The place, it was calm and peaceful.
What we didnt like was the room size, it was quite small.

Amazing quite place near international road. Very friendly staff. They helped after our claim of very loudly music from the next bungalow. The terrace of the restaurant is nice.
You can visit in 20 minutes by car the great roman city Nicopolis ad Istrum.
For transit passing tourists is perfect, but fir few days too.
It is allowed to smoke in the restaurant while celebrating events like birthday.

Could of been a kettle in your room so you could make your own coffee in the morning.

Room nice. Nice restaurant on site. Good value
They should leave sign in reception to say to go to restaurant for key. Had to approach 4 men who where drinking for them to help me. 1 spoke English and was very helpful. Another 2 men turned up also I was a bit uneasy even though they were fine. The automatic light in hallway annoying. Go to toilet and bright light on for some time, annoying when trying to get back to sleep. Would def stay here again all said

Second stay, and the facilities are still being built and improving. Problem with our first room (broken heating) but superb service and moved to new room.
As I say it is our second stay at Paradise park as it is near to our family living in Maslarevo. We will 100% be staying again and would recommend to everyone.

Basic and clean, just what we needed. Really could not fault for the money. Comfy beds.
Shower wet room was very good, just didn’t quite drain enough - very minor complaint.

Very friendly staff. Going above expectations to make our stay comfortable. Helped to arrange transport to another town. I appreciate very much. The room was nice, quiet and clean. Surrounding is also nice and relaxing.
WiFi range could be better. Shower without a courtain may be not very comfortable if you want to use the toilet while the floor is still wet and may be slippery. This was not a big problem but a small room for improvement.

The park is quiet and relaxing.
The room smelled pretty bad and the property is really out in the open and far away from the city. The private parking is basically just park anywhere near the park, the staff leaves at night and there are no cameras. There are a lot of construction sites nearby in the park.
2.0 / 5.0
In general, the place was functional but stayed way beyond expectations of a booking.com 9 rating.
There is Satellite TV with 80+ channels, also various English movie channels (which is good because there is absolutely nothing else to do than watching TV).
Fridge in the room.
The building with the guest room seems to be renovated short time ago, the bathroom was new. Air con was high quality and new (but smelled).
The host was friendly and answered quickly.
The “garden” was a dry forrest with many construction sites on it.
The smell in the room was awful, especially in the bathroom there seems to be a humidity issue.
No chair in the room and no furniture on the balcony so no chance to sit there.
View on broken buildings and ruins.
The pool advertised is in fact a public pool nearby closing 7 p.m.
All in all, it is a huge question mark for me how others could rate this place 9 or 10, it’s rather a seven. It has potential, but for now it’s rather a place for people travelling through (and prefer watching TV instead of sitting in a garden).
