Fantastisch

We verbleven in Heritage villa s. Mooie ,ruime villa, met tuin en zwembad. Rustig gelegen, voorzien van alle comfort. Stijlvol Buggy voor de deur en shuttledienst van het hotel om je te verplaatsen op het domein van het hotel waren heel praktisch Maar bovenal was het het personeel dat ons verblijft superieur heeft gemaakt. Ze doen hun uiterste best om het iedereen naar de zin te maken , Om een sfeer van relaxatie en tot rust komen te creëren. Werkelijk fantastisch.Wij komen graag terug!

Mind Blowing Property!!!!

The 3 Bedroom Villa was out of the world. It had every convenience that you could think of. Beautiful and spacious villa which was luxuriously furnished. Had our own plunge pool which was an added bonus

TV was always broken, many hornets nests that were not cleared, WiFi was very poor with no password encrypted WiFi available.

Amazing experience and highly recommended for family with children.

Kids club and the beach were amazing. Very nice resort to walk and relax. Club cars available for each villa which was a good idea for transportation within the resort. The kitchen was fully equipped.

A lot of breakable decoration items which is not necessarily and not suitable for families with children, its recommended to ask the customers to remove them before arrival. Water bottle and coffee capsules not refilled once its finished. Also its recommended to be refilled every day since customers are paying such an high amount of money. Staff need to give more information and knowledge about the resort and the activities in details and easy resources.

I love this country and I spent a nice vacation there..but next time I’ll will try to find other the hotel .

The view of the green mountains and palms everywhere.. outstanding views, beautiful sunsets and beach .

The villa was so disappointed with the price.. we changed the villa two times. The first villa was too small for a big family and the location was on the road on one side and the other side was on the golf side.. there was no privacy for us. The second villa was so old and every thing needs maintenance.

horrible experience

the only thing they good at is finding ways to charge you. i paid 500dollars in exchange for a broken cable. what a joke. the service is weak it took us 4 days for them to come and clean our pool/ inspect for lizards. i wouldn’t recommend it

Superb

The villa was very spacious for three adults. It was very clean and the service was great. We enjoyed the private pool, and overall had a great stay. I'd like to thank Melanie in front desk and Dhanraj for their great help

The distance between the villa and the main entrance is long, but we appreciated the shuttle service

Beautiful villas with access to the facilities at nearby luxury resorts

Reception desk was very friendly.

Booking.com should explain where to go to find the Reception, that was not explained. You need to go to the entrance of C Beach, which is not at all in the same area as the villas.

- the villa were amazing.

-restaurants and activities are always fully booked -room service closes at 7 pm which is too early -looks like there is an alignment issue between the 3 three resorts. the service at the resorts drops big time if they knew that you’re staying at the villas

We liked location, scenery, landscape, and the golf club restaurant.

The villa’s pool was not heated and the staff did not mention that we could have asked for heating the pool (this was mentioned during check out); basic groceries e.g. drinking water are not within reach; the villa’s phone was not working throughout our stay.

Superb

The resort, the villa, the cleanliness, the greenery it is captivating. We were lucky to visit Mauritius in the period of Feb because the weather was beautiful although it is the season for showering rain and cyclones but we did not encounter any. We enjoyed the stay at the villa with a private pool, the restaurants were mostly great.

Most of the staff need customer relations training. Very few of them were polite and friendly but the majority makes you feel like if they have paid for your stay at the hotel. Surprisingly managers in normal cases are the ones who are trained to deal with the customers but that wasn't the case. Also check-in and check-out process is very lengthy and slow.

Wonderful villa!

Clean, comfortable, very good breakfast! Friendly & helpful staff (house keepers, restaurants staff and the kids club staff )enjoyed the stay! The villa was just amazing!

Extremely late shuttle pickup! Specially that we need to take it to go anywhere inside the resort. breakfast slow service! Too long time for check in.. staff there were not that professional! Pools inside the villas can not be heated so we couldn’t swim a lot

The stay was very good, good location, good cleaning staff. Only in the breakfast the staff was lil clumsy and bit areas were the food was surrounded by flies. Overall it was an excellent experience but it could have been better.

Staying at Heritage has contributed a lot to our love for Mauritius.

Location,ْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْ staff, activities, restaurants options, amenities, services, etc. It is the perfect place for having a great vacation whether you will spend the whole day at the resort or visit the attractions.`

1. Internet service is frustrating. Coverage hardly reaches the living room. 2. Electricity problems we faced (shorts only and cut). The maintenance response was fair but no permanent solution. 3. Shuttles drivers are superb but lack safety training. Driving while talking on the phones all the time. Don't enforce belt wearing. 4. Phones are noisy and response is not quick enough. 5. Insects, bees and geckos are very common inside the villas. It is not acceptable by most cultures so they need to mindful of this fact. These are improvement opportunities that didn't impact the overall great experience.
