Ottimo albergo per una notte, non troppo lontano dal centro

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza pulita e molto spaziosa, dotata anche di un terrazzino. Ottimo prezzo per i servizi inclusi

Limpio y relativamente cerca del centro. La comida del bar/ restaurante SUPER BUENA y bien de precio

Lo que más nos gustó fue la comida del bar, el poder aparcar en la calle sin problema, la limpieza de la habitación y el tamaño. También nos gustó que a pesar de ser un primero no se oía nada gracias a la doble ventana que tiene.

No es que no nos gustará algo pero por ponerle un pero sería la recepción, la zona de recepción estaba descuidada y la recepcionista de las mañanas no muy agradable, no los camareros sino la recepcionista y el que parecía el dueño no muy simpático la verdad, el resto de personal de limpieza y camareros super agradables

No volvería... limpien por favor

Hay aparcamiento en la puerta y alrededores normalmente. Desayuno muy completo tipo buffet con todo lo necesario para empezar MUY bien el dia. habitación bastante silenciosa. Personal amable en todo momento.

Limpieza deficiente de la habitación, las paredes estaban bastante manchadas con salpicaduras un poco asquerosas. Habia algo de polvo en los muebles de la habitación y pelusas. Les comenté previamente por chat que ibamos a teletrabajar y nos dieron la habitación más oscura del hotel y sin ventana, justo la que daba en el pico del edificio, sin silla en la que poder trabajar en el escritorio, tuvimos que bajarnos al bar a trabajar decentemente. Cama algo incomoda. Creo que pagar 70€ por esta habitación es excesivo y la limpieza y apariencia no corresponde con la realidad. Maderas de la mesita quemadas por cigarro... en fin merece la pena una vuelta completa a la habitación y su higiene.

Wouldn’t stay next time

Location was good for final 150miles to the ferry

Aircon was broken. Rooms far too hot. Opened window but it was noisy. Breakfast was buffet but prepared the night before. Everything covered in wrap Food in restaurant was just passable too

Lovely rooms, decor and location

Exceptionally clean, 10 minute drive into the centre, friendly staff, accepted dogs.

The aircon is on a timer controlled by reception, it was 32 degrees and a very warm night. The temperature wasn’t low enough to sleep comfortably.

Worthless! And I want my money (Euro 172,00) paid back. Stay away from this hotel.

Rude and unfriendly at the reception. Floor of the room was dirty. Room window shutters did not close. Parking was expensive, dirty and very narrow. Breakfast room was a warehouse. The whole hotel is messy. I have never had such a bad hotel experience and I have travelled a lot.

Avoid this hotel! I stayed there one night the 14th of April. They charged the room price twice and despite my several emails they have not returned my money.

no hot water in the morning. I thought the parking was free but it was 12 euros for a hard to access underground car park

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable

They forgot to put our heating on but once I mentioned it they sorted it right away.

Great value Burgos

Great value for money, good underground parking, nice room with balcony, friendly with great value, cafe, bar and restaurant.

It was 30 minutes walk from city centre, but an easy walk. There is a couple of buses you can catch, but to be honest the walk did us good.
