We love the property and the location. However, the unit was not very clean. I was told they would clean again if I called the first day. By that time we were settled in and wanted to relax, offered us some activity tickets which totaled $125. Our second unit is also not clean.

Loved it! Great value for a great location. No issues at all.
4.3
It was a great place, plenty of room for entire family of 11. Clean and convenient. Easy check in and check out.
4.3
Beautiful spacious condo with an amazing view!! Our family of 11 enjoyed the condo and plethora of pools and we will definitely be back! We had 7 children with us ranging from 2 to 14 and all had space to relax and play.
Many of the outdoor pools were heated and there were several hot tub options as well. This was perfect as it was a bit too cold for the beach during our stay in early April.
Our only recommendation would be to fix the exhaust fan in the master bedroom - it's very loud to the point it can not be used. Check in was a little rocky as well as there is only a 30 min window of time you can pick up your keys, pool bands, and towel cards on a wednesday check in. That made checking in a bit stressful but the management company was quick to respond and arrange for us to pick up our check in packet via dropbox. Thank you for the all the fun and memories!

We love staying at North Beach Plantation Resort and Villas The kids love the pools, hot tubs and lazy river. We love the big balcony, ocean views and the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more.
4.3
The place was as described. A beautiful view of the ocean, very spacious, and clean.Had just a lil issue at first with one of restrooms but it was handled. Fast response. Resort was beautiful. They did have an outside pool that was heated so that was a plus. My family enjoyed our vacation. Looking forward tp coming back.

The pictures didn’t do the property justice. There was plenty of space for a party of 10. The area had plenty of activities and restaurants with delicious food. I have the listing 4 stars because of a couple of aesthetic issues (i.e. large dark stain on carpet close to the entry and chipping drywall under a vent above the breakfast bar. Also, the sliding door wouldn’t lock and it squeezed loudly when opening. Overall, the property was beautiful and I intend to book another stay.
4.3
This property location and size was perfect for our party of 9. The view was spectacular and we all had a great time! I will say this the condo could use some ‘wear & tear’ improvements. The carpet was in bad shape from previous stains and could certainly be replaced with a nice hardwood flooring product which would be a tremendous ‘value-add’ to the property. One could also see where the covering on the duct work was wore and could use some maintenance as well. These are expected property needs and nothing which stopped our trip. These things would improve the property and make it perfect.

Upon arrival the entry door was ajar, allowing anyone to walk in. It must be pulled closed with considerable effort. The layout and the spacing of rooms is amazing. The deck space was the most well-equipped i have seen anywhere. Upon inspection there were many issues. The carpeting was terribly stained. The kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned thoroughly....spaghetti sauce stains were observed in several locations. In the second king room, the bedding was filthy with much sand in the sheets. Further, there was no air circulation in that room from the AC. It was very hot at night. And the bathroom fan did not work there. Much of the furniture was damaged by previous guests - including the loveseat which had the backing material hanging loose, the top having been torn from its position. Even the ceiling over counter was damaged. There was an electrical issue as well. One night, half of the wall plug in didn't work in main king room. The management was responsive as issues were reported. A cleaning crew was sent to change soiled bedding and re-clean the kitchen. Technicians tried twice to address the lack of AC circulation in the 2nd king room, but failed. In the end, a box fan was left to try to cool the room at night. At first, manager suggested to keep the door open at night - - - NO PRIVACY IN A KING ROOM. In the end, the experience was certainly not worth the amount paid for the rental. Management would not discuss a partial refund.

5 adults and a gaggle of teens (14 total people)
Condo was as advertised. Plenty of room for everyone.
Checkin was smooth…property was even ready a few hours early and they texted me to let me know (huge bonus)
One small maintenance issue with leak under kitchen sink was repaired within an hour or so after notifying maintenance
Checkout was smooth and easy
We have stayed at North Beach Resort several times before (I think this was 3rd or 4th year). I don’t believe there is a better, nicer resort in North Myrtle Beach. We will likely return next summer.
4.3
The location is perfect. We were able to watch fireworks all the way in Myrtle from our balcony. Plenty of space for 14 people and the amenities are advertised. Gladly do it again
4.3
This condo was great for our family. We loved the two large bedrooms on the ocean side. The other rooms were large enough that no one felt cramped. There was plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen. Overall, except for the loud music at the pool (which my young adult children didn't mind) we had a good time.
4.3
We were very happy with our stay at North Beach Resort. The condo had plenty of room for us to spread out or gather together. We loved being able to see the pool area and the beach from our balcony. It was safe and conveniently located to restaurants and entertainment venues.
4.3
This property was perfect for my siblings and I to surprise our mother for her 50th birthday. The view was incredible and the condo was very spacious! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was convenient for my brothers and their small children. This location has a indoor lazy river and multiple hot tubs/pools. My mother cried several times and was so happy with the location. We recommend eating at the Flying Fish, top notch service and fresh seafood! The stay was a 10/10! Thank you for a seamless check-in process and the beautiful space for us to gather.

We had an amazing week staying in North Myrtle Beach in Indigo Unit 1603. We were staying with a large group of us and the space was perfect! A few items were missing from the kitchen on our arrival but iTrip was quick to supply us with everything we needed. The resort is beautiful and everyone there was very friendly. We can’t wait to come back next year and hopefully have a few more sunny beach days!

This condo has everything you could want for your vacation. We had 8 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room for all of us. The views of the beach and pools are breathtaking, the condo was very clean and the workers at the condo are very friendly!
Robbie and family are there for you and are so nice to work with you for whatever you need! Thank you, and we look forward to using iTrip for future vacations!

Property was beautiful. Pools, beach and easy access. Pool deck is slippery when wet. I slipped and broke my wrist. Apparently it’s happened before, cause the lifeguard said she has warned them.
4.3
We had a problem at the beginning with our unit and management addressed our concern and went above and beyond to correct it. We had 8 family members in our party and still had lots of room. The view was amazing! The 14 pools/hot tubs on the property was very nice especially for the toddler in our party. There were a number of young families enjoying the facility. Will definitely be staying again!

We have stayed at North Beach Plantation many, many times. It really is a great place. However, this time our unit was in dire need of repairs and updating. Some repairs were made while we were there, but many things still need to be taken care of.
4.3
Had a great time with family and friends!
4.3
Upon arrival 1 of AC units was out and took two days + to repair, clothes dryer did not work and was never repaired, carpet in unit was filthy, sink in second master was clogged and one ceiling fan was inoperable. Very expensive for 7 days given the condition of the unit. Disappointed

Would not go through Virbo but would go directly with North Beach Plantation. Registration was so much easier. Hard to even talk with someone from Virbo except for Robi who was very helpful. Hated communicating by emails. Need to work with a person. The unit needed updating as far as the living room furniture. The carpet had so many stains but it was clean I must say. I’ve stayed for several years at North Beach because of all the amenities for my grandchildren. There were even fireworks on Easter.

We absolutely love the condo! There were 9 ladies in the 5 bedroom condo, very comfortable! We did have a little trouble with getting towels via text like the instructions say, other than that we had a very nice time!

Two chairs with wells broken and couch in need of repair. Hated communicating by email.

Very good place to stay, just didn’t like how they handle the pick up and drop off of the keys. Not far from the Condo but it wasn’t my cup of tea.

The condition of the apartment was by no means accurately represented by the photos provided by the owners. The pictures did--and still do--paint a picture of clean, modern and luxurious apartment. The reality though is much different. We noted immediately that the apartment had not been cleaned in any meaningful way. While the staff had come through and made some creative towel sculptures, surfaces--the kitchen especially--were grimy. The provided glassware had been stored back into the cupboards with lipmarks, coffees stains and crusted food. Chipped coffee cups and glasses, Skillets that were completely unusable due to broken handles, and deeply scored and scorched surfaces. The coffemaker barely worked and produced only lukewarm coffee, this after the owner confirmed to us via email that a Keurig was available in the room, which it was not. Even the toaster was broken. The furniture was dilapidated, stained and thoroughly worn. Seams along the couch gaped open. A broken chair, deeply scuffed wood surfaces, and to truly put the finish on the décor, the carpeting throughout the main living areas are stained to an astounding degree--I've never seen anything like that in all of my travels. Privacy was a concern as the floor to ceiling windows in the main living area lacked any blinds or curtains--enabling anyone with in the opposite wing of the building above the 14th floor to peer directly into our living room at night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, with the exception one of the back bathrooms where some previous occupant had gotten sick and no one really thought to check the back of the bathroom door or really clean the side of the tub. We didn't get to watch any of the holiday movies that we had planned. We brought along our Apple TV, but it was completely unusable because of the "Captive Portal" login for the building Wifi. To be more specific, when setting up network access on an Apple TV or a Roku, one must first select the a Wifi network signal and type in the password for that network. In this case, you can't do that. Internet access requires you to open a browser window and enter in a username and password to the "Captive Portal" launch page--only then are you able to gain access to the internet. That prevents Apple TV, Roku Stick and the like from working as they don't have a browser that allows the user to enter that info into the portal launch page. Much more to say, but I've run out of room to say it

This condo lived up to all expectations. Was a perfect spot to get together with family and friends.

The location of the unit is ideal if you love a view of the coastline. 24 feet of ceiling to floor windows in the main room. The unit furnishings and rugs are a bit "tired" but you can just look out the window!!

Everything was perfect no complaints
