Best location

Perfect location, super close to one of the nicer beaches on Tenerife. We were there in May and free public parking was possible to find in front of the accommodation. Spacy rooms, air conditioned, good internet. There was no noise from the outside, but it was close to nightlife if you wanted to go out.

We liked everything, you won’t regret booking this place.

Fabulous staff. Fantastic location. Lovely apartment with everything you would need. Heated and cold pools which was unexpected and really nice to have the choice. Can't fault it one bit. We will definitely be booking again

Be very careful when booking because what you see is not what you get.

Great location next to two really nice beaches, loads of nice restaurants and bars nearby.

We were allocated an apartment with a terrace over looking a road. Across from this road was a hotel under construction, noisy from 8am to 8pm. The description and photos when we booked all show nice views of the pool but for us this was not the case. Had I known this was the apartment we would be staying in I would not have booked. I asked to move apartments but was told there were none available.

Great location. Choose apartment wisely. Floor by pool obviously best.

Location was excellent .Walking distance of many bars & restaurants and steps from sea and prom.

Apartment was clean and modern .Didn’t like the steep stairs,would choose another on one level on same site as preference . Communal areas very tired in places.No poolside bar or entertainment which suits some but not all. No umbrellas on poolside.WiFi seems to vanish at night and none at poolside .Booklet needed on how to work appliances. Sofa & Bed wasn’t the best of quality and comfort .

It's a perfect place for young families.

The kids loved the pool. I loved that we were so close to the beach, and my wife loved the comfort of the apartment and not having to move around much. Roberto, our host, was very helpful throughout our stay. It was great value for money. We will definitely return.

If I could change one thing, it would be the bad habits of some guests running down every morning to the pool to hoard hammocks that they barely even use.

Super location, extra cozy feeling

Easy to talk to the guys at the reception. Super helpful and kind. Special mention to Sorin, he took the time to come with us to the room and explain everything.

We liked everything, the room was nice, good sized, and had a nice view. One thing that could be improved is the number of bowls:)), I know, funny until you have 2 hungry kids in the morning and only one bowl for the cereals. Honestly speaking, everything else was just great.

The locaition was perfect very close to evrything very friendly staff wich did evrything they could to make our trip perfect. The appartment was very nice clean and newly furnished. Would recoment that place all the time.

Exceptional

The stay at Tenerife Royal Garden exceeded all expectations. The apartment was neat and equipped with everything and more than you need for a pleasant stay, a large terrace with a view of the pool and partly of the ocean. The apartment was right next to a beautiful sandy beach. The biggest surprise was that we got a bigger apartment than the one we booked for the same price. Many thanks also to the manager who accommodates every wish, for example, we wanted a soft mattress, they immediately changed it. Once again, many thanks to Tenerife Royal Garden for enabling us to have a pleasant stay in beautiful Tenerife. Goran Krajner

Lovely modern clean apartments in a bustling area, close to beach , bars restaurants and shops

The apartment was very modern and comfortable and very clean. Aircon was brilliant . Location is excellent . In a bustling area beside the beach and shopping and still apartment was very quiet at night

The beds were 2 sofa beds , not very comfortable . Very steep stairs in apartment , no bar or shop at the pool area and no reception

great location for beech and shopping and restaurants room position was great C2.5 clean room and great kitchen area for what required to cook in if required pool area was good and wasn’t over busy will be back again customer service was great when booking in and info for getting in to the room was first class as we where a late flight

Very good place to stay, we look forward to coming back one day.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment complex itself is also very well equipped and the staff are courteous and helpful. Location is perfect.

Location excellent very close to bars and great variety of restaurants. Pool area quiet and peaceful. Roberto and team great hosts helpful with all matters.Appartment very clean had everything you would need, amazing ocean views, Could not recommend more highly.

Superb

Super location and the apartment was spotless with modern cooking facilities. Beds were very comfortable. There was a problem with a hairdryer and it was replaced immediately with a brand new one and a smile.😁. Super service. I would recommend this apartment.
