This SINGLE LEVEL two bedroom (2 KING beds) one bath cabin is a personal favorite of the management company's. It is well decorated, fully equipped and has a Beautiful Lake View from the 10'x30' Totally Enclosed SCREENED porch.

The single level ranch cabin is off a private drive and away from any traffic. Lakefront quiet cozy peacefulness is our by pines take you to Lake Hartwell and your private boat dock with a swim ladder. The dock is always in deep water. Tie up your boat or fish right off the dock. (You may fish anywhere on Lake Hartwell with either a Georgia or South Carolina fishing license).

Convenient to the Tugaloo State Park Fishing Tournament Ramp. Also near Holcomb Access Ramp in Martin, GA this home is on a quiet cove with direct access and a gorgeous view of the lake.

Located about 2 mile from the Bruce Creek Fishing Park and launch ramp.

Bedrooms each have King beds with newer mattresses and the living room has a new full size sleeper sofa.

Had to work , but still was able to Jet ski and explore this part of the lake! Also enjoyed floating around the dock to unwind-Thankful we could bring our dogs- They loved the spacious yard.

Older, small, but "lake life" decorated! Porch was really nice for sitting and relaxing. Could have used a couple of small outdoor rockers there. Bedrooms (2), each with king beds were comfy, but could have used better outlet placement - goes with the 60's-ish construction, though. Be prepared for a small but totally okay bathroom/shower.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, quiet and very clean lakefront property. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch looking out at the cove. Pros: The cabin was very clean, the king size beds were comfortable, the cabin was fully stocked and tastefully decorated. We spent a lot of time on the dock fishing, and when not fishing, we were relaxing in the large screened in porch, enjoying the lake view. If you want to get away for a little peaceful enjoyment or some active lake activities, this is the place to be. Cons: (Small problem). The ceiling fan in the screened-in porch was not working which made it difficult to stay out there while the temperatures were in the 90's. We didn't contact the owners, but instead went to Walmart, purchased a box fan, and our problem was solved.

Very pleased, cottage clean and comfortable. Wonderful lake view and only a few minutes walk to the fishing / swimming dock. The drive to the cottage from town about 15 minutes but worth every minute of the drive. We enjoyed our week by the lake and would stay again - hopefully this summer (2024).

The cottage is a two bedroom house with a teeny tiny bathroom. You have to strip your bed and put sheets and towels in a washing machine. You have to take your garbage with you also. You get no tips for these jobs. View of the lake was brown muddy water. The screen door at the entrance needs fixing,

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. Unfortunately, the fish were not biting while we were there, but it was cold and the water was down. The place clean and was really away from it all.

This property is so cute and inviting. Everything you need is right there. There is even a small selection of movies, games and books. My husband and I sat on the porch playing cards several times during our stay. We look forward to booking this place again.

Very clean. A few minor issues that did not affect our stay. A few of the chairs are broken and are not suitable for an adult. Also, the dryer was not working, so unable to dry towels. Great location and looking forward to our next stay. Unable to contact office/property manager at number provided and mailbox was full.

We loved the peaceful relaxing cottage. We would have liked ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the one one the patio didn’t work properly. The only gripe though minor, was we had to clean the grill before use and the TV channel was not accurate. We will probably reserve again as we really enjoyed the quiet. Thanks.

The house and property was perfect for our family of 4. Peaceful and tranquil week on Lake Hartwell. Close (20 minutes) to shopping, restaurants and beautiful scenery in North Georgia and South Carolina from the backyard.

After a stressful few months, we were looking for a quiet change of pace. Your cabin was perfect. Very clean. The lake view was peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. And, my favorite was the screened porch.

The kitchen looks great! Nice job. I love visiting the cottage and hope to continue to visit. I’m getting older and the furniture is too. We are starting to hurt each other. It’s hard to find a comfortable place to sit inside or out. Hopefully this is a consideration for the next improvement. Please don’t be offended .LOL

God blessed us SO MUCH with this treasure! After dealing with a VERY stressful 2 years trying to get our house fixed, we finally had it happen. We found this gem to stay in during repairs. It was like going to your grandparents house- so peaceful, calm, cozy, and inviting. It was EXACTLY what we needed! We all slept ALOT the first 3 days we were there, on top of being outside daily playing and fishing in the water. We can't wait to go back when the weather is warmer to really enjoy open windows, the outdoors, and the water.

Great cottage right on the lake. It's clear the owners take care of the property and genuinely want their guests to enjoy their stay. This cottage had everything we needed - linens, a well-equipped kitchen, movies, games, books, paddleboards. The property was great and the location on the lake was great. Yes, the bathroom is small- but that is a minor trade off when the cottage is clean, organized and welcoming. My only critique is that other nearby "attractions" (hiking, state parks, antiquing, shopping, restaurants) are a little farther away than we expected. But overall this cottage is a gem and I will be recommending it to friends and family!

Peaceful and quiet part of Lake Hartwell, the cabin is just as described and spotlessly clean. We only cooked breakfast there and has everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay so much we would have loved to come back next month, but it’s booked up.

The house was very clean and cozy. Perfect for two people and a small dog. We brought our kayaks and we really enjoyed the lake. The view fro the screen in porch is perfect. I ate so much that walking up and down the hill was a good thing. The bathroom was small but we had read about that in the reviews. The tiny space was clean and the toilet flushes, the shower was hot. We had no problem with it’s size. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family enjoyed our five night vacation. We took some yard games with us and fished just about every day. Loved the screened-in porch so much we ate every meal outside. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed. Having the Calico store only 3 minutes away was super convenient as well. We wanted a relaxing peaceful vacation and this home provided just that.

Our stay was very relaxing. This time of year, we had colder weather the beginning of the week and ended at 81 degrees. We were able to use the gas fireplace which was nice. Jessi was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. Liked fishing from the dock but no luck catching any. If you want a cottage/cabin feel for your stay, this place will not disappoint.

The property was as expected in photos and the view to the lake was beautiful. Jessi is a wonderful girl and host. We cannot say enough about her getting a pontoon and kayaks for us, and just being kind and giving us ideas, like Toccoa Falls…it is awesome. Overall, great trip for us. One thing, so many additional costs, the cabin actually rented for almost 175.00 a month instead of 74.00..granted we had 2 pups and we were greatful they were able to enjoy this trip also! But several other costs made the stay rather expensive. I guess all VRBO’s are like this. So be wary of all the additional charges! Otherwise, awesome!
