Cheap stay

Booked this as it was one of the cheapest stays, great location - located in a small village style area right in the city center, walking distance to the main shopping centers and national monument, however the road it is on is tiny and has children playing in the street so that was nice. We booked a cheap room and definitely got a cheap room, but it had drinking water and suited us for our stay.

The shower was terrible, it was almost warm and the shower head barly let any water out, so difficult to shower- its an easy fix and would make it so much better! No mugs provided which is usually a norm, so we had to drink our tea out of glasses. The shower mat was so dirty that we didn't use it. I just placed a towel down instead, meaning we just shared a towel for our stay. Our room wasn't cleaned for the three nights and we had to find some more toilet room as it wasn't replaced. The towels and bedding had seen better days, we're obviously old and worn but appeared clean. We booked a cheap room but it said there was a window, however the window was barly a window, it let no light in which was rubbish. If we were to come back I'd make sure I booked a room not on the bottom floor. The WiFi was also terrible and we got no mobile data in our room

We were supposed to get a room but the electronic key didn't work. So we went to another room. Very small and very dirty. The cleaning wasn't done and I'm pretty sure we slept on dirty sheets that had already been used. It smelled old and there were dried blood stains on the duvet. And finally they didn't give us back the key deposit. While we waited for our taxi for 1 hour in the entrance hall. They had time to give it back to us. They bet on the fact that we would forget. They succeeded.

La posizione era molto comoda per le nostre esigenze.

Le foto non rispecchiano la reale condizione delle stanze. La nostra camera era senza finestre, contrariamente a quando viene mostrato sulla foto della prenotazione. Penso che questa sia stata la cosa peggiore. Inoltre la nostra stanza era davvero piccolissima e a stento ci si riusciva a muovere con due zaini da backpacker (probabilmente due valigie non entrerebbero). Inoltre, le lenzuola e la biancheria presentavano diverse macchie. Anche il bagno è da rivedere (specchio e sanitari completamente arrugginiti). Inoltre, l’hotel non da la possibilità di effettuare la colazione a pagamento in loco. L’unica area comune per riposarsi un po’ è una stanzetta vicino alla hall dato che la camera non è per nulla ospitale. La nostra esperienza è stata negativa, e nonostante la posizione abbastanza comoda, non lo consigliamo.

Disappointing stay

The male staff member who greeted us was lovely and the location is okay. Price is good..

We've stayed in about 30 hotels over the last 10 weeks and this was the dirtiest. 8-12 stains on the beds. Some quite big. Manky mirror and webs of dust on the ceilings corners. Down an alley so hard for taxi drivers to get to.

Worst experience of a hotel

Worst ever experienced in my life. While taking bath, suddenly the water started pouring with black soil and sediments. Couldn't have bath for 2 days.

budget hotel in not so good area with great staff but ants

The staff was SO nice

I changed rooms three times because there were tons of ants in the rooms - the final room had fewer ants but I decided to bite the bullet. Unfortunately they multiplied and got into my suitcase and all over the bed - it forced me to check out early because I wasn’t comfortable. I really wanted to like the place because the staff was SO nice but I really couldn’t stay there.

Pay your electricity bill.

Location is very near to the business district, several shopping centre, and public transport as well. Also not so far from the central train station.

Have a very bad experience with electricity. First my card cannot turn on the light, then in the morning while taking a shower the whole hotel's electricity is down. Also in the midnight when I'm coming back from dinner my card cannot open my room for no reason.

Nice, affordable hotel in Jakarta Central

The hotel staff was very helpful. The location is quite good. Clean, have boiler with drinking water near the lobby. Highly recommended if you are on budget.
