Really nice hotel, except...

Everything. Would have given 9 or 10, if not for the noise from the AC.

The building has 5 floors. On each floor they have gatheret all the outside part of the AC's outside one room. And according to the staff, that is exactly outside the only twin bed room on each floor. They were not particulary eager to change our room. So don't order a twin bed room, unless you can sleep with noise.

徒歩2キロ圏内にいろいろな観光地があることランドマークのタワーが近くにあるので、夕方に行くととてもきれいな夜景が見えること冷蔵庫と冷房がよく効いている事

ホテルにランドリーのサービスがなく、近くにコインランドリーがないこと 1番近い。セブンイレブンまでが歩いて15分ぐらいやること壁が薄く、隣室の生活音や排水音が聞こえこと

Comfortable stay

Location is walkable to many eateries and easy to grab to places. Room is clean.

It would have been nice if there is a smart TV allowing guest to connect to netflix and tissue paper in the room.

A cozy little 3 Star hotel that ticks most of the boxes

For a 3 Star hotel it did its job pretty well. Safe, clean, all basic amenities in working order. Good powerful aircon in the room to offset the hot muggy tropical climate; a welcome retreat after trotting round the old town. Comfortable bed with good quality sheets. A very thoughtful and most welcoming highlight was providing a drinking water dispenser at the hotel reception for one to top up one’s empty bottles saving the trouble of buying and lugging heavy mineral water bottles from the convenience stores. Cuts down on plastic waste too!

Walls between the rooms were pretty thin and lacked proper soundproofing. Wasn’t thrilled by my neighbor’s after midnight activities. Another minus point was the air conditioner unit which faced the bed had for some strange reason a large lighted temperature indicator. And it emitted bright white light. A bit annoying when you’re trying to sleep at night.

1 night can tolerate but no more: ants and musty smell in the room

- We booked standard room, that was not ready and Veno checked us to family room for free. Thanks. - Good facilities (toothbrush, shaver, iron, electric kettle). - View of the window is not bad :)

- Musty smell in the room (no fresh air, it’s not possible to open the window, air conditioner smells bad also) - A lot of ants in the room - Bad cleaning (hairs of previous stayers everywhere)

The room is very clean, modern, well maintained at the right price. Even a triple bedded room is also spacious. You just need to put out the make-up room card at the door handle if you want your room to be make-up. Walking distance to plenty of eateries. Water dispenser is available at the reception. You can have filtered hot, cold or room temp water anytime. They also have a kettle, iron board & tea/coffee provided.
