overall very nice place to stay and would recommend it

very clean and tidy, lobby and dining area very nice! Felt new and modern

I know beds are a personal preference but in my opinion they could be softer and more pillow top padding. also there was a really really strong smoking odor. I think the non smoking policy should be strictly enforced because it was overwhelming by the second floor elevator

No hand soap Iin bathroom. Had to step into shower to use body wash every time I needed to wash my hands. Annoying. Everything else was fine.

I’m a difficult person to accommodate because of my height. I asked for a handicap room, but the beds were to low.

Breakfast good.

We stayed 2 nights. No housekeeping or fresh towels in our room..We requested additional pillows and were told none were available. Overall rating would have been better but for the aforementioned issues.

Our stay was a wonderful experience

Was in a peaceful area. clean beds and bathroom. I read previous comments when some people complained about breakfast, I’ll say those are spoilt brats. breakfast was just wonderful I can’t complain of anything at all. great gym and pool. overall, it’s a wonderful place with every amenity a modern hotel has to have. highly recommended.

I would choose a hotel that provides room service over his hotel.

The omelets, waffles, oatmeal and juice was very good.

The bed was a little hard for my taste. I paid for 2 rooms and requested room service every day for each room but only received it once for each room during my four day stay. Hauling towels and bedding up and down the stairs for 6 people got a little old after awhile. The scrambled eggs were good the first day, but terrible after that.
