The only good thing about the property is it’s location to beach!
In need of a deep clean! By the looks of things it just gets a wipe between tenants without any actual cleaning.

the key safe to get in was very misleading, it’s actually a key pad on the door !!
the property lacked the little finishing touches

Couldn't have asked for a better location. Great communication throughout and lovely and clean.
A visitor parking permit would be hugely helpful but it does state theres no parking near so we were expecting to need to find a car park (they are pretty pricey though). Also some more kitchenware like oven trays and teaspoons would be good. But overall really pleased, thank you

Excellent location, right in the centre of town and close to the beach! Beds comfortable except one! Excellent value for money for a group! Easy access with keypad door! Good central heating! Well equipped kitchen although we didn't use it!
One mattress spring was broken, no remote for the TV, could do with a deep clean (skirting boards and windows) Owner must be tall as mirrors mounted very high (group of girls all trying to get ready)

The location of the property was superb. Just a few steps from the beach and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants nearby. Walkable to the station (15mins) Brighton Pier, the Lanes. Plenty of space for 4 of us. Great communication about entry procedure before we arrived, which was very simple and good for multiple people staying. The big comfy sofa was great for evening chats, kitchen had what we needed for our stay and you could whip up a meal should you not wish to go out. Once the heating was on it was a warm and cosy flat.
A few things felt in need of a little TLC. The single bathroom was fine for 4 of us, but any more and you'd be queueing, so while it has got enough space for 8, you may find that a few too many for the facilities, the shower for example wasn't particularly powerful and the shower curtain rail has seen better days. The pigeons living outside the rear bedrooms were a little noisy, but if you mind noisy birds (i.e. Seagulls) don't go to Brighton in the first place! Oh and we had to figure out the heating when we arrived as it was a very cold January day, but there were no instructions or welcome folder to explain that. Similarly with the TV which seems to be lacking a remote and the WiFi that didn't work.
And as for Brighton, even if you're from London the drinks prices may surprise you!

Location is good, around 10 mins walk to the centre of Brighton
No heating or hot water for the first night. Promised a refund but 6 weeks later this still has not been paid. Host is now ignoring my messages.

Electrics powering the shower were housed in plastic conduit on the wall above the shower - appeared to be dangerous to me.

The location and ease of access are first rate. The apartment is a little worn but comfy. The shower needs some attention as it was quite a challenge to get a good temperature for the water. The WiFi was non-existant but the owner did drop a router by while we were out. I'm not quite sure it worked.

Flat was cute and clean ..very spacious and quirky
Lied about the parking .. nearest parking is 10 mins walk ... no parking outside available..contacted owner who promised a refund of parking fees ..hasnt been paid and i have been ignored since ..lots of drug addicts hanging about and sleeping directly outside entrance ..whole apparrtment smelled of cannabis at night because they smoked it outside... then they started shouting from 1am till 9am when police came and moved them on

This was not the apartment we actually stayed in although this is the one we were expecting. The apartment we actually stayed in was different in lay out and had lots of bunk beds. there was no living room area. As you can imagine as 4 friends in their thirties we were not expecting to have to stay in bunk beds but luckily it did not ruin our weekend.

The window in the bedroom wasn't able to close fully which made it a little noisy in the mornings. The front Blinds are v broken and need replacing. No toaster in kitchen

Quirky and modern feel apartment, lovely finishings. Charming layout.
Pizza place frontage was off putting.

No WiFi box disappointed the kids but we all had plenty of data so no problem.

The location.
It was dirty in places. The sofa was badly stained. The bedroom window didn't shut. The cups were dirty. The windows were filthy! Mold smell in the plate cupboard. A used loo roll was waiting for us with a loo brush sat on the floor and used toiletries waiting for us aswell as a watered down pump hand soap. The blinds were broken. Dirty tissues in wardrobe that only 1 door opened. Flies in the property. Mattresses terribly uncomfortable. No double beds. Communication from the owner/caretaker was terrible and they never returned messages to me. Was not worth the price and will not be going back!

Hi. Loved the quaint area. Wonderful location and two steps away from a supermarket. Down road from the beach. Loved the vibe. Apartment was neat and clean. Great host. Came by to see us. Easy to find key.
Hi. Would like clearer information regarding the parking. There is extremely limited pay and display outside which was all taken up. The rest is only permit holders. There was nowhere to stop and unload the car. In the end after circling the area for too long we parked at the waterfront but very costly at £2.50 an hour. And quite a walk with kids to unload a car. Please be honest that there is extremely limited parking outside. There is a carpark ten minutes walk away but will cost a fortune. Not practical with little kids and lots of bags. One more thing is there are quite a few steps from entry to kitchen to bedroom and lounge and then to bathroom and then bedrooms again. Wouldn't suit elderly or very young kids due to no safety gate at top of landings.
