About this house rental

This fabulous single family home located 1.1 miles from Vanderbilt Beach and 1.5 miles from Delnor Wiggins State Park Beach has just had a major makeover, newly renovated inside and out. Indoors there are 2 master bedrooms with ensuite baths and king sized beds furnished with new premium mattresses – one Helix Midnight Lux and the other, Purple Premier 4. The 3rd bedroom is spacious enough with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have cabled flat screen TV's ranging in size from 60” to 52”.
The kitchen features a dining island and has tons of counter space and everything needed for making a meal to remember.

The living room opens to the screened lanai, which is a pleasant spot for enjoying meals with a tropical breeze or just lounging and reading a book.
For entertainment the open floor plan of this home allows for viewing Sony's newest Bravia OLED 65” TV from the kitchen, living room, and lanai. You can watch one of the supplied movies on the Blu Ray disc player, or you can listen to your favorite tunes with the great sounding Harmon Kardon blue tooth speaker provided.

The fun really happens outdoors as everything here is also new and fresh. There are 4 sun lounges and the salt-water conditioned pool has 2 immersed ledge lounges to relax in as well. Deck jets, fountain, and multi colored pool lights add to the enjoyment.
Then there is the bar/grilling station and outdoor seating area with soft LED lighting and awesome fire pit, all under 2 huge 8' x 12' resort style umbrellas. While you are grilling you and your family can enjoy a game of corn hole with the regulation boards at the ready.
What's more, inside the garage you will find bicycles, coolers, beach toys, beach chairs , and an umbrella for hitting the pearly white sands of Naples' best beaches.
There's so much to do and see in Naples. Beyond the beautiful beaches there is the excellent shopping, endless choices of restaurants, the fabulous Naples Zoo, chartered sunset excursions, Corkscrew Nature Sanctuary, and so much more!
Just down the road you will find the chic Mercato, a dining, shopping, and nightlife mecca.

For the golfer, just 4 miles away there is the “ultimate golf experience” – Tiburon Golf Club located at The Ritz. The two 18 hole Greg Norman designed courses are open to the public. Home to the LPGA CME Tour Championship, the new PGA Tour Invitational, and the Chubb Classic.

The house is wonderful, it has everything for the pool, the beach and to stay cooking. They allowed us to check in at 1:00 PM, thank you! and the Owner was very kind and understanding since the entire 98th Street was under repair and he allowed us to check out late and stay 1 more day. we will return without a doubt

We had a fantastic stay. The villa was immaculate and very clean. The pool and garden were very relaxing and there were plenty of pool floats. The kitchen was well stocked and the bonus was realising the fridge was plumbed in with chilled/filtered water and an ice maker. We had an issue one evening with the keypad not working to open the door, but Taylor (Live Right) was just a phone call away and came quickly to let us in - the batteries just needed changed - after that we had no issues. There were road works outside during our stay as there are drainage works in the area - however, this didn’t affect our stay too much.

Our family had a great time at the home, especially in the beautiful outdoor pool (we paid extra for it to be heated). It was a short walk to the beach (about 1 mile). Not far from the Ritz. Took a nice boat tour through Naples Boating nearby. The only negative was that there was a LOT of construction on street that the rental was on which we were not expecting and although it did not affect our stay directly, it was kind of annoying trying to get out of the street in either direction.

Beautiful house and very well maintained. Very responsive host. Unfortunately we had to cut it short because of the hurricane. Overall we enjoyed our stay and my kids can’t wait to go back in November.

This house is amazing. When we entered there was soft music and great ambiance waiting for our arrival. It was absolutely spotless, very spacious and it is just as you see in the pictures. Plenty of attention to detail on the decor and very inviting to relax and enjoy your time off. Location also great, just a two minutes drive to the beach. My family and I had a great experience and I can sincerely recommend it.

We vacationed in Naples for the first time and loved this house for our family. It had everything we needed and more for our young family. Our goal was to either be at the beach or in the pool . Both of those were accomplished happily here. The outdoor grill setup and table fire were great for dinners in and peaceful night caps after the kids went down. The pool lights were also a neat experience for the kiddos to add to the swimming experience. The house was super clean and all of the furnishings are really new. It felt like it was living in a new house. The pictures are exactly what you get. Live Right Vacations was the perfect host. Close enough to know they are they when you need something, but far enough away to make you feel like you owned the place. We cannot say enough greats things about our stay.

Wonderful stay in Naples! Everything from relaxing at the pool, walking to the beach, enjoying Naples - was a great vacation. The home was perfect - extremely clean, everything in working order, great communication with property manager. I'd go back tomorrow if I could!

This house was perfectly located to the beach, well appointed with all the necessary items to make your stay feel like you were at home. We would certainly stay here again. The leasing management company was amazing and easy to work with.

The property itself was clean and fully updated, but I am NOT use to the regiment of the check-in/out times. I received an email stating if I was 15 minutes early the alarm would go off, not a welcoming hello. Additionally, there were fees for several items (VRBO, cleaning, pool) also entering or leaving a little early or late, again not a friendly message!!

We loved our stay at this property! It was actually even better in person than the photos portrayed. Extremely clean, everything functional- beautifully maintained. The property was very comfortable and communication with management was very easy.

Great home, short walk to beach

This is a super house. It is well decorated and has a modern feel to it. The backyard is great with a nice sized pool, a fire pit, and a cabana type structure with screens. The house is conveniently located to the beach (~1 mile away) as well as Publix and the Mercato development which has a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The check-in and check-out process was easy as well.
