"Villa Lamar" with a large terrace and infinity pool and a view over the "Costa Adeje" to the Atlantic and the neighboring island of "La Gomera" (4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms)
On a living area of approx. 160 sqm, there are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open living room (kitchen/dining room)
From the living room you can access the very spacious terrace or the balcony and pool with several seating options and sun loungers.
There are several seating options on the terrace. A large table for 8 people covered by the balcony invites you to dine outdoors. A modern grill for barbecues is available. By the pool (approx. 3 x 9 m) there is a comfortable seating area and 8 sun loungers.
The open, light-filled living space of the "Villa Lamar" is divided into a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a large cooking island and integrated breakfast bar, the dining area with seating for 8 people and a living room with sofas for relaxing, e.g. with (Internet) TV.
On the living area floor there is one of the three bedrooms. This is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed. The guest toilet is right next to it.
The master bedroom with TV, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet, vanity unit) and another double bedroom (also 180 x 200 cm bed) are on the upper floor. Both have access to the balcony with seating and loungers.
Another bathroom (shower, toilet, vanity unit) and washing machine are also on the upper floor. In front of the rooms there is a work area with a desk.
The pool at "Villa Lamar" is heated (maximum up to 26 degrees).
