Overall OK, friendly owner.

All was OK, exactly like the picture.Deco superb, lightining in the hall & bedroom superb.Air con all in very good condition.For Family stay is comfortable.TV box were provided.Since we went for a meeting, we check in late and check out early morning so didn't go to pool.

there were lizards in cups placed at the dining table, no cloths to wipe , no dishwashing liquid, no soap powder,we mop and cleaned the rooms before sleeping, the were insect crawling (plaster bagworms)which is will bring ithcness.Did inform the owner. Need get a good cleaner.

Amazing

The staff were very kind and polite. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed and more. We were very impressed with the pool and were lucky that we were the only ones using it that evening. The location is good. The main street has everything you need including a fantastic restaurant!

The trouble getting into the apartment spoilt everything. Pubic hair on the bed.

Took me 90 minutes to get in. Firstly, the lock-key compartment was not functional. Called the number, had difficulty getting through. When I go through, the person kept reminding me that there will be surcharge for coming out as if I seem to enjoy getting him out. When he came, it was obviously a mechanical fault. / The parking lot is ridiculously complicated and the designated spot impossible to find. You are better off parking in the mall and paying them! I had to get the host to come bring me physically to the spot. Never had so much trouble ever, with any parking lot. / The bedsheets looked reused and had pubic hair on them.

THE HOUSE WAS COZY BUT NOT IVE BOOKED THROUGH THE APPS

I've booked a homestay at mesahill, persiaran ilmu, bandar baru nilai through booking.com. AND THE NOTIFICATION ON BOOKING.COM ALSO GOT MY ADDRESS AT MESAHILL WITH SWIMMPING POOL. ITS REALLY CONVINIENT AS THE BUILDING GOT THE ASESS TO THE MALL. AT FIRST, THE OWNER ADDED ME IN THE GROUP OF MESAHILL AND GAVE ME THE INSTRUCTION ON HOT TO GET THE KEY AN SO ON. AFTER A COUPLE MINITS THE OWNER PM ME THE OTHER ADDRESS WHICH IS ANOTHER BLOCK THAT NOT PROVIDED SWIMMING POOL ACSESS. AND.. SUDDENTLY HE TEXT ME THE OTHER ADDRESS WHICH IS NOT MESAHILL. WHILE IM HEADING THERE..THE OWNER GAVE ME THE OTHER HOMESTAY AT BAYU 1 RESIDENT AND SAID I'D ASSIGNED THE NEW ADDRESS HE GAVE ME..FOR GOD SAKE, I'VE BEEN USING THIS APPS FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS AND NOW FOR THE 1ST TIME IVE BOOKED THE WRONG PLACE? IM REALLY TIRED AT THAT TIME WITH THE KIDS AND JUST CHECK IN TO THE BAYU I RESIDENT. THE PLACE IS JUST NICE AND COZY. BUT REALLY FELT I'VE GOT SCAMMED BY THE OWNER

I like how the unit was, exactly what was shown in the pictures. It was tidy & clean. Apart the person in charge, Jeff was very kind to help us with staying date changes & extensions very smoothly 🙂. Thank you!

A broken shower head & the water heater for one of the bathrooms were not working but the team was informed & confirmed they will look into it.

The unit has did some makeover. Not just plain unit.

The light fixture was at an awkward height. Way too low. No toilet paper provided. There are 4 of us, all of us has got bed bites and feel itchy sleeping. Thus make your wonder its cleanliness. The location is next to a mall however, it is not so straight forward to reach there.

Very Cheap Very Good Can Repeat

The rooms are excellent. The beds and kitchen utensils are excellent. Nice room interiors and the balcony has a great view. The common area has gym, surau and swimming pool for kids.

The parking lot is a nightmare. So confusing and hard to see where to go. Access is very tight; you could end up scratching your vehicle against some of the tight turns. Some of the elevators were not working or limited to certain floors; so waiting for the elevator is also a nightmare.

Very Cheap Very Good Can Repeat

The rooms are excellent. The interiors were clean. The kitchen utensils were provided. I slept like a baby on those beds. The balcony has a great view overlooking Nilai. The space is just nice for family of 2 kids.

Some of the utensils did not work - like the water kettle and the microwave. The toilet hose has a big leak. The dining chair table was wobbly - one leg had been broken. Cannot connect to the provided wifi. There is no telecom signal in the room.

Superb

Had to change house unit since it got some problem. Notified through call few hours before arrival. Ezhome staff gave excellent assistance for the unit changes, check in & out guidance and pincode changes. All just through whatsapp or calls. Easy to buy food or other things & easy to get ehailing (grab) too. Overall me & my family really satisfied for our 2N stay here. Thank you so much to Ezhome staffs 😊
