Condo was spacious and well-stocked with most everything could need For a comfortable stay. Sheets and mattress pad were thread-bare and in need of replacement. Toilet paper was in short supply. Construction crew was courteous but jack-hammering, drilling, and hammering woke us at 9 AM and lasted all day. Pool was well-maintained except construction sent billowing dust into the area. Location was perfect for our needs. Publix across the street was handy for picking up fresh food. View of the beach from the deck and even from the master bedroom was excellent. I would definitely consider staying again.

This was a great vacation place for us! The condo sits on the ocean, and is conveniently located (right across street) to restaurants, grocery store, and anything else you need. It’s also close to other beaches to explore and about an hour from St. Augustine. The condo is fairly large and well-stocked, and had everything we needed, and then some! Great pool and we enjoyed meeting other people, which was a mix of owners and renters. The owner was incredibly responsive in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Was verbally threatened by neighbor living on first floor.. I had to call the owner who was very understanding and helpful. The police were called and the whole ordeal made my month stay uneasy and not relaxing. This is the second time we've rented this condo and we'll never go back.

We vacationed here for spring break and highly recommend. Perfect for my family not crowded at all. The condo was very clean. I cooked three meals and had all the pots and pans that I needed! Loved the marked parking places. The master bed was very comfortable! The furniture was a little dated but didn’t affect the functioning Of the stay. I also liked the code to get in the door. Washer and dryer in unit that we did use but they are small and the dryer takes FOREVER to dry clothes. Everyone was nice, friendly and clean. Will definitely stay again. I would highly recommend.

The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The unit was clean and stocked with books, games , TV And an ocean view to die for! The ocean Is just steps away. There are pans, silverware,cups, plastic bags , coffee, and spices stocked (everything you’ll need) The maintenance and inn keeper is great! We already want to go back...
