Für einen Nacht gerade ok, nächstes Mal Dresden wo anders

Für den Preis, ist das Hotel einfach zu veraltet. Bad, Zimmereinrichtung, Gesamterscheinung sind Renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück ist für 17 € zu wenig

My first stay at Hotel - Q. Would I return, say, take my daughter for a future visit ? - I think so.

Great views of the River Elbe & Altstadt. Good breakfast, well managed by staff & affording a good time span for attendance (First visit to Dresden - much sightseeing, thus tiredness at the end of the day). Good sized room & good lighting within. Desk staff mostly helpful.

Mimo ww. niedoskonałości, można zdecydować się na pobyt w tym hotelu.

Świetna lokalizacja w pobliżu starówki - z widokiem z pokoju na fragment dzielnicy oraz Łaby. Dobry standard pokoju.

Brak parkingu będącego w dyspozycji hotelu, co skutkowało koniecznością parkowania na ulicy - z brakiem parkingów strzeżonych w bliskiej i nieco dalszej odległości. Skromna oferta śniadaniowa w zakresie ciepłych dań, ale z szeroką gamą innych dań, soków i owoców. Skromna oferta wędlin. Brak barku kawowo - herbacianego. Nieco ograniczona powierzchnia łazienki/toalety, ale z dużym pomieszczeniem prysznicowym. Brak oferty restauracyjnej. Generalnie - hotel bez klimatu.

Hotelpersonal hat mir nicht gesagt, dass man Schlüsselkarte sofort wieder rausziehen muss, musste nochmal runter und nachfragen.

Ich würde noch einmal wiederkommen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war überaus reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage zur historischen Altstadt sehr nah.

Die fehlenden Parkplätze sind schon sehr nachteilig.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen, so dass wir für das kommende Frühjahr gleich wieder gebucht haben.

Sehr geräumige und saubere Zimmer mit einem schönen Blick über die Elbe bis in die sächsische Schweiz. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.

Ein Kühlschrank und ein Tresor im Zimmer wären schön.

Erholsam, wunderbar, jeder Zeit wieder dort

Von außen sieht das Hotel ja nicht so spektakulär aus, aber, man wird super nett empfangen, die Zimmer sind riesig, viel Platz zum entspannen und um alle Sachen abzulegen, wir waren in der 8. Etage mit traumhaften Blick auf die Elbe und die Altstadt, besser geht es gar nicht, Das Frühstück ist sehr üppig, es ist an alle gedacht, auch Veganer, eine absolute Empfehlung. Das Restaurant ist hell und freunlich

Wenn ich was bemängeln sollte, dann, dass es einige Stufen im Eingang gibt, die Rollstuhlrampe aber nicht immer geöffnet ist und für Menschen die schwer Treppen steigen können, ist es eine kleine Herausforderung, es wäre gut, wenn die Tür an der Rampe immer offen wäre

A great location

The room was spacious and the hotel was in a good location close to the old town but in a quieter street. The staff were helpful.

The room was quite warm in summer without any air conditioning and it was not possible to open the window for long without insects entering the room.

Basically the hotel is not bad for this price. But this hotel is only for the elderly.

The only thing I would like to pay attention to is the quality of cleaning. in the room near the WC stank of urine, which we only discovered in the evening, since we had not used the bathroom since the check-in and there was no longer a desire to request a room replacement.

Big room, lifts, fan in room, windows could be opened. Good location to old city only...not main train Station coat 10 EU by taxi to get there.

A little far from the main train station but near the old city. No kettle or fridge in room. I think staff were helpful but could be better if they tried to converse with client. Sometimes people travel alone and appreciate a good conversation

I loved how spacious it was and its location. I chose this hotel for its panoramic view at the city, and it did not disappoint:)

Furniture and design reminded me of luxurious Soviet apartments, I'm not a fan of that style:) But it's not a big deal, it was an interesting experience cause it felt a bit like I'm in GDR:)

Ask for a room with a view of Old Town.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. On both occasions the staff was very accommodating to ,locate me on a high floor with a view over the Elbe and the historic Old Town. The rooms are large and comfortable. I did not partake in breakfast during my most recent stay, but, it was very good on my first visit in 2018.

I cannot think of anything in particular that I disliked.

The facility is not very up to date, but very clean. Thanks for that! However I would like to make a piece of advice for the service. The incident happened while check in, I know the reception staff probably as confused as I do at that time. But would it be better if you could offer some advice or some help to your customer? Just standing there talking with you co-works and not communicate with your customer is not a wise choice. Seems like you are just blaming the Booking agent and customer that made a mistake. and when we decided not to pay extra for the breakfast, that smirk showed on the face. A cold welcome I should say. Not very pleasant and make me feel that you do not value your customer.

Slightly larger than normal rooms. Proximity to tram station. Reception was friendly and helpful.

Restaurant not open despite relaxation of Covid-19 measures. I wish the bathroom had a vent to reduce steam buildup.
