Large house close to the town centre on the the top of a hill.
Comfortable beds, powerful shower.
Fast WiFi.
Easy check-in.
Off street parking.
The owner sent me a detailed "house manual" so we didn't even bother him with any questions.

The house is a lovely family home, it felt warm and cosy. The house was immaculate and very warm. . Matt the owner responded quickly to all messages. There was even fresh milk left for us in the fridge. The area was very peaceful and quiet, yet a short walk or drive to all amenities. I would 100% recommend this property 😎

This place was fantastic, well decorated, clean and comfortable, and great value for money and Matt was brilliant in providing all the information for us in an email prior to arriving and also provided information folder at the house.

gorgeous property. very comfortable. huge.

Great communication prior to arrival and very spacious house. Enough sitting space for 5 people comfortably. Mostly very clean, and plenty of kitchen equipment and towels etc, bedding very clean. Soap, toilet roll, shower gel etc all provided. Very easy check in with lock box for keys, parking space for a small car. Town is a short walk away, ideally placed for University visit. Good Wifi throughout the house.
Master bed was very uncomfortable and painfully hard. Single glazed windows were drafty, with signs all over the house instructing that heating should be turned off over night. The need to keep energy costs down is understandable but it was just too cold. Windows were very condensed in the morning and noise from the street disturbed us several times in the night. Internal doors were all fire safety doors which were very heavy, and stairs steep so not good for anyone with mobility issues. Slippers are needed as carpet is unpleasant underfoot.

Lovely peaceful, safe location , easy for a young family to get to everything in Bangor on foot & public transport.
Everything you need in the kitchen & spacious bathroom & comfy beds, plenty of hot water.
We liked everything!

Communication with Matt was brilliant. House was squeaky clean. All facilities available, felt so homely. Location was brilliant, very quiet and traditional

Spacious, scrupulously clean and with parking for a small car to rear. Excellent value.
Due to strange road naming it was a bit tricky to find

Great property with 4 good sized bedrooms, a really nice lounge, kitchen and utility room. Enormous bathroom!! You can tell that some care has gone into the decor and furnishing. TV is good with soundbar, nice radio in the kitchen, and there's another TV is the first bedroom. On arrival we discovered plenty of toilet rolls, milk, tea and coffee.
Not much tbh. Maybe a dishwasher could be added in future. The main niggle was lock box for the front door key is a little awkward.

Location was good as it was near two main supermarkets.
The narrow street an parking proved to be a little problematic at times but otherwise it was good.

I have made hundreds of bookings like this before but this has to be one of the best to date. Matt was extremely helpful and responded instantly to multiple questions prior and during our stay. When we arrived we were greeted by the smell of fresh pleasant cleaning products, the place was absolutely spotless. there were ample tea, coffee, sugar and even fresh new milk which is a small but amazing gesture when you arrive after a long journey to be able to have a cuppa before you head to the shops. toilet rolls, bin bags, washing powder, salt and pepper and the other little things that you forget about when you go away and don’t want to by just for a few days. The heating was not timed with full control at our disposal, ample crockery and everything you’d need to prepare and cook food. The beds were so comfy and all the linen smelt fresh, I actually felt like I was at the Marriott when I hoped in on the first night. The house is plenty big enough to fit the 8 guests it sleeps despite not being 3 in our group. Decor and furnishing are subjective based on personal preference and taste and while I wouldn’t call is modern it is fully furnished with high quality items, ornaments, pictures, lamps, tv’s and really did feel like a home from home. This is anything but an empty carcass with only profit in mind. I really can’t recommend this place enough, I only ever leave exceptionally good or bad reviews never when average. Well done property owners / management 5 stars :)

Lovely features of the house in good location for sightseeing
4.8
Positives 1. Good info before arrival.
2. Large rooms and property
3. Excellent quiet location with parking
4. Comfy beds and furnishings.
5. Good heating and bath/shower
6. Excellent tv and WiFi.
Negatives. 1. Towels were provided but small and poor quality. We went to Tesco to buy some more.
2. Some basics in the kitchen were missing. No tea pot, egg cups or wooden spoon. Frying pan needs replacing.
3. Be aware there is only one bathroom which includes the toilet.
4. Some of the bedrooms get over hot.
