My wife and I wanted a quiet few nights away to celebrate our 15 year anniversary & this ended up being exactly what we were looking for. The location is great - it was fun to watch the river tubers come through, and while it is a busy little area with many tiny homes, it was quiet and felt secluded. We enjoyed having a bonfire and overlooking the river. It’s also located about 5 miles from downtown Greenville, which made it extremely close to good food and activities. We enjoyed river tubing while there & it was great to just take the bus up to the main building so we didn’t have to get back to our car after exiting (the exit is right at the house). Finally, this is located about 2.5 miles from a really good coffee house and art district. Cleanliness was pretty good - we only gave 4 rather than 5 stars due to some leftover dog hair on the couch & in the corners of the rooms (we didn’t bring a dog with us). Overall, 5 star stay and we look forward to coming back again!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at The River House. The tiny home was everything we were looking for. Being so close to the Saluda River is so beautiful and peaceful. It was also so convenient as it is the end point for tubing, which I definitely recommend. We had some very good dinners at Rustic Farms Pizza in Greenville and Tipsy Taco and The Silos in Easley. It is so nice to stay in a pet friendly home - our golden enjoyed her stay too. We look forward to coming back.

My husband and I really enjoyed our tiny stay with our 2 pups. The place was clean and had what we needed, and was as depicted in photos. We definitely took advantage of mornings and evenings on the porch with the river views. We wished the adjacent brewery was open, as that would have been a lovely addition! Although we did visit some of their recommended places and restaurants & thoroughly enjoyed them. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and kindly allowed for an earlier check in. Next time we will definitely take advantage of the river and hopefully float with our pups. (it just wasn’t season quite yet!) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to make it back!

The whole stay was wonderful. Nate & Jessica went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The tiny house was the perfect size for two adults, but we plan to bring our kids in the future. We should have booked more days to really enjoy the surroundings more! The grounds were well kept & not too noisy, considering neighbors are all pretty close. You can maintain privacy pretty easily! This is the place to stay for a couple or family that wants a tranquil getaway, with city life at their fingertips.

This tiny home rental was so clean and decorated nicely. There were so many extra amenities provided. The view of the river is beautiful & so peaceful. We did not want to leave and are already making plans to book again. Everything from start to finish about booking this rental was easy and communication with the host was excellent. The surrounding guests in other rentals were so friendly & we definitely felt safe while staying here. Everything we planned to do was a short drive away & we visited so many places we had never been before. We are so glad we chose to book this rental & hope you do too! You won't regret it!

We enjoyed our stay in this tiny house. It is beautifully finished and furnished and sits right on the shore of the river. Close enough to downtown Greenville to make it convenient. The host provided a lot of nice touches - free bottle of wine, bottled water on the nightstands, lotions in the bathroom, robes in the closet - which added to the charm. The tiny houses are quite close to each other, so you don't get any privacy when sitting outside, but it was pretty quiet during our stay.

Right on the River but only minutes to get back into the City & the beautiful River Walk. The Cabin was the perfect size and our Pups had a lovely Christmas with us.

We had a fun experience! Enjoyed the access to the beautiful river with lots of places to sit and enjoy the water. We even caught a few fish. The onsite restaurant was great even had live music. We would love to come back in the summer to bring the grandkids tubing

It was perfect. The views are beautiful. The house itself is perfect it’s well decorated and everything inside is placed perfectly that it doesn’t feel tiny at all. Everything was very clean. All in all will definitely be staying at this hidden gem again.

My husband and I brought our two dogs to Greenville for the night for a concert. This tiny home was adorable, the host was so accommodating, and the proximity to great food and drinks was perfect! The views couldn’t be beat either. Despite the rain, we had a great afternoon relaxing with the wine provided by the host and enjoyed watching the rain on the river. The home is in need of some small upgrades. The bed was very worn out and uncomfortable and the bed linens were a little dingy. The bath mat was also a little dirty. We loved our stay, but for the price, I do think it could a bit improved.

I did not stay here during the summer, however, the exit from tubing the river is literally right below the tiny homes. The home was clean and exactly as described. Owners were very good with communication and overall couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely be back if I’m in Greenville again!

1st thing noticed was cleanliness. There were a few places on walls that were scarred. Wish there had been a light over the sink. Very minor things. If it hadn’t rained most of the time we could have enjoyed the fire pit.

We loved the River House. The house was very clean and the location was amazing. We want to return when the weather is warmer so we can take advantage of the tubing located right on property. Also, located on the property is a good restaurant and brewery. The beers and cocktails are top notch.

We loved everything about this house. The property is impeccable and honestly they think of everything. It's really not that tiny, the bathroom is plenty big, the bed is as well. Just an overall amazing place. The river view is gorgeous as well, and having thirteen stripes brewery on site is also a huge plus! We took a cheap uber into downtown Greenville and it was great. It also was super easy to get to the Clemson football game from here. It was amazing!

This place is incredible. The tiny house has all the amenities you need, along with a lovely brewery just steps away. We initially had dinner plans downtown, but once we saw the layout along the river and the firepit, we decided to cancel reservations, grab dinner and a brew at 13 Stripes, and nestle up by the fire. Great location for a quiet "glamping" experience, and a wonderful spot to post up and retreat after checking out Downtown Greenville. Will be back again soon!

We sooo enjoyed our stay! It’s exactly as pictured and described. The hosts have thought through the layout and jammed it with all you need them some. They even provide robes, what a nice surprise. We stayed as Ian was coming in, so our weather wasn’t great, but the location was convenient to everything. We really liked several of their suggestion on the board too. The only small complaint is that the wi-fi is spotty at best. We will come back when we can take advantage of the river!!!

The tiny house was a perfect spot for my wife and I. Beautiful setting overlooking the river was awesome. Only thing we would have changed is the houses were very close together. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with! Thanks for the great stay!

You will love the River House, I’m quite sure. Proximity to 13 Stripes and the Saluda Outdoor Center is a plus, and the view is hard to beat. This was my first time staying in a tiny house, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
