The property is lovely and has everything you need for a family of 4. The owner and her lovely dog were a warm welcome and very helpful. Bread, butter and milk I the fridge was very welcomed with a late arrival. We would definitely recommend this cottage
Nothing really it was great

Good location for our trip, Julie was very welcoming and organised with clear communication ahead of our trip. The Annex is comfortable and had everything we needed for a great short break.

Everything at this property was perfect. From the wonderful owner Julie who ensured she was on hand - with Toby the official dog guest ambassador - to welcome us , to the design and the layout, the furnishings; quality towels and bedding and thoughtful touches like water in every bedroom, chocolates , fully equipped kitchen and great bathroom facilities and heating. The second downstairs toilet was appreciated. Location was terrific and close to Reading and local shopping centres . We are sad to be leaving

This location is perfect for families wanting to stay outside of London either for Legoland or visiting London itself. We thought the photos online made it look quite small therefore we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was much bigger in real life. The host is a lovely lady (and her woof is just gorgeous!). The property itself was nice and clean and had 99% of everything we needed for our short stay. If you have kids, there is a park across the road through some high hedges, a great Chippy and a Chinese Takeaway down the road for those evenings when everyone is exhausted and plenty of shops close by. I couldn't tell you what the train from Bracknell was like as we travelled from Ascot to London. We would definitely use this property again without hesitation, the Host even left some milk, bread and butter which I thought was a lovely touch. For those that need WIFI the quality was great. Be aware if you have a huge vehicle like a Range Rover etc then the driveway will be tight for you. We had a VW Tiguan and the kids had to get out before the SUV was pulled into the driveway against the fence - not an issue though, just wanted to mention it for larger car/SUV drivers. Fab, Fab place :)
absolutely nothing!

The Annexe was easy to find. The accommodation was just what we wanted with plenty of room, quiet location, well heated, well appointed and everything worked.
Julie, the host, was lovely and nearby if we needed anything. Not sure if there was anything else we would have wanted.
Not sure if they could have done this any better

Fantastic stay, we were down for a friend’s wedding and absolutely loved it. The property was an ideal base and Julie was amazing, even offered to come and get us from the wedding if we didn’t have a taxi. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again if in the area. Ps we miss Toby and Strawberry already!
Nothing it was great.

Julie met us and was the perfect host, she explained all we needed to know about the annexe. the accommodation was like home from home, nice, bright and cosy with everything we needed, and Julie was kind enough to leave the essentials, bread, milk etc. It was ideally situated for us for Ascot races, but great for visiting Windsor. will definitely be returning

Perfect place for us (2 adults, 2 kids). Spacious rooms, well equipped, cosy and clean. One issue on arrival which Julie sorted out quickly, she couldn't have been more helpful.

Very clean and good value. Had all the facilities needed for a few days stay.
Would be perfect score with a bigger duvet on the double bed

Quiet location, easy to access, central location (approx 10minutes) to a variety of attractions such as Lapland UK, Look Out Discovery Centre, town centre. The property was warm and well equipped, Julie met us as we arrived even though we were later than intended and was incredibly friendly.
I struggled with the virgin remote because of my weak hands, but that's my only niggle.

Lovely little annexe that had everything you could've needed and so much more that you wouldn't expect. Great location for our trip to Lapland. So nice that there's a unit full of toys provided for kids to play with.
Removable glass surfaces on top of the cupboards..I understand they are there to protect the surface underneath however they arent very child friendly. My 4yr old son nearly knocked them off several times.
Also although just part of the design/layout of the house the twin bedroom that you would typically use for kids we felt the step into it could potentially be dangerous and also right by the top of the stairs. Even I tripped up a couple of times and if someone fell to the right slightly they would fall down the stairs. A stair gate on the bedroom or top of stairs could help rectify this if levelling out is not an option although ideally would be good to have safety gates anyway if young children visiting.
Cream carpets throughout-makes you constantly worry about getting them dirty. Ideally need at least something darker by the front door or even just a longer mat/runner so that you can get into the property without standing on the light carpet before getting chance to take shoes off.

What a little gem of a property!!!
Clean, comfortable, well equipped close to Bracknell shopping centre and within easy reach of Windsor.
The owner Julie was very welcoming and attended to any needs we might have.
A lovely stay!!!
The parking area could have benefited from a little more light.

Clean and bright 2-bedroom 2-storey property - downstairs loo and upstairs bathroom with great shower over bath tub. Parking in front of property. Our second stay at The Annexe.

Very comfortable and well presented property. The new dishwasher was an added bonus to the well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and, although the road to the front of the property was busy at times during the day, it was quiet at night and we slept well. The nature reserve across the road offered interesting walks.
Everything was good.
