Enjoyable stay. It's quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable and private unit.

The host will create a WhatsApp group with you prior to the stay. This smoothen the communication among us as whenever we have questions, we can raise it in the group and get their responses quickly.

Top Aussicht, sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber, sicher, mega schöner Pool auf dem Dach

Pool auf dem Dach war während einem Teil unseres Aufenthaltes gesperrt, aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten der städtischen Wasserversorgung. Die Arbeiten waren einen Monat im Voraus angekündigt, aber uns wurde das erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt. Enttäuschend!

lousy... wont recommend

location is lousy.. nothing in the area... got to drive out to a 711.. worst hotel ever...

the procedure of the check in is soooo lousy and confusing... 3 unknown numbers wanted to add me into a group chat and wanted me to transfer RM 300 to a unknown account for deposit instead of upon arrival... and right before we arrived, they say that the transfter is not nesscary anymore.. the bed condition is lousy and there is no glass at the shower area... when we shower..

Awesome Vacation at Beacon Exec Suite

Its in the city center, seaview & beautiful pool etc. The apartment unit was very comfortable & clean. Sure will stay again & share the experience with family & friends.

Slight improvement needed: 1. Iron provided not really good although brand new. It cannot remove wrinkles from the clothes. 2. Soap bottle it can be made from plastic instead of glass.

Not in a convenient location. Apartment was clean and spacious but lacking basic amenities.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Hot water was available

Location was away from town area. A bit of a taxi ride to get to the town. Surrounding area was not clean. No restaurants nearby to get breakfast. View from the apartment was not that great. Check in was complicated, as reception was unattended and security person was the only one assisting. No complementary tea or coffee. No proper towels provied. TV did not work well. Could not access TV channels in English. Could not store luggage priot to check in if you arrived early. Could not get into the lounge area if you arrive before check in time.

Fantastic Stay!

The concept of the house itself represents the comfiness for pur family of 6 pax for 3D2N stays in Penang. Location is quite strategic with the attraction in Georgetown ease the for our family for planning. The staffs are friendly and easy to manage when registering in and out.

Enjoyable stay.

The location is very convenient, able to walk a short distance around the area and have a nice breakfast .

The shower head in en suite, the fixture is spolit.

Maybe could add in more towels and pillows cause stated there extra pillows is chargeable.Could also add in complimentary instant packets of coffee/tea ☺️

I’ll definitely avoid booking this apartment for my future trips to penang

The only reason I give this property 3 out of 10 is its cleanliness. It’s comparatively clean and the furniture is relatively new but very basic and missing a lot of essentials as discussed next.

I apologize for the long review but I want it to be as comprehensive and objective as possible. The first issue with this apartment is credibility. What you will see is very very different from the photos. I think owner is aware of this and hence the booking is nonrefundable. As an example, the sofa in the photos seems very comfy. In reality you will have wooden sofa and chairs that are far from comfy (see attached photo). I complained about this and they promised me to resolve it but guess what? They never did. I had to stay on the floor to watch their only-ads TV. The unit also lacks basic kitchenware. They have butane stove but it is not working. they told me gas stoves are not allowed for homestays. The unit has an induction stove but it will only work with stainless-steel pots. The unit’s pot is very small and my only option was to buy a larger one. The ironing board is dirty and burnt. The TV has no remote control and you can only control it through Astra RC which has an expired subscription. The curtains are very transparent (don’t be misled by the photos) so in the master bedroom you can even see other buildings’ lights from the bed. The bed is a cheap IKEA bed with no bed-tables. I had to move one of the dinning chairs next to the bed so I can put my phone and alarm clock. The bed is also noisy when you move in or out. The vacuum cleaner plug is damaged. The unit has a washing machine but no dryer and nothing to hang your wet clothes on. I had to use the towel hangers for that. The balcony has neither tables nor chairs. The last thing I’d like to mention is the weird tendency of building management to get u pay fines and penalties. Wrong clothes in the pool you will be fined. Incorrect registration you will be fined. Vaping anywhere even in the balcony you will be fined. Inside the unit there is a cupboard in the kitchen: do not open it or use what is inside it or you’ll get fined. Add to that the rudeness of security officers in the building.

Very good

House was clean and comfortable, the toilet also clean & fresh. There was a bit stains on bedsheets & bath mats bfore we check in, but the staff very friendly & their notices.

Towel smells so badly, i don’t know if the detergent their use smell bad or cheap one. Please bring you own towels! I swear it was smelly af ☹️

Will come again after additional other facilities.

Property quiet & calm. If you come with own car easy access for find foods at small stall. Got two parking bay for 1 unit. Good.

Far from convenience store and must have a car. At least open 99Speedmart at the same lobby floor. While I want to take the property keys, me unlucky because of my QR code didn't appear so that having a problem regarding this. Waiting for One hour plus to settle down. Need to ask the guard to help. Also other non-resident having a same problem. From the parking bay for my unit I need to go through staircase first then can access the lift. If some of you bring luggage & stroller might be difficult to you to bring all the things before access the property lift.

Ideal apartment in Penang!

This is what I would call an Excellent accomodation on all levels. Communication with the host, cleanness, facilities in and around the accomodation, location, value for the money.. thank you for having us. I will not hesitate a second to recommend this apartment (1711)

Exceptional

Really like. Spacious. complete kitchen equipment with soap n dishwash. Location 500m from Rumah p Ramlee. Got malay stall in 200m for breakfast. 2km from roti bakar Hutton Lane. Awesome swimming pool. Recommended.

Deposit rm300😬 Have to make 8round to park. This homestay parking is the highest one . Building mgmt very strict, cannot swim with t-shirts otherwise pay penalty rm50 huhu

+ Very clean and cozy + High floor with nice view + Security guards are friendly and helpful assisting with the check in + Amenities are all provided (they provided an extension plug too!) + Staffs are very responsive + Gym & swimming pool is a plus!

Awesome.!!!

This place was so great and spacious. Surrounded with lots of foodie place and easy access. Super clean and so homey. It is beyond my expectation. Swimming pool so nice with a great view. The host very friendly. Definitely 1st choice for future stay in Penang. High recommended for anyone whos's looking for a place for your vacation in Penang. 👍👍😘😘

Amazing, Comfortable. Seriously the best stay ever

It was in a centre location so to buy essentials were so easy. Everything was in a 2-3mins driving distance

There’s nothing not to like, additionally if coffee/milo packets could be added it would have made the experience even more amazing.

Superb

The owner is kind and good. Their room provide Coway water filter so that we no need to buy mineral water. Room cleanliness is well and good.

The parking is at 8A (oh which is 16 floors). The rubbish we have to bring down and bring over to the ground floor and walk to the garbage disposal.
