Good but could use some small improvements

Nice & beautiful hotel. Rooms were nice & it was really cool that you had most of the streaming services on the TV.

The eco-friendly part of the rooms. The fact that you had to keep the room key in the slot near the door to get the outlets to work in the room. There were only certain outlets that would work, but then when you inserted the room key card into the slot near the door on the wall, then all the outlets worked. That just seems stupid to me. The breakfast was really good, although I wish some of the breakfast items were labeled. There was muffins put out & besides the obvious double chocolate, I had no idea what the other muffins were, same with the Bagels & cereal. I guess just think about someone allergic to nuts & they grabbed a Banana nutbread muffin thinking it was a cinnamon or coffee cake muffin. Also there was no cream for the coffee at first, then I asked for it and all they had was hazelnut. I did like that they had an actual ketchup bottle instead of packets. Need to add some peanut butter also.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially since they had my name backwards but the gentleman figured it out, very easy to get to and clean

If I was staying more than one night, I would have went cancelled my reservation and went elsewhere.

The Staff was friendly. Breakfast area was stocked nicely and clean. Hotel looks new.

Did not get the king room that I booked ahead. Sheets are very rough/scratchy. Mattress is hard. Room wasn't vaccumned well. There were crumbs and ponytail rubber bands on the floor near the beds . The trash/recycle bin in our room had cans and water bottles in it from the previous guest.

The check in staff was awesome and friendly. Disappointed with everything else.

Our room was really not clean. there were socks on the floor left by the previous occupant so you know the carpet was not vacuumed and the same in the bathroom. there were foot prints on the floor and the toilet wasn’t cleaned. also went down for breakfast at 8 AM and no coffee , no eggs, etc.

The stay was fine, nothing special.

The hotel was very clean. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Receptionist at night durning our check in was very nice and helpful. He explained everything to us and was able to answer all of our questions.

I stood at the front desk for nearly 5 minutes to check out before someone showed up. I was never asked how our stay was. I definitely felt more welcomed checking in then checking out. Honestly I don’t know if we’ll stay here again just because of the lady durning checking out.

No linen service. In order to get towels you have to request them. Rooms are only cleaned if you stay 5+ days due to "covid". This was not advertised on their website. Trash laying outside all occupied rooms on our floor. Pool advertised as indoor, however it was colder than had it been outside. When questioning staff about the room, was told our room would be cleaned and fresh towels installed. Never happened, and staff's response was "oh". Trash outside the lobby doors was overflowing day we arrived and was only worse day we left. Never got emptied. Staff unwilling to remedy anything.

. The neighbor next door had his TV blaring the loudest at 3:00 in the morning. He lost so much sleep.

Affordable for comfortable & convenience

Clean room and restroom, fridge and microwave, bright light for bathroom mirror, closet and bench with drawers, comfortable bed, good lightning and bedside lights are nice. Conveniently next to the movie theater and close to dining/shopping. Free parking.

No freezer for my ice cream, no microwave popcorn, the outlet didn't work for the coffee machine. I moved it to desk but the coffee ended up tasting awful. Pool looked nothing like picture and no jacuzzi. I missed the free breakfast. Maybe a wake up call to ask if I'd like breakfast before it's too late. Snacks in the market were over priced. The shower's temperature was switched (hot was cold/cold was hot)
