Good size flat, comfy beds, plenty of space and well equipped
Firstly on the listing it states hot tub, there is no hot tub there is nowhere for a hot tub it's a complete lie, part of the reason we booked this apartment was for the hot tub.
Cooker doesn't work, keeps blowing the fuses! Made several complaints but they failed to even bother phoning to apologise or fix it. Completely ruined not only the week but also my daughters wedding as couldn't sort food out had to eat out which we hadn't budgeted for!
Shower didn't work properly ,(scolding or cold) had to chase contact to get it fixed! Wasted two days without a shower and waiting for plumber.
Side bedroom next to a store loading bay, bright light on 24 hours lighting up the room and woken at 7 am for delivery lorries.
Bins both full and overflowing so couldn't empty the inside ones.
Be warned there's a toddler upstairs, bumping and banging didn't particularly bother us but might do if you're a light sleeper.
Flat is surface clean just don't look too closely!
Sofa is uncomfortable as there's some missing cushions and it's very low.
Flat is very warm even with every window open and it not been particularly hot outside.

Lots of seating and nice airy bright rooms. Nice sized bathroom.
Location just a skip and hop away from big tesco…..very convenient!
Bed wasn’t quite as big as ours at home.
4.3
Spacious and well equipped.
Some areas showing there age.
4.3
Beautiful apartment very homely. Everything you needed was there. Lovely large bedrooms with cosy beds
4.3
Really lovely place, clean, smells incredible and easy to get around locally. Beds are comfy and as the bedrooms are around the back you don't hear the noise from the street.
The sofa isn't the comfiest and maybe some more pillows on the bed as they are a little flat.
4.3
wonderful second floor walk-up with close proximity to many local stores and Resturant. entry into apt was easy and the dual entry created a sense of security when home and out
we neither loved or disliked the heaters in the place because we were not used to these types. but to honest it’s an English thing and should not deter you. plenty of windows for spring and summer breeze.
4.3
excellent just what we needed
customer service not the best by any means
4.3
Excellent facilities with everything we needed
Customer service isn’t particularly helpful and can come across as very abrupt when messaging

hard to beat this property in terms of value for money. the appartement is simple but the beds are very good quality (which is a huge ++++ for us)
with the big tesco next to it, it is definitely a great little spot in Ollerton !
4.3
homely warm and comfortable
everything
4.3
Ideal location to visit family living in the village
A more user friendly tv as not all normal channels available which I would have expected for the cost, as it’s a flat could here the neighbours above running around
4.3
comfortable stay, clean everything we needed was available host easy to contact
stair well and outside property looks tired and a little neglected
4.3
superb location
lot of
pet hair on the bed and living room rug
4.3
Very clean, very close to Tesco supermarket which is handy with small kids. Very comfortable.
The internet wasn’t great.
4.3
It was spacious, clean, easy to access and good parking.
The Wifi was slow and cutting out but didn’t bother us as we were there attending a wedding so didn’t spend much time in the property. There was also no mirror in one of the bedrooms which made it difficult to get ready.
4.3
This was great located to sherwood forest and Rufford Abbey it was clean modern and very easy to find with good local amenities with tesco directly opposite would defiantly recommend it to other people and would defiantly stay there again.
4.3
A fantastically clean and well appointed apartment with excellent travel links. Probably the best sleep outside of my own bed that I have had for a while!

Location was good

Tidy and clean
4.3
It was very neat, warm and homely
The internet is not fast enough, especially during the day.
Moreover, it was too far from Lincoln. I had initially thought the place was at Nottingham.

General apartment facilities
Door lock to apartment was problematic.

Stayed here when going to the Gloworm Festival nearby, the apartment was exactly as described, very clean and very comfortable and exactly what we needed.
The area where to collect the key from was full of rubbish and dumped items (assuming the items were from the other apartment owners) but it didnt give a good first impression, however once inside we realised that wasn't a reflection on the spacious and well kept apartment.

Accommodation itself was nice. No issues with property.
I paid a £150 deposit paid prior to visit to property, without which I was informed no check in details would be provided- no issue with that, the details were provided.
Upon leaving the property, I received notice that the deposit was not to be refunded due to a blanket missing as notified by a cleaner of the property.
For the avoidance of doubt readers, my vehicle broke down and is still in the garage, I had no inclination to remove items and increase my luggage load after what had been a stressful break trying to sort transport back home for my family, in addition to clothes, pram and other items one would bring with an infant and a baby.
I queried what evidence the property owners had of the alleged theft. I received a photo prior to my visit to the property showing a made up bed with the said yellow blanket on there and another image, taken after my departure from the accommodation with the blanket not on the bed.
One does not have to have a law degree, be a detective and/or Judge Rinder to understand that hardly constitutes evidence of theft. After speaking to my wife, she advised the blanket was placed in a small storage box in the living room, as believe it or not, with having two kids, they like to play with pillows/ blankets and make castles etc.
I am unsure if this is the modus operandi of the accommodation to take a deposit which equates to 31% of the actual cost of my holiday for a few more quid.
The communication is dreadful, to state the deposit is not refunded without any reasonable line of enquiry is incredible.
The irony I was near Robin Hood territory is not lost on me. Regrettably, this place is not stealing from the rich but rather a working young family of four.
I would advise avoidance! Should you visit and find the said yellow blanket, be sure to take a photo (it constitutes evidence allegedly) and remember to bring your own toilet paper to wipe you arse with otherwise you may be charges £150.
Small claims form to follow.

This was a home from home the two bedrooms was nice dinning table and kitchen with everything you need for your stay and very close to work for build my swimming pool at the duke rides leisure centre.
The only bad word I have to say is the parking had to park in Tesco car park a 2 minutes walk to the car but it was ok.
