식기류, 예비 침대, 아답터, 정수기, 밝은 조명 등 시설이 잘 갖추어진 아파트입니다. 대면 체크인이 아닌 메일 박스에서 키를 찾고 넣어 놓는 방식이 좋았어요. 보증금이 없었어요.

숙소가 넓고~~시설도 좋았어요.수영장??(수영모자.수경을 분실)헬스장도 자주이용했구여. 특히 호스트의 친절함에 감사드려요.비품이나 부족함 청소요구에 즉각적으로 해결을 해주셨어요

It was enjoyable but hope that the noises won't be so bad in the future.

The noise. Was told it was sound proof but it was not. And we had noisy neighbours that is loud throughout the stay.

Exceptional

Very clean apartment with a lovely view over Penang being on the 30th floor. Bed was really comfortable and there is aircon in both the living room and bedroom which kept it really cool. The guy in charge met me when I checked in and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It’s a bit further out from the old town, so if you haven’t got a car you will need to taxi.

Ease of check in and check out, very detailed information given, owners easily reached when have questions. Safe and secured place to stay. Amenities are complete. Overall satisfying.

The smoker smell i think from previous/past guests, took some times to clear the ventilation, had to buy own air freshener from 7e downstairs. The linens are clean but got smell of smoke/perfumes. Parking lot is like what others were saying, advisable only for small car.

Great stay, great facilities in Jelutong

Stay here for 2 nights just for refreshing to change the vibes because we're a little boring with the apartment close to my hospital. They have great facilities, e.g. Rice cooker, toaster, microwave, tv+netflix+ps3, hair dryer, iron, cooler, and kitchen set+ utensils, and also washing machine with dryer. Since I went with my child, he loved playing & swimming at the 9th floor. The admin was also helpful when my stuffs are left behind. If you wanna stay with a big family and not mind with the distance (it's in Jelutong), I recommend this one.

The location is somehow far away from the town, they told that it's around 2,6km from my hospital, but actually it's 5km. And it takes so long time to go back to the apartment when I travel around at the peak hours because of the jam (means that the fare of Grab ride is twice higher than usual too 😔).

Hawker food nearby and easy to get along the variety of foods that I can eat.

Residents on same floor making noises along common corridor. Babies and children crying. Unable to control. noise level.

It was very clean and comfortable. facilities and in house furnishings were great. awesome Korean and Japanese restaurants just in the building

Great stay would recommend. Everything needed in the apartment even neftlix etc in smart TV and PlayStation if you're into that. Would definitely stay again here. Location is good next to 7 - 11 and food markets and other restaurants etc. Not to far from town.
