Lovely courtyards, nice pool and fire pits added to a nice stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They texted us each morning to ask if we needed anything. They had a pantry which included complimentary croissants, coffee, fruit, yogurts.

The hotel was a little hard to find at first. Once we got in there were no further problems.

Amazing, book it!

The most wonderful customer service of anywhere I have ever stayed. Bri at reception was amazing, well stocked complimentary pantry and excellent on-site facilities. Room decor was wonderful. Cannot recommend enough

This was one of the most fun and unique places I have stayed. Loved the vibe!

The hotel was totally unique and fun. The staff was terrific and it was the first time I have been shown to my room by a staff member.

The only suggestion is I feel like we needed more hooks or more ways to hang towels and such in the bathroom.

I enjoyed the snacks and coffee provided. It was super handy to just have it there when you needed it and they were fun treats.

I liked everything about our stay. However the weather was very cold and it was rainy and even hailed. I would say that this resort would be better as a warm weather stay, which we have been hoping for. So this was an uncontrollable fact around their part and they did their best the staff was very friendly and helpful

Well located hotel, close to cafe and restaurants. Stuff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and specious. I would stay there again.

comfy, cozy & everything you could want near downtown

cute and clean space. private with locked doors to get in on either side. nearby restaurants and an easy walk downtown. everyone was really nice.

nothing really not to like. Japanese restaurant next door had some techo music but stopped at 10.

Flower Power!!!

Absolutely Fabulous!!! The Bungalows were just Perfect and the Grounds were Beautiful... So Artsy and Whimsical!!! Staff was Wonderful... The Fire Pits... Outdoor Games and Cute Bar were a Nice Touch... as were the Free Bike Rentals and the Snack Room... Highly Recommend!!!

Absolutely gorgeous property with an amazing staff.

The staff and amenities were fabulous! Spot on as expected and then some.

I couldn't tell if it was music for the common areas or coming from a neighboring room but it was pretty loud on Saturday night. Nothing too crazy given the proximity to downtown. But I wouldn't qualify it as a quiet space in the evening.

A super relaxing, friendly hotel!

Fleur Noire was super comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, the coffee machine was a big hit! The staff members were so friendly and welcoming, we were made to feel at home right away. And the pool was just fab! I’d recommend it to any couples looking for a relaxing break in beautiful Palm Springs.

the total package in Palm Springs!

just about everything—seriously. genuinely welcoming and helpful staff. great, spacious and spotless room. awesome chill courtyard with super heated pool and flowing rose / wine bar. never felt crowded even though hotel was sold out while we stayed. just awesome

1 medium issue was the noise in our room from outside hotel property. we were in the side courtyard away from pool and loved it but area four def, def, def use some water features/ fountains facing walls to adjoining property. we will 1000% return within the year!
