Just like advertised - very clean and cute but roomy place, perfect location to walk to downtown. We had the downstairs and it's historic so I could hear some noise from upstairs but it was expected and I'm not sensitive to. Loved the personality of the place, the porch, cute kitchen, comfy bed. Would stay again.

Just basic and “okay” accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay, a large part was because the apartment was so great! Very clean and had everything we needed. The temperature's was perfect, so often the heat in places can be spotty or too hot. The bed was so comfortable , I slept in most days! Definitely recommend this place!

Adorable apartment, super cozy and with so many extras! We had everything we needed- coffee, tableware, extra blankets, smart tv etc. The house is charming and has very accessible parking. The communication with the host exceeded my expectations. We are already planning to make this our go-to for all future trips to Flagstaff!

We had a great stay at the Judge Jones house. It was perfect for us and our family. We rented one apartment on the first floor, and our nephew and his girlfriend rented another one on the second floor. Our apartment was wonderful. It had a nice size living room, a huge kitchen, and a nice size bedroom. The place easily and comfortably accommodated seven adults for family dinners and other gatherings.
It's a very interesting space. The original home dates back to 1915, and although it is completely updated and very nicely appointed, it still has some classic architectural features, which gives the place charm. Also, the location cannot be beat. It is only a few blocks from downtown in one direction and a beautiful park in the other direction.
Finally, the host is very responsive and communicates well. When we communicated with him or his property management team, they got back to us immediately, and they were always helpful.

This was one of our favorite rentals yet! This historic home (apartment) was perfect in every detail. Everything we needed was here in the well equipped kitchen, along with comfortable and stylish bed and bathroom linens, etc. It was spotlessly clean as well! We loved the historic charm of this beautifully renovated place. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Thank you very much.

This is a beautiful older home that has been renovated and is located in walking distance from downtown Flagstaff and the weekly Sunday outdoor market scene! My husband and I loved sitting on the porch to enjoy the fresh air!

This is a cute 1-bedroom apartment in downtown Flagstaff, within walking distance of the public library and two of Flagstaff's prime attractions, the Lowell Observatory and the Riordan Mansion State Historic Park. (At least I walked to them, since the week I was there was just before NAU started up for the fall semester and traffic was horrendous.) Check-in was seamless, the TV worked well and the apartment was clean and cozy. Recommended for an enjoyable stay.

We returned for a stop on our way to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. I had left a shirt behind on our last month’s visit and it was hanging up waiting for me. Perfect! Mahalo, Dan.

Perfect location for downtown/NAU

Check in was a breeze perfect for just us 2. Parking was the only thing I was nervous about when booking it and it was a breeze plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. It’s a really cute place would absolutely rent again!

Walking distance to downtown in a quiet, historic residential district.

Drove up from Tucson to visit our daughter. This is the perfect location for everything Flagstaff! The check in and check out was easy and the property lived up to the description.

Awesome little one bedroom with separate sitting area and kitchen. Location is a nice walk or skateboard to awesome restaurants in downtown, about 30 minutes to Snowbowl. Will absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

Wonderful little place in historic Flagstaff.

My husband and I come to Flagstaff in the fall to be “leaf peepers.” It’s just the two of us so we look for a small place to stay. This one bedroom apartment in a historic house was just what we wanted. The house is divided into 4 one bedroom apartments (we had a downstairs unit) that were all occupied during our stay. We met the others staying there, everyone was so pleasant and friendly. The location to downtown was wonderful! We walked easily to restaurants, coffee shops, and quaint shops. My only complaint is that the VRBO pictures/descriptions needs up dating. Example, a Kerig was picture, but there was only a French press, which some may not know how to use. Also, the binder on coffee table was a bit dated, and maybe not applicable to our unit. There was a mentioned of a second bed that was a roll away?????? All in all we had a great time!

Visited Flagstaff for NAU family weekend. We could not have asked for a better location - between NAU and wonderful Downtown Flagstaff. Close to everything but still quiet with good parking. The unit was perfectly equipped and so clean. Just a great visit. Will stay here next time we are in town if at all possible.

Super cute and clean. Our 1st night was pretty loud due to people in another unit in the house otherwise it was very quiet. Be warned there is not a traditional coffee pot but a french press which is a mess to clean up and try to keep the coffee grounds from going down the sink. Lovely place will stay again.

I was in town for a medical emergency. While most of my time as spent at the hospital the time I had back here was very nice. I would love to stay here again under a better situation.

Wonderful location easy walking to downtown and NAU
Quiet neighborhood
Space was small but suited our needs - house has three apartments in it which can seem a little noisy but everyone was respectful of each other.
We will stay here again!!!

Quaint space in the best location!

We loved the place, location, and all the above!

This property was perfect for us. Easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, breweries, and shopping. Very quaint and quiet neighborhood. The farmers market on Sundays was very cool and only a block or so down the street. We loved Flagstaff and would definitely stay here again. Even though this home is split into four apartments, it felt very private. The listing might need to be updated as they had a new loveseat that was not a sleeper.
4.8
Our stay was lovely. A girlfriend and I spent a couple nights here and did some cooking but also took advantage of the close by restaurants that we could walk too. Lovely neighborhood to stroll around was fairly quiet. Place was clean and very well remodeled and decorated. The only request I would have is to invest in a new fold out sofa bed this one had a bent frame and made it uncomfortable to sleep. The queen size bed in bedroom was very comfortable.

Easy. Nice quiet property! Would definitely rent it again.

The property is an updated treat back in time! The place was spotless and centrally located. Enjoyed our few days there.

I really enjoyed this apartment. It was perfect for my family, and the host was very nice, accommodating, and had great communication. The amenities were what I expected, and everything (linens, toilet paper, cleaning items, etc.) we’re easy to find. The only “feedback” is that the shower could benefit from a little bleach in the grout. That is a totally nit-pick; the property was absolutely clean, and cleaner than many hotels I’ve stayed at. But as it’s an older home, the ventilation in the restroom might be causing some of the “concerns” other people have noticed. It didn’t bother me at all to be honest, I just think that might be the one thing that takes them over the top!
However, we weren’t able to access the yard, but that might have been user error. Keyless entry was easy otherwise!
I loved it, and would absolutely rent it again!

We loved the home & the location. It was the cleanliness of everything that made our stay questionable. We used the pullout bed & the was full of crumbs & food along with the floor under the couch. The kitchen was clean & wonderful! The bathroom was clean except the shower curtain liner is in dire need of being changed. The bedding & linen was very questionable. Didn’t smell or look clean. I had a bad allergic creation to the bedding in the bedroom. Almost as if there was cat dander on the bedding. All in all it was a very nice stay & I would recommend others to stay there as well. Little sad that we paid all the extra cleaning fees etc & it wasn’t exactly a clean environment.
