We are seniors that were looking for a break from our winter weather of northern Michigan. On a whole the weather was great and the Villas was occupied with other seniors. The location was quiet and peaceful yet a short drive to all the amenities of a big city. Loved the stay.

I love this place, second time I have stayed there. Marlou is so accommodating. The place is clean and has everything you need. Cannot rate it highly enough.

We stayed because it is close to Grand Oaks Horse Park. The cabin is comfortable and clean!!! Host was very cooperative about extending check out due to horse show competition. Host is very kind and understanding.

Our cottage was very clean and comfortable. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. The cottages located very close to the lake walkable distance, as well as to the fabulous restaurant on the water restaurants close by within 3 miles. We were there to visit our parents so it was close by as well, and we could retreat back to our own little place. Would definitely go again.

We could not have been happier with our stay at this villa!! The private beach, the restaurant, the villa itself were perfect. Super easy check in and out, I wish I had a front porch like that at my house.

The cottage was very clean and was a great place to stay. Comfortable beds. Very nice sectional in the livingroom. Parking right outside your door. Gated area to come in with a code also. I loved the private beach area that you walk right too. Restaurant right there as well if you didn't want to drive anywhere. Orange Blossom Opry 1 mile away . Lots of country music concerts. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within 6 miles. Will be back again and would love to stay here again.

Our stay was very enjoyable and would definitely stay here the next time we are in this area. The home was roomy and comfortable. Private beach was a plus. The property was clean, communication was also quickly responded making check-in easy. Quiet area and space.

A little gem we stayed in while visiting in-laws in Ocala. Everyone in the small community was super friendly. Owner was wonderful to work with. Our only regret is that we had to leave!

We had a good visit to this property. It’s got a great location it’s quiet and there’s great food within walking distance. I would’ve liked a few more instructions on the check in and the check out process but we managed it just took some extra time.

My mother and I were looking for a quiet place to spend a spring break and we found it. A great cabin, lakeside with close restaurants and options for entertainment. We enjoyed the beach everyday and the peace and quiet. The cabin is comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely go again!

We we’re in town for a wedding and chose this cute little house to stay in for the weekend! The house was adorable and had everything we needed. As an added bonus there is a great little restaurant/beach bar just steps away. The food was fantastic. Marlou was simply the best most accommodating host and she was so quick to respond. We will definitely stay here when in the area again. :)

We came to FL for a family reunion and wedding being at Eaton Beach was wonderful. We were able to get together and catch up in a relaxing atmosphere. I would stay again and recommend this place to my brother who lives nearby for when he has company come to town. TY

This is a nice property in a neat location - steps from beautiful Lake Weir and a small beach and boat ramp. The nearby lakefront restaurant (Eaton’s Beach) is a good spot to eat and hangout. Very convenient to our destination, Grand Oaks equestrian center. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great overall! The communication, welcoming home, clean, and great location! Very relaxing! Sometimes rentals are very strict but this one was very laid back which made the experience much more relaxing.

Very adorable cabin/cottage. We enjoyed our stay and will return again! Some things to make known, no laundry inside, but a building right across from cabin. $2.50 per load(wash and dry). No dishwasher, but soap and sponge is there. Lots of cleaning supplies if you feel the need to clean something. Lots of towels for the lake/showering. Beds were comfortable. Short walk down to the lakeside restaurant. The restaurant was over priced in my opinion, but the food was good! Nice area to layout and enjoy the sun during the day. Got dining and activities recommendations quickly from owner which helped alot!
