This place was beautiful and was perfect for what we needed. Each kid had their own room and main bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed with its on bathroom. It was very clean and felt homey. Recommend to anyone.

Stayed for 2 weeks at the property and was very pleased with the amenities and house location. Clean, fully stocked, and well managed. Will book again on my next trip to Phoenix / Chandler.

I believe the property is better in person than the photos. My family was visiting our son and from the momemt we arrived everything was on point. If I had questions, the owner was quick to repsond and was thorough with their answers. The home was clean and spacious for what we needed. Everyone had their own space. The outdoor patio in the rear of the home was cozy and we utilized the gas grill. The neighborhood was very nice and close to the airport. The home had plenty of amenities and supplies. When we return, we will do everything we can to stay here again.

4 adults including 2 elderly parents stayed while packing up my parents for a move out of state. How delightful to walk into a VRBO that had coffee for the morning, great kitchen supplies and plenty of TP and towels for the stay. It felt like I was staying at a friends house, welcoming and comfortable. And the back yard was a delight for coffee or happy hour with hummingbirds darting around and big trees for screening and shade. One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in over the last 12 years.

My family stayed 4 nights. I could not have found a nicer place to stay for our family. Plenty of space-we loved the outdoor sitting area where we enjoyed the privacy it offered as well as the beautiful landscaping. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We were able to cook in the kitchen or on the grill. I have stayed in several places and this was by far one of the most cleanest. I liked being able to part in the garage. I would highly recommend this home.

Visited for ASU graduation. The McKemy House was an exceptional home away from home with everything we needed. We found the back patio to be a wonderful place to hangout. The location was perfect with shopping and great restaurants nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house and yard were super clean and had everything we needed. Really comfortable beds and couches. Plenty of room for the family to relax and host a dinner. We had a wonderful time and will be back again. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We watched the birds in the yard for hours. This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as wonderful! Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your home.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights last week and it was perfect for 2 couples! Everything was exactly as pictured on the listing and the decor is bright and up to date. We really enjoyed the deck and outside area with the fruit trees. We picked a huge grapefruit and it was so good! Quick breakfasts were the only meals we prepared in the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked for cooking real meals. The location is good, near highways and within a 30 minute drive to everything the Phoenix area has to offer. The owners are quick to respond to questions and requests. We strongly recommend this property!

This was a great VRBO. Welcoming lay out , stocked with everything you need for a great stay. If you are a pet person completely enclosed backyard with a large welcoming porch and grill. Located conveniently to major freeways to get you around the valley

This was such a great location and just the right size. We loved the fresh fruit trees and use of garage. Only very minor things like what channels on TV and remote for fan didn't work but everyone else was perfect.

Wonderful house. Very comfy and clean. We travelled with our small dog whlo loved the backyard. Very private and close to everything. Marisel was very helpful in every way and would definitely stay here again!

This home had everything you needed to accommodate a family vacation! Location was perfect, entertainment space in the backyard for the kids to play, dishes, coffee and condiments. You name it, this home was complete! My family and I enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future!

Even better than the pictures! Delightful property in a very easily accessible area. The house was exceptionally clean, we have stayed in many VRBO’s and this was one of the best. Lots of restaurants close by, nice neighborhood and the backyard, if you are traveling with pets is perfect. The house was well equipped with everything you would need for preparing meals and the pots and pans and dishes were in very good condition. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are updated. We would definitely stay here again if we had an occasion to spend some time in Phoenix.

This is such a lovely 3 bedrooms’ home with an open floor plan presenting the living room, dining, and kitchen as you walk into the house. From the living room, you will see the French patio door which is like a little gateway that opens you the beautiful back yard. The house was spotless and well stocked to get you through your stay. But, don’t hesitate to ask the owner, Maricel, for any items that you need. She will follow through for you. So, if you would like a hammock, you never know, she may just get it for you :-). Our visit was short because we came in to town for a family funeral. Therefore, we did not have the extra time to enjoy the place. Maricel was great with her communication and made sure that we had everything that we needed. She was very flexible with the check-in and check-out time within reason. So, travel light! This is your 5-Star getaway.

Everything was really clean and very comfortable beds! Plenty of amenities and in a very nice and safe neighborhood. The only thing that I would add is better lighting for reading, other than that we will most definitely stay again. Absolutely loved the relaxing backyard! Thank you so much for having this available.
