Era una zona tranquila

Aunque el apartamento estaba bien tenía unos fallos...En el baño las siliconas del w.c,bañera,etc estaban negras,daban un aspecto super descuidado.En las habitaciones entra aire por las ventanas,algo increible porque deben de pagar un dineral por la calefaccion.En la cocina, las fuentes del horno no estaban precisamente limpias.En la habitacion principal a la tarima le faltaba un pedazo,bastante chapuzas. Los vecinos un desastre,arrastran las sillas como si fueran de plomo,no cerraban las puertas, daban portazos, y algo insoportable era el bar de abajo.Al principio no sabia que era pero luego caimos en la cuenta de que eran las persianas del bar,3 AM, 7 AM,imposible dormir.La 1 noche hubo temporal y el viento se escuchaba como si estuvieramos a la intemperie.No volvería a alquilarlo.

Great Difficulties Getting Access

The apartment was clean and comfortable (once we finally got in).

The host was told at the time we booked that the only email we had routine access to, just prior to our arrival was a supplied gmail account; yet they did not use this. The supplied latitude and longitude map coordinates are wrong by about 500 m, in an area of many high rise apartment towers. Late on the day of our arrival we had not been given the Apartment Building Number or flat number. When I texted the host I obtained no answer. After multiple failed attempts to speak to the host, she then hung up on me. She only speaks Spanish and I am from Australia. At 20:00 I had to call Booking.com to get them to clarify (which took over an hour) the actual address = Apartment Building 6 of the supplied street address. The host needs to correct the map coordinates and at least give the Apartment Building Number in her listing. Otherwise only Spanish speakers should consider staying here.
