Correcto

El apartamento cumple con lo que necesitas, estaba relativamente limpio, tenía cocina con lo necesario y el baño era amplio, en general todo correcto

No existía recepción, tan solo te llamaban por teléfono, para entrar al edificio y para entrar al apartamento se accede con un código y puertas con llave y sensor magnetico, no se puede aparcar en la zona y tampoco se puede acceder con coche a la puerta para descargar, tienes que pasearte por las calles cargado con tus enseres, el parking mas cercano cuesta 9 euros 24 horas, por último, la cama del sofá-cama tenía un colchón muy fino, te clavabas los muelles, un poco incómoda.

No me gusto que booking.com NO enseña las condiciones del apartamento hasta que realices el pago ES SU POLITICA ENGAÑAR y después te enseñan las fianzas a pagar ESO ES ENGAÑAR AL CLIENTE PARA RESERVAR YA ME PASO 2 VECES SE ACABOOOO UN CLIENTE MENOS QUE UTILIZARA ESTA APP

Un apartamento amplio y cómodo, perfecto para descansar

Es un apartamento amplio y cómodo, la cama es súper cómoda y grande. La localización no podría ser mejor además, encontrar aparcamiento puede ser difícil pero siempre está el psrking privado al lado de la casa. Otro plus es que no se escucha nada de la calle en el apartamento.

Había ciertos detalles que denotan falta de cuidados como poco jabón y poco papel higiénico además de nada de cápsulas de café o té. Los sofás tenían un par de quemaduras de cigarro.

Bedbugs in sofa bed. We hope the management team will adresss this issue

Friendly staff, gave us a free upgrade from deluxe to superior room. The building was old but has a lift. We were concerned if we’d hear much noise from the street (as some of the reviews mentioned), but the staff assured us that during the week it’d be quiet and it was.

There’s only 2 chairs for dining tho advertised for 3-4 adults. We had many mosquitos during the night and woke up seeing our 4 yo daughter who slept on the sofa bed with over 10 bites on her cheek and more over her shoulders and back. We contacted the management in the morning to see if they had remedy. During the day we realized it probably had been bedbugs which bit her and when we returned in the late afternoon we found out that an anti cockroach spray was left on the table (see photo). Did they expect us to spray on the sofa bed ourselves and sleep on it? Not willing to put our daughter on sofa bed again that night, we were not able to squeeze all in the queen size bed either. My husband slept on the sofa bed (and got bitten of course). It’s been 3 days and my daughter is worried about if the bites on her cheek will stay forever. Heartbreaking.

MARAVILLOSO Y RELAJANTE.

la ubicación del apartamento, lo fácil que estaba todo LOS RESTAURANTE, BUENA LIMPIEZA, TODO MUY SENCILLO, BUENAS VISTAS, ACOMPAÑADO DE TODO LOS ENCERES QUE ESTABAN BIEN ORGANIZADO, LA INSONORIZACION TAMBIEN ERA MUY BUENA.

Insonorizados nefasta para el sitio que esta

El no coger el apartamento hasta las 15 horas. Cuando en el contrato decía a las 13 horas. El no poder dormir hasta las 5 de la mañana,(en que llame a la policia) pues debajo de los apartamento hay un par el cual entre gritos, voces y cante flamenco no hay quien pueda pegar ojo. Quizás con doble ventanas bajaria un poco los decibelios

Buen apartamento pero el ruido es insoportable

El apartamento está súper bien. La cama grande y la cocina estupenda. Es una mini casa.

La ubicación por el ruido fatal. Las ventanas están insonorizadas, pero aun así es imposible.. Nuestro apartamento daba al callejón donde están los pubs y bares. El viernes noche fue horrible del ruido y los gritos. Además del ruido de la puerta de entrada que se escucha todo, desde el ascensor a la persona que pasa por la puerta. Que pena que tengan ese problema porque por lo demás estuvo perfecto todo. No repetiremos.

Gran salón cocina con balcón y ventana con vistas al río y paseo. Ubicación muy céntrica y cerca de restaurantes y bares. Mobiliario moderno y edificio restaurado con mucho gusto. Pequeña piscina solarium en ático, con vistas al río y paseo Cocina bien equipada

Superb

Lovely light and spacious apartment in the centre of El Puerto. Good Aircon, comfy bed/good linen, nice bathroom with good water pressure and plenty of towels. Very clean throughout. Excellent double glazing means you hear nothing from the street.

Don't assume all superior apartments are the same. Some look out only on an alley/pub and internal courtyard. Luckily we were able to move after our first night (thanks Ana!). We will definitely be back if we can guarantee the apartment with the view.

Hidden comfort!

Ana our host was amazing! She contacted us before to arrange our arrival, explained everything to us, gave us references for places to eat and was always available. The apartments are clean, modern with minimalist decor and comfortable.

Not a lot of nearby parking. There is a paid parking nearby that we used (7.99€ per day) and that worked fine. Parking would be hard for the accommodation because it on a street where traffic cannot circulate.

everything: but the staff friendliness was differentiator. location is perfect: at the heart of El Puerto. the apartment is very clean and beautiful, fully equipped and modern

little suggestion is to have the digital locks checked and the building entrance door as well: it was sometimes hard to get the passcode right and open the door

Exceptional

Great location near restaurants, cheap parking was available 5 minutes away. The studio was very spacious, very nice and modern. The bed was very comfortable, we were very happy about that. There was even a swimming pool on the roof, but in October it was too cold to use it, but we still enjoyed the view from the deck.

Superb

The location was perfect, a bit noisy if you're on a window to the alley where there is a pub. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well set up.

The arrival was complicated. We had to wait quite a bit (with a large group) in the alley/street, and then there was this online form I had to send everyone to fill in (that could be done later), but instead of only keys there were three set of codes for the doors, all quite complicated for just one quick night group stay. But the facilities and the person who met us were great!

Excellent property with a beautiful rooftop pool

The check-in process needs to be professional. The online system used by the property does not accept credit cards from the USA. So after waiting in the street, the managers finally gave me codes to manually enter the property and brought a credit card machine to my room. I believe they upgraded my room due to this issue and it was appreciated. Had a nice stay after I had been checked-in.
