This house has both old world charm with the original part of the house and new modern features with the huge addition giving you so much living space including a gigantic living room measuring 28 x32. Wow… talk about a fantastic place for family holidays ( perfect for Wedding or Christmas gift opening) or family reunions, anniversary or birthday parties or wedding parties … or even company functions needing a large meeting room for office meetings.
This is not only Great for large families but contractors and work crews in town who want own bed in their own bedrooms. 15 beds in 8 bedrooms and we can add more beds if needed. Can sleep 22 people on beds plus another 8 people on couches or floor space for air mattresses.
This awesome home was Recently remodeled with two newer beautiful bathrooms plus a Remodeled spacious kitchen with newer appliances and big island with 2nd cooktop. In the original part of the house you will find a charming formal living room with fireplace and curved archways. The formal dining room has charming oak built ins. These rooms can be used in conjunction for dining tables for two dozen people.
This house also has 2 sets of washer and dryers and a lower level garage that can act as a Rec room if desired (ask about options). This property has use to a 42 x 72 gymnasium.
