All staff super friendly Dewai & team made our stay as Gandglan did last May & super helpful again this trip Food was fantastic

Last two nights bed bug bites! Boys cleaning was shoddy No supervisor Fish pond badly needs cleaning Spice Beach Club in COntrast gave us food poisoning twice!

Une belle vue mer

La proximité avec la plage et la vue.

L’état de la villa (vue mer vue piscine) laisse à désirer, des traces d’humidité dans la salle de bain et un logement pas très bien entretenu. Les serviettes sentaient également l’humidité.

Séjour agréable au bord de Lovina Beach

Tres beau lieu et bien situé. Les jardins extérieurs sont magnifiques, l intérieur de la villa est très beau et propre. Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité avec un personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable.

Même si l extérieur de la villa est très beau il est dommage qu il ne soit pas très bien entretenu. Plancher autour de la piscine avec des lattes levées, des fauteuils non confortables et usés. Le contact avec la réception est compliqué, par exemple j avais demandé une décoration de chambre pour un anniversaire, après plusieurs messages et un passage à la réception pour la confirmation rien a été fait. Il a fallu refaire une demande pour rattraper l effet de surprise dommage. Ils se sont très bien rattrapés toutefois.

La carte de l’établissement du restaurant durant notre séjour 4 jours beaucoup plats en ruptures sur toute la durée, nous obligeant à tourner sur un nombre de plats limités.

Tolles ruhiges Hotel direkt am Strand

Das Beste am Hotel ist die direkte Lage am Strand und das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Wir hatten zuerst eine Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Die war für uns viel zu groß und auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir wechselte in eine Premier-Unterkunft, die frisch renoviert war. Die war sehr geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtet.

Im Badezimmer roch es etwas unangenehm. Trotz zahlreicher Bemühungen konnte das Personal den Fehler nicht abstellen.

Große Klasse - das Beste was man buchen kann

Alles und ich könnte weinen dass wir abreisen mussten. Dieses Hotel war die erste Station auf unserer Bali Rundreise. Ich bin so glücklich, dass wir hier unseren Start hatten. Es hat nach einem Zimmertausch alles gepasst. Das Essen die Mitarbeiter, dass Zimmer, wir können nichts negatives sagen. Es ist in Live viel schöner wie auf den Fotos. Gruß an alle Mitarbeiter an das Management, ihr wart große Klasse. Ihr zählt für uns zu den top ten der besten Hotels auf Bali.

Es gibt nichts. Die Fotos der Zimmer sind absolut identisch.

Wenn man nicht lange schlafen will kann man das Hotel Buchen. Wir waren eine Nacht dort würden es aber nicht für längere

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die zimmer sehen super aus und sind sauber. Der Strand liegt direkt vor dem Hotel. Sehr schöner Pool.

Eine große Baustelle direkt im Hotel das es unmöglich macht nach 7 Uhr weiter zu schlafen wegen dem Lärm. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl jedoch hatten wir viele Insekten im Müsli da die Behälter nicht ganz verschlossen werden konnten. Die Zimmer riechen nach Urin und Kanalisation und der Mini Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht.

Nettes Personal in der Unterkunft. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Tolle Anlage mit traumhaften Sonnenunte

Perfekt Lage direkt am Strand. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Preis-Leistung ist perfekt. Roller ist notwendig, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Villa mit Meerblick war perfekt.

Zur Zeit Bauarbeiten auf der Anlage. Es wird erweitert und renoviert.

Highly recommend this little piece of paradise

Service from the staff made us feel like we were royalty. Best service we have ever experienced. The villas are huge and amazing. Literally less than a minute stroll from your villa to the beach. Had an amazing trip to the dolphins and sunrise, hotel arranged and we ordered massage treatments and they came to the villa, also heavenly. This villa is located around 3 hours from the airport but only works out at around 40 euro for the taxi. We went to 5 different places in Bali, some 5 star and this was my favourite. So peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. Food and cocktails were delicious. Staff was top class.

Can't give any negative comments as we loved everything.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa with private pool. The room was spacious and the garden and pool area was really lovely.

We loved everything. One improvement could be to have children’s menu but the staff were amazing and it was possible to modify dishes.

The villas were beautiful, quiet and clean. The main complex pool overlooks the beach and sunset and they put beanbags on the sand, great place for a cocktail to watch the sunset. The staff were very friendly, it’s a lovely peaceful location, they provide a buggy into the town

location is great but requires approximately 4 hours from airport to arrive please plan for your journey ahead of time, grab from airport is an absolute no as the prices are crazy, better to arrange with the hotel.

Breakfast limited, restaurant food can be improved. Ideally the rooms have proper locks instead of pad locks :) But overall dont let this small thing put you off, the place is very safe, this is feedback to the hotel

Excellent staff and lovely villas.

We really loved our 2 bedroom pool villa. Large, clean bedrooms with lovely en-suite bathrooms, including a free standing bath. The pool was a good size. We spent a lot of time lazing by the pool reading. We must commend the staff at Villandra, they were great: friendly and helpful at all times😄. We loved our stay here despite the restaurant menu!

The Villas are a bit too far from the main area of Lovina. we didn’t know that there was a free shuttle until towards the end of our stay. We would have taken advantage of if we had have known earlier. Because getting transport to and from Lovina’s restaurants wasn’t easy (we could pay Rp150,00 for a lift in the shuttle) we ate a lot in the restaurant. Unfortunately the menu is very limited. We quickly went through the things we liked. We ordered a rendang which had hardly any meat in it and the meat that was in it was too tough. At least the flavour was good. We had the same issue with the sweet and sour fish: 5 tiny pieces of fish as big as a thumb nail. Given Villandra is right on the beach we found this quite odd.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!

There was construction right outside my room in front of the restaurant and beach area. At the time I was the only one staying in the Villa so I didn't want to ask them to stop but if I were to do it again I would ask to be moved to another room.
