A great place to stay in Braemar, we will absolutely be back

Really well equipped - no need to take loo roll, salt and pepper, washing up liquid etc which can make self catering a hassle.

Not always enough hot water for baths/showers

Amazing house in Braemar. Just Perfect.

Loved this house! So much space for our family of 3 and two sets of grandparents. Everything worked perfectly and the location was so close to town. The house was decorated for Christmas which made it feel so homely We even got a white Christmas!

We all enjoyed our stay at Milne’s Brae. Everyone felt relaxed and Gail was on hand for any question

Self catering but location perfect for access to local restaurants and cafes if required. Large decking area was great as weather was perfect. Large spacious house for 3 couples. Perfect for families too.

Stairs were a bit tricky for one of the guests. Hand rails on both sides would help.

all of it, I would highly recommend this home to anyone going to Braemar, every detail was well thought out and made our stay very relaxing.

A perfect property and will definitely go back if I have the chance.

Property was very spacious well maintained, exceptionally clean. Very well stocked, spacious kitchen. Plenty of firewood, kindling etc for the wood burner. The location is perfect.

I recently stayed at a location that I would definitely rate more than 5 stars! The house was fantastic and exceeded all of my expectations. The conditions were impeccable and I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my stay. From the comfortable bed to the clean and modern amenities, everything was just perfect. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Cosy and welcoming. Perfect for a group of walkers.

Clean, well looked after and cosy. Lots of books, a log fire and a nice big kitchen.

Exceptional

The home was stunning, comphy and cosy. Modern and active kitchen, with family table and chairs., and soft lighting. The sitting room, with wood burning stove, TV, soft seating, was difficult to leave of an evening. Four bedrooms all special in their own way.

Great Braemar Stay

Great central location in Braemar. Lovely decor inside cottage with large spaces to relax in. The kitchen was huge and had an adjoining dining area. Showers were always hot and powerful. The garden was enclosed which would be good in the summer. Our beds were comfortable and the cottage was spotless. Great selection of books if you want to cosy up next to the fire.

The bedroom attic ceilings are angled but I'm 6,5" and it wasn't a problem. Hardly worth mentioning

Very comfortable, cosy and relaxing

Very spacious and bright. Very well equipped kitchen and other facilities. Good position in the centre of village. Quiet street.

Perhaps more comfy chairs in the main living room.

A perfect house with a very central location.

The kitchen, location, and numerous bathrooms (not shown in the photos) . Very large rooms very spacious, an added bonus was safe off road parking. Stacks of hot water, easy heating if needed.

WiFi was patchy unless you were near the router in the lounge. However it was very fast. No radio?

3 night stay for 2 families with young children.

Beautiful house Contained everything our families needed including games for the children to play ie mini table tennis, sticks for hill walking. Laundry/boot room Bedrooms accessed via x2 sets of stairs-different wings of the house. Gorgeous sun room Location 2 minutes walk to the village Fabulous play area with zip wire 1 min walk from house Pub 1 min walk from house Off street parking for the x2 cars. High gates for privacy and security. Close to Hill walking routes. Great local butcher

Really not much to add here........ The American fridge freezer was faulty, the freezer leaked water and was unable to produce ice. The owner had kindly left us a note to inform us of this so I suspect this will be rectified soon. We didn't really like the hob as we were unable to regulate the settings. Would have preferred an Aga or gas hob but this in a minor detail. Apart from co op the shops were not open often. Limited options to eat out when we visited.
