Great hotel should definitely be more than 2 star

Staff very helpful and friendly. Great room. A good selection of beers. Breakfast was excellent. On site parking. No way should this be a 2 star. Also excellent family run restaurant 5 minutes walk away serving authentic German food.

Perfekt für Kurztrip in die Region

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal hier und es war wieder alles perfekt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einem großen Badezimmer. Toll ist auch der Wasserkocher zur Zubereitung von Kaffee oder Tee im Zimmer ;-) Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, und der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem haben wir zwei tolle Tage in dem Hotel verbracht und kommen sehr gerne wieder

Nur wenn man unbedingt etwas suchen will: Leider war der Parkplatz am ersten Abend voll, so dass wir auf der Straße parken mussten. Aber da kann ja das Hotel nichts dafür

Ich war positiv überrascht ob der Ausstattung und der modern anmutenden Zimmer!

Die Zimmer schienen frisch renoviert. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Mein Zimmer war zwar ein sehr kleines Einzelzimmer, aber die gute Ausstattung hat die Größe wett gemacht.

Das Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können. Wenige Bügel im Schrank.

Rundum sehr gutes Hotel, immer wieder sehr gern.

Sehr gute Lage mit vielen Parkplätzen in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhausgebiet, sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sind groß, Tisch und 2 Stühle passen auch hinein. Das Bad ist auch sehr groß, alles neu renoviert und sehr, sehr viel Abstellfläche für die Waschbeutel.

Eine Seite vom Bett hat nur ein Brettchen als "Nachtschrank" und auch kein Nachtlicht. Da ich mit E-Bookreader lese, hat mich das nicht weiter gestört.

tolles Hotel. sehr zu empfehlen

wir tolles Hotel. ich hatte eine späte Anreise und es hat alles prima geklappt. das Frühstück und vor allem der Kaffee war mega gut. Icv war zur Fortbildung in Bonn. Die Lage und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis waren super! Gerne wieder:)

Der Spiegel im Bad ist etwas zu hoch, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau! ;)

Vermeide einen weiteren Aufenthalt

Leider haben Gäste vor meinem Fenster in der Nacht laut gesprochen (über 1h). Ich musste runtergehen und das Verständnis einfordern. Daher ist mir der Aufenthalt nicht gut in Erinnerung.

Perfect stay!

The hotel was very nice! Located in a quiet location and with enough free parking space around the building. We arrived late in the evening and they arranged a late check in for us. The room was very luxurious, spacious and very clean. The hotel room was a bit warm, but there were enough windows to open and a fan to use. The complimentary candy on the pillow was very nice touch. Breakfast was included and they served a great amount of options. I can't eat lactose or gluten, so they arranged glutenfree bread for me and offered me plantbased milks, which was very appreciated. Very warm staff at the breakfast buffet and check out. Very great value for money. Will definitely recommend and come back some time here!

Pleasant

Cleanliness of the room and toilet and response from the friendly staff especially Key Safe arrangement for late Check-in.

Room size was much smaller than expected. Uncomfortable to use the wash basin in the Toilet. Difficulty to find a free car parking slot.

easy parking, great help at Reception to ensure we could enjoy local traditional Rheinland 'Krug' nearby (danke Liane), room was just right for couple and small dog, breakfast was excellent - plenty of good coffee.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Location was great when visiting Siegburg and surroundings. Very tasty breakfast with wide selection.

Truly great staff. Very kind and friendly. The check-in worked well, the checkout as well and the breakfast was very nice as well. The room was small but comfortable (Single bed room).

The mattress was not my favourite and the pillow neither.

Great hotel for our short stay!

I loved the modernity and cleanliness of this location. Arriving after hours is possible and we were able to get our key. I loved the modern bathroom and shower, these were a huge plus. The breakfast was plentiful.

There could have been more variety in the breakfast options, but as a traveller I felt that I was satisfied. Would definitely have had to vary and have breakfast elsewhere on another day if we had stayed here for more time.
