KIAWAH ELEGANCE VACATION RENTALS:
213 Glen Abbey - Designed by Marc Camens Architecture Group, this brand new home was completed in 2023. Interior design and furnishings by Malatich Cochran Design feature custom finishes throughout.
From the outset, we designed this home to be the premier Kiawah Island luxury rental. A short 3-minute walk to the beach, the spacious multi-family residence offers the best of everything. Centrally located on Kiawah Island, by the corner of Flyway and Glen Abbey in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation, convenient to shopping and restaurants at Freshfields Village as well as all the on-island amenities. Directly across the street is a park like setting. The front porch overlooks Turtle Point Golf Course 4th & 5th holes.
Amenities include custom furniture, 48" Wolf gas oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, 5 XO beverage centers, honed quartz counters, Kitchenaid Professional small appliances, 85" 8K UHDTV, Sonos 5.1 Home Theater, pillow-top mattresses, large reclaimed wood table, large 15' x 30' salt water pool, large screened porch with summer kitchen and outdoor living room and a welcome basket -- just to name a few.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you have an intro phone call with Kiawah Elegance to review the details of the booking. After the call, Kiawah Elegance will send you a reservation confirmation via email.
**In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance (TOKI #RBL23-000011) and with the Kiawah Elegance Agreement, all guests agree the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 4, approved number of bedrooms is 7, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 16.

**Optional heating or cooling of the pool, $150/per day.
**Elevator - The elevator is available for use during your stay. However, any service calls or repairs will be the responsibility of the renter and taken from the damage deposit.

This was my fifth visit to Kiawah with a large group, and this house exceeded our expectations. The layout, pool, and location were ideal, and the included chairs and beach items were a fantastic perk. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the two dining areas made it easy for our group to enjoy home-cooked meals together. The beach is just a 5-minute walk or a 2-minute bike ride away via the nearby path. Communication with the owner was seamless, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had family in from the West coast as well as from Atlanta. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The location is excellent, mid-island, with just a short walk to the beach and then back to the beautiful pool. I highly recommend Kiawah Elegance.

We stayed in this house for a week and just didn’t want to leave! The house is just spectacular. The house was incredibly clean and everything was in perfect condition. Can’t recommend this rental enough and we will be back!

The perfect house for a family spring break! The house set-up, pool and proximity to the beach worked well for the whole family (ages 3-70). Erin was wonderful to work with and hope to be back again!

This is a beautiful, new, 7 BR home at the east end of Glen Abbey in the Vanderhorst neighborhood. It is just a short stroll or bike ride down Boardwalk 32 to the beach. The floor plan and décor are well thought out with lots of room for guests to spread out. There is a refreshing pool and relaxing screened-in porch. The amenities include a well-appointed kitchen and butler’s pantry, dual washers and driers and a nice collection of “beach toys.” It was a memorable setting for this summer’s family gathering.

Our family has stayed at several homes in Kiawah and this is now our favorite. So much room for a large family and the location close to the beach is perfect. Erin was a great host and did so much to make our week wonderful. Thank you!

Our family has been coming to Kiawah for over 10 years. We have stayed in a variety of different homes
(including beachfront) and this by far was the best home. The owner is very kind, responsive, and a great communicator. We loved all aspects of the house, especially the screened-in porch, the upgrades in the kitchen, and the comfortable beds. This house conveniently backs up to the bike path that takes you directly to the beach. We booked for next year quickly!

Superb is the best way to describe our stay! The house itself is just magnificent in layout and furniture. The heated pool was THE feature our grand children enjoyed the most although the beach was a close and beautiful second place.
Our host Erin answered our questions promptly and offered suggestions for local attractions.
The day after we returned I booked the house for next year!

We have rented many Kiawah properties over the years, and Kiawah Elegance was the absolute best. Erin, the host, was Incredible, and the most gracious owner we’ve had; made sure we had everything we needed, was very helpful with me whenever I contacted her with questions, and responded immediately. She went above and beyond to make sure we had things necessary for our four month old grandson. Kitchen had the most extensive assortment of cooking, baking, etc. that we had seen. All appliances were top notch. The 2nd floor space really made the trip, and allowed the teenagers to have their separate space. Thank you Erin for a wonderful week!!

We had a group of 13 stay at this house last week and I honestly can't say enough good things about the property. The house is beautiful and fantastic in so many ways. The interior of the house, furniture, appliances, etc are all immaculate and extremely well done. Bed linens are amazing and super comfortable, tv/sonos was easy to use, and we had more than enough space.
Close to the beach as advertised, pool was great since it was heated and we used it a lot
The bike set up was super easy (use Alligator Bikes) and fantastic to have access to. Grill was great and easy to use.
Kiawah is a phenomenal place that is great for families and we really enjoyed out time there. Having this property as our home base for the week was something we will never forget!
